&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases y convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas a asociaciones de gente mayor del municipio de Llucmajor del año 2022&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preámbulo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor ha decidido realizar una convocatoria de ayudas a asociaciones de gente mayor del municipio de Llucmajor con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad y el desarrollo de las actividades que las asociaciones de gente mayor llevan a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El artículo 72 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, establece que las Corporaciones locales favorecen el desarrollo de las asociaciones para la defensa de los intereses generales o sectoriales de los vecinos, facilitan la más amplia información sobre sus actividades y, dentro de sus posibilidades, el uso de los medios públicos y el acceso a las ayudas económicas para la realización de sus actividades e impulsan su participación en la gestión de la Corporación en los términos del número 2 del artículo 69.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así pues, en cumplimiento del artículo anterior y de acuerdo con con el artículo 232 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, se pretende contribuir a retomar la actividad de las asociaciones de gente mayor en condiciones óptimas y seguras mediante ayudas para financiar gastos de obras e instalaciones porque los locales dispongan las condiciones mínimas necesarias para garantizar la calidad de vida de las personas usuarias y el desarrollo correcto de actividades, así como equipaciones necesarias para el desarrollo de los fines, los objetivos y las actividades que llevan a cabo las entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las presentes bases y convocatoria se enmarcan en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2022 del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, publicadas en el BOIB n.º 87 de 5 de julio de 2022 para fomentar el asociacionismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, así como por los de eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados y eficiencia en la asignación y la utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En todo el que no regulan estas bases y convocatoria será de aplicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (LGS), y el Reglamento general de subvención 887/2006, aprobado el 21 de julio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPAC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El Real Decreto 203/2021, de 30 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de actuación y funcionamiento del sector público por medios electrónicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El Reglamento de servicios de las corporaciones locales de 17 de junio de 1955&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Reglamento Participación Ciudadana (BOIB núm. 182 de 15 de diciembre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Objecto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El objeto de estas bases y convocatoria es regular y fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de solicitud, tramitación, concesión, cobro y justificación de las subvencionas que otorgue el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor destinadas a asociaciones de gente mayor, sin ánimo de lucro, para garantizar la continuidad y el desarrollo de las actividades que las asociaciones de gente mayor llevan a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.- &lt;/strong&gt;Esta convocatoria pretende contribuir con la financiación de los gastos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Obras e instalaciones porque los locales dispongan de las condiciones mínimas necesarias para garantizar la calidad de vida de las personas usuarias y el desarrollo correcto de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Equipaciones. Comprende la adquisición de mobiliario, equipos informáticos y equipación necesaria para el desarrollo de los fines de la entidad solicitante y, en general, adquisición de bienes de inversión afectados al objeto de la entidad y de las actividades que lleva a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.- &lt;/strong&gt;Los proyectos que se subvencionan tienen que tener por finalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Promover y facilitar el desarrollo de acciones dirigidas al desarrollo de un envejecimiento activo, saludable y satisfactorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estimular, promover y fomentar el asociacionismo, la integración y la participación en el ámbito comunitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Propiciar un espacio de ocio y tiempo libre adecuado a sus intereses y expectativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejorar la calidad de vida y potenciar la capacidad creativa de la gente mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Permitir que las asociaciones tengan un local en condiciones, adecuado a las dimensiones y a las necesidades, donde puedan llevar a cabo iniciativas, los proyectos y los programas destinados a mejorar la calidad de vida de la gente mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las subvenciones concedidas según esta convocatoria lo serán mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Pueden obtener la condición de persona beneficiaria de las subvenciones las asociaciones de gente mayor, sin ánimo de lucro, siempre que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Estén legalmente constituidas, adaptadas a la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación, e inscritas de forma definitiva en el registro pertinente, el día que acabe el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) El ámbito de actuación sea en el término municipal de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Incluyan entre sus finalidades actuaciones dirigidas a la gente mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2.- &lt;/strong&gt;No pueden obtener la condición de beneficiaria las personas en los cuales se acontezca alguna de las circunstancias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Cuando, entre ellas, concurre alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las entidades asociativas con finalidad lucrativa, comercial, mercantil o similar, los colegios profesionales y asociaciones profesionales, las cooperativas y las fundaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Las asociaciones que no se encuentren constituidas legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.3.-&lt;/strong&gt; La acreditación de no incurrir en las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la LGS se hará mediante declaración responsable (anexo 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social se acredita mediante las certificaciones acreditativas expedidas por la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, y con la Seguridad Social. Las obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor se comprobarán de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y la acreditación de estar inscrito al Registro de Asociaciones de Interés Municipal de este Ayuntamiento se comprobara de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los requisitos fijados en su punto 5 se tienen que cumplir desde el momento de la presentación de la solicitud o la fecha final de solicitudes.