    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por Decreto de alcaldía de 11 de agosto de 2022, se aprobó la convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas para la adquisición de libros y material escolar para el curso 2022-2023 que siguiendo el procedimiento que establece la tramitación de acuerdo con la Ley 38/2003 , de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y Ordenanza municipal de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí,&amp;nbsp; aprobada por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión ordinaria de día 30 de septiembre de 2004, modificada posteriormente por acuerdo de Pleno en el BOIB núm. 106 de 31 de julio de 2008, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases para la concesión de ayudas para la adquisición de libros y material escolar para el curso 2022-2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta regiduría, de conformidad con el Decreto de alcaldía de delegación de firma a varios concejales del Ayuntamiento, en fecha 12 de diciembre de 2019, tiene a bien, dictar el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRETO DE APROBACIÓN DE BASES Y CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE LIBROS DE TEXTO, MATERIAL ESCOLAR Y DOTACIÓN INFORMÁTICA DESTINADA AL ESTUDIO PARA EL CURSO 2022-23 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que la educación es un derecho fundamental incluido en 1952 en el artículo 2 del primer protocolo de la Convención Europea de Derechos Humanos, obliga a todos los países firmantes a garantizar el derecho a la educación. A nivel mundial, el Pacto Internacional de los Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales de las Naciones Unidas de 1966 garantiza este derecho al artículo 13.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que desde el Ayuntamiento de Marratxí se quiere procurar la equidad, entre los niños y niñas, eliminando cualquier diferencia en el aula y que los niños puedan tener todo el material y libros de texto para acceder de forma adecuada a su educación académica.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que en fecha 1 de agosto de 2022 se emitió informe por parte del área de servicios sociales sobre la necesidad de iniciar la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que en fecha 9 de agosto de 2022, se emitió informe por parte del área económica sobre la existencia de crédito en la partida 231.01.48000 con crédito de 50.000 euros, para hacer frente al otorgamiento de las ayudas para la adquisición de libros de texto i material escolar para el curso 2022-23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta regiduría, de conformidad con el Decreto de Alcaldia de fecha 20 de junio de 2019 de delegación de firma a diversos regidores del Ayuntamiento , así como de las competencias que se reserva el alcalde, tiene a bien dictar las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE REGULAN LA CONVOCATORIA Y LA CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE LIBROS DE TEXTO, MATERIAL ESCOLAR Y DOTACIÓN INFORMATICA DESTINADA AL ESTUDIO PARA EL CURSO 2022/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, con el fin de dar respuesta a las necesidades económicas derivadas de hacer frente a los gastos de la adquisición de la dotación necesaria para el curso académico 2022/23, convoca estas ayudas consciente de la importancia de garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades para con el acceso a la educación, junto con la aprobación de las siguientes bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas para la adquisición de libros de texto (o material sustitutivo / complementario como fichas software y hardware educativo), material escolar e infraestructura informática del alumnado de educación infantil, primaria, secundaria o formación profesional para el curso escolar 2022-23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Va dirigida a alumnos de centros públicos y concertados de las Islas Baleares empadronados y residentes en el municipio de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas tienen la finalidad de dar apoyo económico al gasto que supone la adquisición de la infraestructura necesaria para el buen desarrollo del curso escolar 2022/23 a las familias del municipio de Marratxí, especialmente en familias con una situación económica precaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo se pretende estimular la implantación en el municipio de la reutilización libros, con los objetivos de fomentar los valores de conservación responsable del material y de los libros y, la solidaridad y la capacidad de saber compartir los recursos disponibles. Con este fin, se constituirá un fondo municipal de libros, que será gestionado desde el Área de Servicios Sociales y, se concederán más prestaciones a las familias que hayan participando con el programa de reutilización de libros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segunda.- REQUISITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serán beneficiarias de las ayudas las unidades familiares que cumplan todos y cada uno de los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La persona solicitante y el alumnado deberán ser residentes y estar empadronado en el municipio de Marratxí con una antigüedad mínima de tres meses anteriores a la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes (ver base Quinta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El alumnado debe estar matriculado en un centro público o concertado de educación primaria, secundaria o formación profesional de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La persona solicitante no debe encontrarse sometido a ningún procedimiento público de reintegro de subvenciones o ayudas en el que se haya dictado resolución que acuerde el reintegro de la subvención o ayuda. Esta circunstancia se acreditará mediante la presentación de la declaración responsable que figura en el anexo 2 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La persona solicitante no