CAIB 2022-09-03 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El apartado 9.3 de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la cual se convocan subvenciones para Inversiones a las explotaciones agrícolas, para los años 2015-2019, especifica que la resolución expresa se notificará a las personas interesadas mediante su publicación en el&nbsp;<em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="color:#000000"><em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em></span></span></em>&nbsp;de acuerdo con los términos que prevé el artículo 45.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los expedientes han sido tramitados por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), en cumplimiento del que dispone el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Hechos</em></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>1.Con fecha de 16 de julio de 2015 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 106, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, modificada mediante las resoluciones de fecha 17 de diciembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), con fecha 22 de junio de 2016, (BOIB núm. 81) y con fecha 26 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80, con fecha 2 de marzo de 2020 y con &nbsp;fecha 6 de mayo de 2020. </em></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>2.El 4 de febrero de 2022, el vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA dictó una Resolución de concesión de ayudas para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 23, de 12 de febrero de 2022, en la que figuraba una concesión a favor de&nbsp;MIGUEL JUAN COMPANY BAUZA, amb NIF ***3020**, con número de expediente INEA2019_1/472, por un importe de ayuda de 217.815,00€, un importe de concesión de 130.689,00€y un plazo de ejecución de 6 meses.</em></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>3.El 20 de julio de 2022, con registro de entrada núm. GOIBE404372/2022, la persona indicada en el apartado anterior presentó una solicitud de cambio de inversión, para cambiar el tractor y comprar una grada de disco.
