&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Examinada la documentación que le acompaña y de conformidad con aquello que se ha fijado en los artículos 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Règimen Local, y 52 del Real decreto 128/2018, de 16 de marzo, por el cual se regula el régimen jurídico de los funcionarios de la Administración Local con habilitación de caracter nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vista la propusta de resolucinó PR/2022/352 de 3 / de agosto / 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribucions que confieren la legisllación vigente en materia de régimen local, y concretamento de acuerdo con el artículol 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de las bases de règimen local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Nombrar como secretario-interventor-tesorero accidental al Sr. Andrés González Guzmán, funcionario&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de carrera en comisión de servicios de este Ayuntamiento durante la ausencia del titular y con efectos a partir del 16 de junio de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;RECURSOS/ALEGACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución que pone fin a la via administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativa antes este órgano, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 i 124 de la Leyi 39/2015, del1 d'octubre, del Procedimento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de esta provincia, en el plazo de dos mesos, a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la presente notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativo. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición ptestativo no podrà interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamento o se haya producido la desestimación por silenciao. Todo estos in perejuicio que pueda interponer o, qualquier otro recurso que pueda estimar conveniente en su derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde-Presidente, ante mi la Secretaria-Interventora firma a los efectos de dar fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
