Publicar esta bolsa en el BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Manacor.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#333333">3. Esta bolsa extraordinaria tendrá una vigencia máxima de 3 años desde que se publique la resolución de constitución al BOIB. Una vez haya transcurrido este periodo de tiempo la bolsa pierde la vigencia y no se puede reactivar.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#333333">Contra esta resolución, en conformidad con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se puede interponer, alternativamente, recurso de reposición potestativo ante el mismo órgano que la dictó, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente al de la publicación, o recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar del día siguiente de la publicación</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#333333">Si se opta paor interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o haya transcurrido un mes de su interposición en que se entendería desestimado por silencio. El plazo para interponer, en su caso, recurso contencioso-administrativo, si se ha optado por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, será de dos meses contados del día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución exprés del recurso de reposición.