debe estar sometido a ninguna causa de prohibición contemplada en el artículo 13 de la Ley de Subvenciones. Esta circunstancia se acreditará mediante la presentación de la declaración responsable que figura en el anexo 2 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La persona solicitante debe estar al corriente de pago en el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias estatales, autonómicas y municipales, así como estar al corriente de pago con la Seguridad Social. Esta circunstancia se acreditará mediante la presentación de la declaración responsable que figura en el anexo 2 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según lo establecido en los arts. 18.1.e) y 19.2 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones, no se consideran deudas tributarias aquellos sobre los que se haya solicitado un aplazamiento o un fraccionamiento, o cuando éstos se encuentren suspendidos de ejecución (por ejemplo, por haberse recurrido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La unidad familiar no puede superar los siguientes límites de ingresos en el momento de presentar la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se consideran ingresos netos los constituidos por la diferencia entre los ingresos íntegros y los gastos deducibles. Los ingresos netos quedarán reflejados en el documento justificativo de los ingresos que se aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria y para el cómputo de ingresos, es unidad familiar conviviente la integrada por los padres/madres o tutores/as legales y los hijos/as, así como los menores a cargo en acogimiento familiar, debidamente acreditado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se computarán los ingresos del padre y la madre, o del tutor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos de separación matrimonial, divorcio o separación de hecho los ingresos se cuantificarán de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cuando la guarda y custodia sea compartida, se computarán los ingresos de ambos progenitores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cuando no lo sea, se computarán los ingresos del progenitor que ostente esta guarda y custodia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con base en el artículo 4.3 de la Ley 40/2003, de 18 de noviembre, de protección a las familias numerosas, cada hijo/a con discapacidad, o incapacidad para trabajar, computarán como dos miembros de dicha unidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera.- GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria se consideran gastos subvencionables el gasto por parte del beneficiario/a en la compra del siguiente material para el curso 2022/2023, hasta el límite fijado en esta convocatoria de ayudas para cada curso escolar, de :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Libros de texto: material impreso con carácter de larga duración en el que se recogen los contenidos correspondientes al currículo vigente de un área, ámbito, materia o módulo para un determinado curso, ciclo o nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Libros de texto digitales susceptibles de ser reutilizados: se podrá incluir el material digital con licencia limitada a un curso escolar. También se incluye el material informático, de carácter no inventariable, que se requiera para el desarrollo de las actividades derivadas del currículo en el centro y que recoja los contenidos correspondientes al currículo vigente de un área, ámbito, materia o módulo para un determinado curso, ciclo o nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Material curricular: el material que, sin tratarse de libros de texto, tiene un carácter complementario y se requiere para el desarrollo de las actividades derivadas del currículo en el centro. A efectos de esta convocatoria también se considerarán material curricular los cuadernos del alumno/a asociados al libro de texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Material complementario destinado a actividades de carácter escolar: equipamiento para deporte, material fungible como bolígrafos, rotuladores, cuadernos, lápices, etc., libros de lectura, diccionarios, mochilas o maletas escolares, sillas y mesas de estudio.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Otros que sean necesarios para el inicio y seguimiento del curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Infraestructura informática destinada al estudio: tabletas, ordenadores portátiles o de mesa, ratones, pendrives, impresoras, otro material informático complementario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarta.- PUBLICIDAD DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases serán publicadas en la página web y en los tablones de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí. Así como también en el BOIB y en la Base Nacional de Datos de Subvenciones (BNDS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinta.- SOLICITUD, LUGAR Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Se pueden consultar las bases y obtener el formulario de solicitud, además del resto de Anexos y documentación, a través de la página web del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí o en el Área de Servicios Sociales (C/Balanguera, 12. Sa Cabana. 971 79 42 79).También en las oficinas de registro que se indican a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de 15 días hábiles contados desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de las presentes Bases en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las personas interesadas podrán presentar sus solicitudes de manera presencial en el Registro General o las Oficinas Municipales de Atención al Ciudadano (OAC) del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sesta.- DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modelo de solicitud correctamente cumplimentado (Anexo I). Debe ir firmada la solicitud por el padre, madre o tutor/a legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Fotocopia del DNI en vigor de la persona solicitante. En caso de personas extranjeras, estas acreditarán su identidad mediante el NIE. En caso de no disponer de NIE, deberá acreditarse mediante el pasaporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cuando la persona solicitante de la ayuda sea el tutor legal debe presentar el documento que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Fotocopia del Libro de familia con todos los miembros de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Personas perceptoras de RMI, RESOGA o IMV, o pensionista que no desarrolle ninguna actividad que le aporte rendimientos de trabajo: declaración responsable (anexo III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Personas perceptoras prestaciones SEPE: declaración responsable (anexo III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Otra documentación que la persona solicitante considere necesaria para la acreditación de su situación socioeconómica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En caso de separación, divorcio o cese de la convivencia, hay que presentar el acuerdo de mediación, sentencia judicial y/o convenio regulador se separación/divorcio con indicación del régimen de guarda y custodia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Facturas originales justificativas de haber abonado el precio de los libros de texto y material escolar. Estas facturas deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Deberán estar pagadas y debidamente justificadas (sello, justificante bancario ...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Estar datadas durante el año escolar en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Que hagan referencia a los libros de texto o digitales y, material curricular o informático del curso 2021/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Ser originales (no fotocopia) y contener los datos mínimos establecidas en el Real Decreto 1619/2012, Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación (emisor, número de factura, destinatario, concepto, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Certificado emitido por el banco donde consten los datos de la cuenta y donde figure el solicitante como titular. No se admite como tal una fotocopia de la libreta. (Anexo V)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Declaración responsable de no haber recibido otra ayuda que con concurrencia con este supere el coste del concepto subvencionable (anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Si el alumno o alumna ha participado en el programa de Reciclaje de libros del Ayuntamiento o de su centro escolar durante el curso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2021/2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; deberá indicarlo en el anexo IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Los datos relativos al empadronamiento y la convivencia en el mismo domicilio serán comprobadas por el propio Ayuntamiento de Marratxí y por tanto, no es necesario aportar los certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La solicitud de la ayuda supone una autorización expresa al Ayuntamiento de Marratxí para acceder a los datos de los miembros de la unidad familiar que constan en el padrón municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. La presentación de la solicitud supone la autorización al Área de Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí para comprobar de oficio la veracidad de los datos que se indiquen en las declaraciones responsables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. El Área de Servicios Sociales también podrá pedir cualquier otra documentación que estime adecuada para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales deba formularse la propuesta de resolución de concesión de estas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el escrito de solicitud no reuniera los requisitos necesarios para su tramitación, se requerirá a la persona solicitante que subsane los defectos observados en el plazo máximo de diez días, quedando advertido que, de no hacerse así, se le tendrá por desistido de su petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptima.- CRÉDITO PRESUPOSTARIO Y CUANTIA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas se financiarán con cargo al Presupuesto Municipal del presente ejercicio, hasta un importe máximo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;50.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a cargo de la partida de ayudas puntuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este importe se podrá aumentar hasta el límite del crédito presupuestario disponible en la partida mencionada, sin que implique la apertura de un nuevo plazo para presentar las solicitudes ni el inicio de un nuevo cómputo del plazo para resolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octava.- CUANTIA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía de las ayudas es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en educación infantil: 110 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 1º de educación primaria: 110 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 2º de educación primaria: 110 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 3º de educación primaria: 130 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 4º de educación primaria: 150 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 5º de educación primaria: 150 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 6º de educación primaria: 150 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 1º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria: 200 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 2º de educación secundaria obligatoria: 200 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 3º de educación secundaria obligatoria: 225 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en 4º de educación secundaria obligatoria: 225 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en Bachiller: 225 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para matriculados en formación profesional: 225 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se incrementarán en 40€ todas las solicitudes aprobadas del alumnado que participe en los programas de reciclaje del centro escolar o del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de las familias en situación de vulnerabilidad y/o precariedad económica que pidan una cantidad superior a las mencionadas anteriormente, los Servicios Sociales emitirán un informe donde se constatará la existencia de esta situación, y la solicitud se tramitará al amparo del Reglamento de regulación de las prestaciones económicas y materiales de carácter social de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena.