&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de la presunción establecida en el artículo 169.1, en relación con el artículo 177.2 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, ha sido elevada a definitiva la &lt;strong&gt;modificación de crédito 12-2022&lt;/strong&gt;, suplemento de crédito financiado con mayores ingresos efectivamente recaudados, aprobada por acuerdo del pleno del ayuntamiento 28 de julio de 2022 (BOIB nº 104, de 09/08/2022). &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la aprobación definitiva del expediente de modificación de crédito 12-2022 se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de que los interesados legitimados puedan ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que consideren procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
