&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;9.3. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 10 de setiembre de 2015 por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, subvenciones&amp;nbsp;para la Creación de empresas de Jóvenes agricultores, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 14&amp;nbsp;de julio&amp;nbsp;de 2022, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 Con fecha de 15 de septiembre de 2015 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 136 la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores modificada mediante las resoluciones de 26 de abril de 2016, 26 de junio de 2018 y 2 de marzo de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.De conformidad con el apartado segundo de la modificación de 2 de marzo de 2020 de la citada Resolución, el plazo para presentar las solicitudes finalizó el día 30 de junio de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda, el cumplimiento de los requisitos y documentación ha quedado reflejado en la aplicación SIFOG y se encuentran en revisión administrativa final.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. El crédito final queda en 3.000.000 euros para esta línea de ayudas para el ejercicio del año 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent no va cobrir la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria, la selecció dels beneficiaris de les ajudes s'ha fet mitjançant el procediment de concurrència&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;competitiva, segons els criteris de prioritat i la puntuació obtinguda aplicant l'apartat setè de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 15&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;setembre de 2015, abans esmentada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.En data 28 d'octubre de 2021 es va publicar al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la resolució de concessió, dins la qual h&amp;nbsp;i havia &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;14&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;expedients&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;que complien&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;amb les&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;condicions&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;establertes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per la&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;convocatòria&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;però&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;que quedaven&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;denegats provisionalment&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per falta&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de pressupost.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En aquesta resolució es disposava que si algun dels beneficiaris renuncia a la subvenció en els sis mesos següents de la notificació de la seva concessió, l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció esmentada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;haurà d'acordar, sense necessitat de nova convocatòria, la concessió de la subvenció al sol·licitant o sol·licitants següents per ordre de puntuació, sempre que amb la renúncia per part d'algun dels&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;beneficiaris,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;s'hagi&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;alliberat prou crèdit&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;poder atendre com&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a mínim&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;una&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de les&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;sol·licituds&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;denegades.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Ley 3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;015&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 de octubre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;régimen jurídico &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de las administraciones públicas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROPUESTA DE RESOLUCIÓN&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Resolver las alegaciones presentadas según el anexo V de esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anexo II con los números de orden de 1 al 74, ambos inclusive, que son un total de 74 expedientes y que comienza con MERLE SOPHIE KRUECHTEN y termina con JORDI TORRES RAMÓN, que suma un importe total de 3,000.000,00 euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores 2015-2019".&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Que la solicitud con 35 puntos y número de orden 74 del anexo I (JORDI TORRES RAMON), a pesar de cumplir las condiciones administrativas y técnicas para adquirir la condición de beneficiario, excede la cuantía máxima del crédito fijado en la convocatoria, por tanto se debe proceder a su aprobación por un importe inferior al solicitado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Denegar la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios detallados en el Anexo IV por incumplimiento de los requisitos que establece la convocatoria, que son un total de 6 expedientes y que empieza por MIQUEL ROCA PAYERAS y acaba por PERE ANTONI MULET MONSERRAT.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalada en cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el anexo II de esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios son las indicadas en el anexo VI, de esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Notificar esta resolución mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Disponer que si alguno de los beneficiarios renuncia a la subvención en los seis meses siguientes a la notificación de su concesión, el órgano que concede la subvención deberá acordar, sin necesidad de nueva convocatoria, la concesión de la subvención al solicitante o solicitantes siguientes por orden de puntuación, siempre que con la renuncia por parte de alguno de los beneficiarios, se haya liberado crédito suficiente para poder atender al menos una de las solicitudes denegadas. El órgano que concede la subvención comunicará esta opción a los interesados.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;INTERPOSICIÓN DE RECURSOS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Poner en marcha el plan empresarial como máximo durante los nueve meses siguientes a la fecha de concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Ejercer la actividad agraria en la explotación durante al menos cinco años desde el momento del inicio de la actividad hasta cinco años después de la concesión de la ayuda. En el caso de las SRM (Sociedad rural menorquina), el joven agricultor incorporado podrá cambiar de SRM siempre que se cumplan los mismos requisitos y previa comunicación al FOGAIBA.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Mantener los requisitos y condiciones exigibles en cuanto a las condiciones de la explotación durante este período. En el caso de la viabilidad económica de la explotación deberá mantenerse durante un mínimo de tres años a partir de que ésta sea alcanzada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Tener la consideración de agricultor activo, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Capítulo I, Título II del Real Decreto 1075/2014, de 19 de diciembre, sobre la aplicación a partir de 2015 de los pagos directos a la agricultura ya la ganadería y otros regímenes de ayuda, así como sobre la gestión y control de los pagos directos y los pagos al desarrollo rural, durante los dieciocho meses siguientes a la fecha de instalación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Someterse los controles que lleve a cabo la Administración, necesarios para comprobar la correcta concesión de la ayuda y el posterior mantenimiento de los compromisos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cumplir, en su explotación, los requisitos legales de gestión, así como las buenas condiciones agrarias y medioambientales establecidas en los artículos 91, 92, 93, 94 y 95 del Reglamento (UE) núm. 1306/2013 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 17 de diciembre de 2013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Cumplir las normas de información y publicidad previstas en el anexo III del Reglamento de ejecución (UE) núm. 808/2014 de la Comisión, de 17 de julio de 2014, por el que se establecen disposiciones de aplicación del Reglamento (UE) núm. 1305/2013, del Parlamento Europeo http://www.caib.es/eboibfront/pdf/ca/2016/54/948925 Núm. 54 30 de abril de 2016 Fascículo 64 - Sec. III. - Pág. 12753 http://boib.caib.es D.L .: PM 469 a 1983 - ISSN: 2254-1233 y del Consejo, relativo a la ayuda al desarrollo rural a través del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural. -Cumplir los compromisos adquiridos para la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Cumplir las normas mínimas en materia de medio ambiente, higiene y bienestar de los animales, de conformidad con la normativa comunitaria y nacional, en un plazo máximo de 24 meses desde la instalación del joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
