&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Sra. Alcaldesa Presidenta del Excelentísimo Ayuntamiento de Andraitx, por acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación Municipal reunido en sesión extraordinaria día 5 de julio de 2022, en relación al RÉGIMEN DE INDEMNIZACIONES Y ASISTENCIAS POR LOS MIEMBROS DE LA CORPORACIÓN, RELACIÓN DE CARGOS CON DEDICACIONES EXCLUSIVAS Y PARCIALES, Y CUANTÍAS CORRESPONDIENTES, (MODIFICACIÓN DE LA BASE 47 DEL PRESUPUESTO VIGENTE); tengo a bien proponer al Pleno de la Corporación Municipal para su aprobación, si procede, la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;(71,47% de 51.770,08 € = 37.000,00 €) anuales pagables en catorce mensualidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cuanto a los gastos del Capítulo I, se observarán las siguientes reglas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los haberes y jornales correspondientes se librarán en doce partes y meses vencidos, excepto en los meses de Junio y Diciembre, que se librarán antes del comienzo de las Fiestas Patronales y de Navidad, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Jefe de la unidad de Personal acreditará que las personas comprendidas en las nóminas han prestado los servicios que se señalan y retribuyen y que todas las retribuciones se han calculado de conformidad con la normativa de aplicación y se han aplicado las retenciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corresponde a la Alcaldía la asignación individual del complemento de productividad y de las gratificaciones. Las gratificaciones se abonarán previa acreditación de las horas realizadas fuera de la jornada por el responsable administrativo del Servicio con el visto bueno del regidor-delegado del área correspondiente. Previamente se tendrá que solicitar el RC de la previsión de las horas a realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que se publique el presente Acuerdo de forma íntegra en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, despues de su aprobación inicial por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, concediendo un plazo de 15 días hábiles para la presentación de alegaciones por los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que no se presente ninguna alegación en el plazo mencionado anteriormente, el acuerdo se entenderá definitivamente aprobado. En caso contrario, el Pleno dispondrá de un mes para resolver las alegaciones presentadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; - Que el presente acuerdo definitivamente aprobado sea publicado íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el Tablón de Anuncios del Ayuntamiento, a los efectos de su conocimiento en general, dada su trascendencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