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Son obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Cumplir el objetivo, ejecutar el proyecto, realizar la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Justificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones, así como la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determine la concesión o goce de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Prestar colaboración y facilitar todas las evidencias que sean requeridas en el ejercicio de las funciones de control que correspondan en el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Los beneficiarios de estas ayudas, con la presentación de la solicitud de la ayuda, autorizan expresamente al Ayuntamiento a solicitar y/o facilitar información a otras administraciones a fin de realizar las tareas de comprobación y control de esta en cualquier de sus fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero previstas por la vigente normativa en materia de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Hacer constar, en un lugar visible de la sede de la asociación, que la actividad se desarrolla con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor incluyendo el logotipo institucional, teniéndose que acreditar este extremo en el momento de la justificación de acuerdo el anexo 8.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.1.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; El órgano competente para la ordenación y la instrucción del procedimiento de concesión de la subvención prevista en esta convocatoria es el área de Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, que tiene que llevar a cabo, de oficio, las actuaciones necesarias para instruir y tramitar el procedimiento en los términos establecidos en el artículo 24 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.2.-&lt;/strong&gt; El órgano competente para resolver esta convocatoria es el alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el acuerdo será de seis meses a contar del día siguiente de la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes. Las solicitudes sobre las cuales no haya recaído resolución expresa en el plazo establecido para resolver y publicar se entenderán desestimadas, sin perjuicio que subsista la obligación de la Administración de resolver expresamente. La resolución de concesión o denegación pondrá fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes es de 1 mes contador desde el día siguiente de la publicación de estas bases y convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.2.- &lt;/strong&gt;Atendida la naturaleza de los beneficiarios y la obligación de relacionarse electrónicamente del artículo 14.2 la LPAC, las solicitudes se tienen que presentar en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor o al Registro Electrónico General de la Administración General del Estado (&lt;/span&gt;https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.3.-&lt;/strong&gt; Si la solicitud y el resto de documentación que se tiene que presentar no reúne los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, es incompleta o incorrecta, s&lt;strong&gt;e requerirá al interesado porque en el plazo máximo de 10 días enmiende las deficiencias, advirtiéndolo que si no lo hace se lo tendrá por desistido en su petición.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.4.-&lt;/strong&gt; La mera presentación de la solicitud supone la aceptación de las presentes bases y convocatoria, y el compromiso del solicitante de cumplir con las obligaciones y deberes derivados de estas.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- Documentos que s&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e tienen que adjuntar a las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.1.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que formalizar mediante los modelos anexos y tienen que contener los datos necesarios para identificar la entidad solicitante y la persona que la representa. Estos modelos se encuentran anexos en las presentes bases y convocatoria y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor (&lt;/span&gt;https://www.llucmajor.org/ca&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.2.-&lt;/strong&gt; La documentación que se tiene que presentar con la solicitud es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Modelo de solicitud (anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Fotocopia del NIF de la entidad solicitante y del DNI, NIF o NIE del representante legal que la firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. Se puede acreditar con un certificado de nombramiento y de vigencia del cargo, de fecha posterior a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) Estatutos vigentes de la asociación con la resolución de la inscripción en el Registro de Entidades jurídicas del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares y/o en otros registros de administraciones públicas, cuando corresponda y, si procede, modificados, según se establece en la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Solicitud de alta de la titularidad de la cuenta bancaria (anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;f) Número actualizado de personas asociadas mediante la certificación de la secretaría de la asociación (anexo 4) y en la cual se tiene que indicar cuántas son mayores de sesenta años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;g) Certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias de la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;h) Anexo 5, Declaración responsable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- De no incurrir en ninguno de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones. Esta acreditación se tiene que hacer de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 13.7 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- De no encontrarse en la situación que prevé el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres y el artículo 37 de la Ley 8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gays, trans, bisexuales y intersexuales para erradicar la LGTBI-fobia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- De no haber pedido otra ayuda o subvención por el mismo concepto y, si procede, una relación de las subvenciones y ayudas solicitadas o concedidas, con la indicación de los importes y de las entidades subvencionadoras. Si durante la instrucción del procedimiento, previamente a la propuesta de concesión, la entidad sabe que se le ha concedido alguna subvención, lo tiene que comunicar tan pronto como sea posible al órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i) Así mismo, como se trata de una subvención que tiene por objeto una actividad ya realizada, junto con la documentación antes mencionada, se tendrá que presentar una cuenta justificativa integrada por la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Una &lt;strong&gt;memoria de actuaciones&lt;/strong&gt; justificativa de las actuaciones hechas, los resultados obtenidos y el cumplimiento de las condicionas impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, incluida la publicidad de la subvención, firmada por la persona que representa la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Una &lt;strong&gt;memoria económica&lt;/strong&gt; (anexo 6) justificativa de los gastos hechos, con indicación de los gastos e inversiones del proyecto, con indicación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, data emisión y, en su caso, fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se acompañará de las facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporados en la relación anterior y, en su caso, con la documentación acreditativa de pago, tal como se establece en su punto 13 de las presentes bases y convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Declaración responsable (anexo 7):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Sobre la realización de la actividad subvencionada, de los ingresos y de los gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Que las facturas presentadas para justificar la actividad no superan el valor de mercado de gasto subvencionable y se tendrán que descontar de las facturas presentadas para justificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• De no ser deudor por una resolución de reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Documentación acreditativa de la difusión por parte de la persona beneficiaria (anexo 8).