El día 30 de agosto de 2022 se publicó en lo BOIB nº 114 la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 25 de agosto de 2022 por la cual se revocan las subvenciones en el marco de la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de apoyo a la movilidad eléctrica (Programa MOVES III) en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Se han advertido errores en la versión catalana y en la versión castellana, en el anexo I&nbsp; (Lista de beneficiarios a los cuales se les revoca la subvención), en la publicación de la Resolución mencionada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo&nbsp;109.2 de la Ley&nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, dispone que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, así mismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo&nbsp;56 de la Ley&nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, establece que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
