    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de SANTA MARGALIDA por el que se aprueba definitivamente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el expediente de modificación de créditos núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1793/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;suplemento de crédito &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y crédito extraordinario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; financiado con remanente de tesorería. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el periodo de exposición al público para poder examinar y presentar las oportunas reclamaciones a la modificación de crédito con núm. de expediente 1793/2022, dentro del presupuesto municipal de 2022, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en la sesión &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ordinaria de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;24 de junio de 2022 &lt;/span&gt;y teniendo en cuenta que durante el período comprendido entre el 2 y el 25 de julio &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; según edicto insertado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 86, de fecha de 02-07-2022 y en los tablones de anuncios de la Corporación, no se han presentado alegaciones en contra. Dicho expediente queda elevado a definitivo tal y como establece el artículo 169 del RDL 2/2004 que aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y se hace pública la modificación presupuestaria acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
