    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por Orden del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 12 de mayo de 2022, se convocaron las elecciones para la constitución del Pleno de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Ibiza y Formentera (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;64, de 17 de mayo de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez celebradas las elecciones, y según consta en el acta de la constitución del Pleno y en los certificados de la secretaria de la Cámara; el Pleno de la Cámara, en la sesión constitutiva de 28 de junio de 2022, acordó la designación de las personas que conforman el Comité Ejecutivo, sin que se hayan producido incidencias ni reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El artículo&amp;nbsp;33.5 del Real Decreto &amp;nbsp;669/2015, de 17 de julio, por el que se desarrolla la Ley&amp;nbsp;4/2014, de 1 de abril, Básica de las Cámaras Oficiales de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación, dispone que, resueltas las incidencias, si las hubiere, el órgano competente de la administración tutelante dispondrá la publicación de los nombramientos del presidente, de los cargos del comité ejecutivo y de los miembros del pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por ello, de conformidad con las disposiciones normativas mencionadas y en ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuyen el artículo&amp;nbsp;2.6 y la disposición adicional primera de la Ley&amp;nbsp;1/2017, de 12 de mayo, de cámaras oficiales de comercio, industria, servicios y navegación de las Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Hacer públicos los nombramientos del presidente, de los cargos del Comité Ejecutivo y de los miembros del Pleno de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Ibiza y Formentera, que son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