- COMPATIBILIDAD DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas ayudas son compatibles con otras ayudas por el mismo concepto. Según la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre (artículos 14 y 19) es obligación del beneficiario comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Marratxí la obtención de otra ayuda, ingreso o recurso que financie el mismo concepto y el importe de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso puede ser una cuantía que, aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, supere el coste del objeto subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décima.-INSTRUCCIÓN, VALORACIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se creará una Comisión de Valoración de las solicitudes, nombrada por Decreto de Alcaldía, que estará formada por el personal del Área de Servicios Sociales (que tendrá naturaleza de órgano instructor) de cada uno de los siguientes estamentos: concejalía, cuerpo técnico y administración del Ayuntamiento o personas en quienes deleguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las funciones de dicha Comisión serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Evaluar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas, para comprobar que reúnan todos los requisitos para participar en la convocatoria. Para este fin podrá solicitar la documentación complementaria que estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud de la ayuda no reúna todos los requisitos, y siempre que no se haya concedido anteriormente este mismo trámite, se dará al interesado un plazo de 10 días hábiles para subsanar las deficiencias que pueda haber.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Admitir o excluir las solicitudes que corresponda, en relación con los criterios que se enmarcan en estas bases (en caso de exclusión se indicarán los motivos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Baremar cada una de las solicitudes que se hayan admitido, proponiendo el importe concreto a conceder a cada beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez hechos estos trámites, la Comisión de Evaluación emitirá un informe con toda la información anterior (personas excluidas y los motivos, personas admitidas e importe propuesto de concesión), que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de la resolución provisional de la convocatoria por parte de la persona que ocupe la concejalía de Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas solicitantes podrán presentar, en el plazo de 5 días hábiles contados a partir del siguiente a la publicación de la lista provisional, las oportunas reclamaciones acompañadas de la documentación que estimen conveniente, que podrá ser presentada de cualquiera de las formas indicada en la base Quinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez recibidas la documentación y alegaciones presentadas, la Comisión Evaluadora elaborará un informe sobre estas alegaciones, que junto con el provisional debe servir de base para elaborar la resolución definitiva de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, expresando la lista de beneficiarios y la cantidad de la ayuda otorgada, y también las solicitudes definitivamente excluidas con indicación de la causa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El alcalde, en vista del informe definitivo, aprobará la resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de notificación, todas las resoluciones y comunicaciones mencionadas anteriormente se publicarán sólo en la página web municipal, sin perjuicio de otros sistemas de comunicación o difusión que encuentre pertinentes del Área de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento será de 3 meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Doceava.-PAGO DE LA AYUDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de la concesión de la subvención conllevará el compromiso del gasto correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta resolución, una vez comunicada al departamento de Intervención, será objeto de la correspondiente contabilización del reconocimiento de la obligación y la orden de pago. Se procederá a la remisión al Departamento de Tesorería que procederá al pago de las cantidades concedidas mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta indicada por la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Treceava.- LEGISLACIÓN SUPLETORIA E INTERPRETACIÓN DE LAS BASES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- En todo lo no previsto en las presentes bases se estará a lo dispuesto en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 106, de 31 de julio de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualmente, serán aplicables los preceptos básicos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, así como el resto de disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que sean aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Para todas aquellas cuestiones no contempladas en las presentes Bases, y la interpretación de las dudas que puedan surgir en su aplicación, será competente el órgano con facultades para aprobar las mismas, que queda autorizado para dictar aquellos actos que sean precisos para su desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
