&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El 31 de diciembre de 2020 se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica dirigida a particulares, entidades sin ánimo de lucro, pequeñas y medianas empresas y asociaciones empresariales mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética y Sectores Productivos de 23 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las personas o entidades que figuran en el anexo obtuvieron una subvención para la implantación de instalaciones renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Las personas o entidades que figuran en el anexo presentaron la documentación justificativa de las actuaciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El 20 de junio de 2022 (BOIB núm. 81 de 23 de junio de 2022) el Director General de Energía y Cambio Climático emitió Propuesta de Resolución de Revocación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5. Se ha agotado el plazo de diez días hábiles que se concedían para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones (BOIB n.º 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, por el que se desarrollan determinados aspectos de la Ley de Finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 122, de 2 de septiembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía (BOIB n.º 72, de 24 de mayo 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética y Sectores Productivos de 23 de diciembre de 2020 por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a particulares, entidades sin ánimo de lucro, pequeñas y medianas empresas y asociaciones empresariales (BOIB n.º&amp;nbsp;216, de 31 de diciembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Revocar la subvención a los beneficiarios que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y por tanto, archivar los expedientes indicados en el anexo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Publicar esta de&amp;nbsp; Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de reposición ante el consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común y de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo&amp;nbsp; del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
