&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ampliar excepcionalmente el 1r turno de las licencias estacionales autotaxi temporada 2022, Plan de actuación en materia de transporte público de viajeros en vehículo turismo para los años 2022 y 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante decreto núm. 2022-8629, de fecha 03/09/2022, se ha aprobado ampliar excepcionalmente el 1er turno de las licencias estacionales autotaxi temporada 2022, hasta el 15 de octubre y únicamente para la prestación del servicio con origen en el término municipal, del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I. Visto que en fecha 1 de abril de 2022 se aprueba, mediante Decreto 2022-3069, el Plan de actuación en materia de transporte público de viajeros en vehículo turismo para los años 2022 y 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;II. Visto el punto segundo del Plan donde se establece la duración de las autorizaciones estacionales y el reparto entre dos turnos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Las licencias de carácter temporal de ámbito municipal de transporte público de viajeros en vehículo turismo, tienen que reunir las características siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Estacionales:&lt;/strong&gt; la duración de estas autorizaciones será de cuatro meses repartidos en dos turnos diferentes (repartiendo al 50% de las autorizaciones estacionales en cada uno de los turnos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1er turno:&lt;/strong&gt; del día 15 de mayo hasta el día 15 de septiembre de los años 2022 y 2023 (todos los días incluidos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º&lt;/strong&gt; turno: del día 15 de junio hasta el día 15 de octubre de los años 2022 y 2023 (todos los días incluidos).”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;III. Consultados los niveles de ocupación para los meses de septiembre y octubre, se prevé que la llegada de turistas continuará al alza hasta, al menos, mediados de octubre. En consecuencia, para poder satisfacer la previsión de la demanda y prestar un servicio de calidad a los usuarios y ciudadanos de este municipio, se estima conveniente ampliar, con carácter de excepción, el periodo asignado al primer turno hasta el 15 de octubre, únicamente para prestar servicios con origen en el término municipal de Ibiza, de acuerdo con el artículo 2.7 del Decreto Ley 5/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IV. En conformidad con el anteriormente expuesto, y en uso de las atribuciones que me han sido delegadas mediante Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2019-3897 de fecha 20 de junio de 2019 (BOIB n.º 86, de 29 de junio de 2019),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Ampliar excepcionalmente el 1er turno de las licencias estacionales para la temporada de 2022, hasta el 15 de octubre y únicamente para la prestación del servicio con origen en el término municipa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Eximirlos del pago del canon atendido el carácter excepcional de la ampliación y la acotación de prestación del servicio en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB así como en el tablón de anuncios y la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
