style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;ayudas de mínimis para proyectos piloto y soporte al desarrollo de nuevos productos, prácticas, procesos y tecnologías, para los años 2016-2020, especifica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de acuerdo con &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha de 17 de noviembre de 2016 se publicó, en el BOIB nº. 145, la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2016-2020, ayudas de minimis para proyectos piloto y soporte al desarrollo de nuevos productos, prácticas, procesos y tecnologías. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. El vicepresidente del FOGAIBA resolvió favorablemente la concesión de la ayuda a favor de los interesados que figuran en el Anexo I con las fechas e importes que figuran en el citado Anexo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Dada la citada Resolución de concesión de la ayuda, y de acuerdo con lo que establece el apartado décimo de la convocatoria antes mencionada, el beneficiario se obliga, entre otros, a realizar las actuaciones auxiliadas dentro del plazo establecido ya justificar los gastos relacionados con la inversión para la recepción de los fondos comunitarios en la forma y plazos determinados en la convocatoria. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Dentro del plazo legalmente establecido para la justificación de las inversiones aprobadas, el interesado presenta la solicitud de pago final así como la documentación exigida, sin embargo, revisada ésta, se comprueba que la inversión admisible es inferior a la aprobada y a la solicitada, tal y como se detalla en el Anexo I. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los solicitantes declaran que a pesar de la diferencia, se han logrado todos los objetivos previstos en el proyecto aprobado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De acuerdo con el apartado noveno de la Resolución de convocatoria arriba mencionada, en los casos en los que se produzcan desviaciones entre la inversión realizada y la aprobada, se ajustará la ayuda total concedida al importe de la inversión realizada, siempre que la finalidad de la subvención, dada su naturaleza, sea susceptible de satisfacción parcial, y siempre y cuando se acerquen de forma significativa al cumplimiento total de los objetivos previstos y supongan al menos un 50% de ejecución de la cantidad total de inversión aprobada en la resolución de concesión inicial. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Este ajuste se hará aplicando el porcentaje de subvención que corresponda a la inversión total &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;justificada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No se reducirá el importe de la subvención concedida siempre que la inversión ejecutada sea igual o superior a la máxima auxiliable. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El importe total de la ayuda finalmente concedida deberá ascender a 107.434,95 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
