&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 7 de febrero de 2022 se otorgó la declaración exigida en el punto primero del apartado &lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; del artículo 32.2 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público, para que la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP (FUEIB) tenga la condición de medio propio de la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt; (BOIB n.º 20, de 8 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. Mediante el mismo Acuerdo se autorizó al consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura para que aprobara las tarifas que tiene que percibir la FUEIB como contraprestación por razón de los encargos de gestión que reciba de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears como medio propio, las cuales se tienen que calcular en función de los costes reales imputables a la ejecución de los proyectos, teniendo en cuenta especialmente la información que, a tal efecto, aporte la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. En fecha 11 de febrero de 2022, mediante resolución del consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura, se aprobaron las nuevas tarifas de servicios para la ejecución de los encargos a medios propios que la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el resto de poderes adjudicadores hagan a la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP (BOIB n.º 25, de 15 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4. El apartado &lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; del punto primero de la mencionada Resolución establece que, sin perjuicio de las tarifas de aplicación general, se pueden aprobar tarifas específicas para los encargos que lo requieran por consideración a sus particularidades, por medio de otra resolución del consejero o consejera de la consejería de adscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5. En fecha 21 de julio de 2022 la FUEIB presentó ante la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura la documentación justificativa de las nuevas tarifas que se proponen para la ejecución de los encargos a medios propios que la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el resto de poderes adjudicadores hagan a la FUEIB para los servicios de la residencia de estudiantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;6. Dentro de estas tarifas, se incluye el coste de los diferentes servicios de la residencia de estudiantes, tanto para el curso académico 2022-2023 (con una validez hasta el 10 de septiembre de 2023), como para estancias de corta duración (inferiores a 30 días).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. La Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. El Decreto 14/2016, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto consolidado del Decreto sobre contratación de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. Los Estatutos de la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4. El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 7 de febrero de 2022 por el que se declara a la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP (FUEIB) como medio propio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. Aprobar las tarifas específicas para los servicios de la residencia de estudiantes, que se establecen en el anexo adjunto, aplicables a los servicios de los encargos que la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el resto de poderes adjudicadores hagan a la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