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 28.2 LPAC, los interesados tienen derecho a no aportar documentos que ya se encuentren en poder del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor o hayan sido elaborados por cualquier otra Administración. Este Ayuntamiento podrá consultar o recaudar estos documentos salvo que el interesado se opusiera a esto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A todos los efectos, y siempre que sea posible atender todas las peticiones que reúnan los requisitos para ser beneficiarias, se concede a cada solicitante la cuantía solicitada, teniendo en cuenta el límite que se establece para cada beneficiario: 4.000 € por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si no fuera posible atender todas las peticiones, se determinará el importe de la subvención por cada solicitante proporcionalmente al número de miembros de las asociaciones mayores de 60 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si una vez calculados los importes de las ayudas se produce un remanente, la comisión evaluadora puede proponer al órgano instructor que el crédito sobrante se reparta entre los otros beneficiarios con el límite de 5.000 € por solicitante. Si no fuera suficiente el remanente para atender todas las solicitudes, se repartirá proporcionalmente al numero de miembros de las asociaciones mayores de 60 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones concedidas en ningún caso puede ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas otras administraciones públicas o de entidades privadas, supere el coste de la actividad que tiene que desarrollar la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- La comisión evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La comisión evaluadora estará compuesta, como mínimo, por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Presidente/a: el regidor o regidora del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Secretario/aria: uno o una representante del área de Intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Vocales: uno o una representante del área de Intervención, uno o una representante del área de Servicios Sociales y un o una representante del área de Secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.1. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El pago de la subvención únicamente se puede efectuar una vez dictada la resolución correspondiente y justificada de manera suficiente la realización de la actividad subvencionada, a la cuenta corriente indicada al efecto por la persona beneficiaria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.2. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El plazo para justificar acaba el día en que acaba la presentación de solicitudes, dado que como se ha dicho se trata de una subvención por actividades finalizadas, y junto con la solicitud, y el resto de documentación expresada en esta convocatoria, se tiene que presentar la justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- Documentación acreditativa del pago de los gastos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La documentación acreditativa del pago según la forma que haya utilizado la persona beneficiaría tiene que ser la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en una cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Copia del justificante de la orden de transferencia bancaria o del documento bancario acreditativo del pago en el cual figuran el concepto de transferencia o el ingreso, la fecha del documento, el importe, la identificación del concepto, a fin de que quede identificado el pago de la factura, y los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que tienen que coincidir con la persona beneficiaría y con la emisora de la factura, respectivamente, y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Extracto de la cuenta bancaria de la persona beneficiaría de la ayuda en la cual figure el cargo de esta transferencia, cuando no queden acreditados los requisitos señalados al párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Pago mediante cheque nominativo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo emitido a nombre del proveedor que expide la factura o documento equivalente, siempre que esté vencido y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Extracto de la cuenta corriente del beneficiario de la ayuda en el cual figure el cargo de este cheque o pagaré, o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Certificado de la entidad bancaria en que conste el número de cheque, el importe y la identificación de quien lo cobra y la fecha de cobro(no es necesario presentar el extracto de la cuenta corriente si el certificado de la entidad bancaria incluye también la identificación del número de cuenta en la cual se ha cargado el cheque y el titular de la cuenta, que tiene que coincidir con la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Pago mediante pagarés, letras de cambio o similares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Documento acreditativo del cargo en cuenta del efecto mercantil y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Extracto de la cuenta en que figure el cargo del efecto mercantil. Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o documento similar emitido por la entidad bancaria que contenga: el titular y el número de cuenta en que se ha cargado el efecto mercantil, el librador y el librado de la letra de cambio, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el cual se realiza el efecto mercantil, el importe de la letra de cambio y la fecha de emisión de la letra y del abono por parte del librado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ticket de compra en el cual figure el pago con tarjeta en caso de que no se indique en la factura y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;‐Extracto de la cuenta en el cual figure el cargo del pago con tarjeta. El extracto de la cuenta puede sustituirse por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria, en el cual, como mínimo, conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en la cual se carga el pago de la tarjeta, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el cual se hace la transferencia y el importe y fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Pago mediante domiciliación bancario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Notificación bancaria del cargo y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Extracto bancario donde figure el cargo de la domiciliación. Esta documentación se puede sustituir mediante un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancario, en el que conste el titular y número de la cuenta corriente en la que se ha hecho el cargo y el ordenante del cargo, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el cual se realiza el cargo y el importe y la fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Pago en efectivo: recibo, firmado y sellado por el proveedor, en el cual tiene que especificarse el gasto al cual corresponde el pago, la fecha y la expresión «recibido en metálico». Bajo la firma tiene que figurar el nombre, los apellidos y el número de DNI de la persona que firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, estos recibos irán acompañados de una declaración responsable firmada por el presidente de la asociación que realiza el pago en la cual asumirá el gasto y su pago en efectivo, si fuera el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si se trata de pagos en efectivo de facturas simplificadas, será suficiente la presentación de este documento para acreditar su pago, si al mismo consta la expresión «Pagado en efectivo», «Recibo» o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.- Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.- Régimen&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
