    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al no haberse presentado ninguna reclamación o sugerencia durante el plazo de exposición al público, el acuerdo inicialmente aprobado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sóller, en la sesión ordinaria de fecha 3 de junio de 2022, de aprobación de la modificación de la Ordenanza municipal de la tasa para la autorización administrativa del estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica en los espacios municipales (ORA), se tiene que entender definitivamente aprobado sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo expreso en conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y 102.1.d) de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El texto íntegro de la modificación de la Ordenanza municipal de la tasa para la autorización administrativa del estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica en los espacios municipales (ORA), se hace público, para su general conocimiento y en cumplimiento de lo que se dispone en el artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ordenanza reguladora de la tasa para la autorización administrativa del estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica en los espacios públicos municipales.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servicio de ordenación y regulación de aparcamiento es un servicio público local que pretende la regulación de los espacios de estacionamiento disponible en el municipio, fijando los tiempos máximos de permanencia para conseguir una rotación de vehículos que permita optimizar el uso de un bien escaso como es el de dominio público dedicado a esta finalidad. Este Ayuntamiento conforme al que autoriza el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y de acuerdo con el previsto en el artículo 20.3,uno) del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, establece la tasa para la autorización administrativa del estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica en los espacios públicos de este municipio y con las limitaciones que se puedan establecer por la autoridad competente, que se regulará por la presente Ordenanza, redactada conforme al artículo 16 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 citado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Zonas de &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;estacionam&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;iento regulado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. La Junta de Gobierno podrá establecer, previos los informes técnicos que correspondan, las zonas de estacionamiento regulado, mediante cualquier sistema de control horario, que permita la ocupación de un espacio señalizado en la vía pública por esta finalidad, durante un tiempo máximo determinado. El establecimiento de una zona de estacionamiento regulado comportará la determinación e identificación de los sectores que la integran y, en los casos que corresponda, sus correspondientes zonas de influencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.2. El horario general de su uso será el que determine la Junta de Gobierno, adaptado a las necesidades del sector o zona urbana donde se establezca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.3. La Junta de Gobierno Local podrá autorizar de manera temporal usos diferentes de las zonas de estacionamiento regulado para causas justificadas, fiestas, promociones o circunstancias especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.4. Las zonas de estacionamiento regulado podrán ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- ORA (Operación de Regulación de Aparcamiento): Cuando se sujete el estacionamiento al previo pago de la tasa establecida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- ZAR (Zona de Aparcamiento Restringido): Cuando se reserve el estacionamiento exclusivamente para los residentes, independientemente de que dicho régimen coexista, o no, con otro tipo de regulación de aparcamiento, en los términos definidos por el artículo 12 de la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- SER (Servicio de estacionamiento regulado): Zonas reservadas al estacionamiento de residentes de la zona y otros usuarios no residentes. Los usuarios no residentes estarán obligados a indicar de manera visible en el vehículo la fecha y hora de llegada teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de estacionamiento máximo a la zona establecido a la señalización vertical. Esta zona puede crearse por un periodo de tiempo y horario determinado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.5. Las entradas y salidas de las zonas de estacionamiento con horario regulado se indicarán mediante señalización vertical. Podrá reforzarse la anterior señalización intermediando marques viales de color azul (ORA), verde (ZAR) o naranja (SER)sobre el pavimento para establecer los límites de las plazas del aparcamiento regulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.6. Las resoluciones de la Junta de Gobierno en materia de implantación o modificación de las zonas de estacionamiento regulado serán objeto de publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.7. Los espacios reservados para carga y descarga y todos aquellos que puedan estar afectados por un horario limitado en su utilización, cuando estén ubicados en zona de ORA o en zona ZAR, fuera del horario de su concesión quedarán sujetas a la normativa de dichas zonas. En todo caso prevalecerán las señalizaciones y horarios establecidos para carga y descarga sobre las determinaciones de las zonas de ORA, ZAR y SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.8. Las zonas de influencia son las zonas en que no se dispone de espacio para poder estacionar vehículos y que confinan con una zona de ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ZONAS DE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OPERACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; DE REGULACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; D&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;E &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APARCAMIENTO (ORA)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. Estacionamiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; regula&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;con horario limitado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los estacionamientos regulados y con horario limitado se sujetarán a las determinaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El tiempo máximo de estacionamiento será el establecido por la Junta de Gobierno Local a todos los efectos o para zonas, sectores o franjas horarias determinadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El estacionamiento se efectuará mediante tique horario, que tendrá la forma y las características que fije la Administración Municipal y en el que constará, como mínimo, importe, fecha y límite horario del estacionamiento autorizado. El procedimiento para su expedición será el que en cada caso establezca el Ayuntamiento. Las franjas horarias de estacionamiento así como las tarifas a abonar en concepto de tasa, serán las establecidas en el anexo Y de esta ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-En los casos que el tique sea en formato físico, el/la conductor/a de el vehículo estará obligado/da a colocar el tique horario en un lugar de la parte interna del parabrisas delantero de forma que sea totalmente visible desde el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. Anulación denuncia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas conductoras que, habiendo estacionado el vehículo en una de estos zonas, sobrepasen el límite horario máximo indicado en el tique, que no hubieran adquirido el tique correspondiente o que su mala colocación no permita su lectura de forma clara y hubieran sido denunciados por este motivo, podrán obtener un comprobante o tique puesto-pagable especial que servirá de justificante durante las siguientes 48 horas a la fecha de la denuncia y enervará los efectos del procedimiento sancionador que se haya podido formular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. Vehículos prohibidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No podrán estacionar en zonas de ORA los siguientes vehículos: motocicletas, ciclomotores de dos ruedas y bicicletas, vehículos de diez o más plazas, (ya sean turismos, furgonetas o vehículos mixtos); así como camiones, autobuses, autobuses articulados, remolques, semirremolques, tractocamiones, tractores, sea cuál sea su número de plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. Vehículos&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;excluidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedan excluidos de la limitación de tiempo y sin obligación de obtener el tique o comprobante inherente a la presente normativa, contemplando en la exclusión el distintivo de control, los siguientes vehículos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Los vehículos estacionados en zonas reservadas para su categoría o actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los vehículos auto-taxi que su estacionamiento derive del servicio que se está prestando al usuario, siempre que el conductor esté presente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Los vehículos de servicio oficial debidamente identificados, propiedad de Organismos del Estado, Comunidad Autónoma, Provincia o municipio que estén destinados directa y exclusivamente a la prestación de los servicios públicos de su competencia, cuando estén realizando estos servicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Los vehículos de representación diplomática y consular acreditados en España, externamente identificados con placa de matrícula diplomática y consular, siempre que exista reciprocidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Los vehículos destinados a la asistencia sanitaria que pertenezcan a la Seguridad Social o en la Cruz Roja Española y las ambulancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Las personas titulares de tarjetas de aparcamiento para personas con movilidad reducida expedidas por el organismo competente. Para disfrutar del beneficio de la exclusión será condición necesaria que la tarjeta de aparcamiento para personas de movilidad reducida se encuentre situada en un lugar fácilmente visible del parabrisas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Los vehículos que dispongan del distintivo señalado en el artículo 8, siempre que esté estacionado en su correspondiente zona y sector y no se encuentre en zona o sector distinto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Los vehículos debidamente identificados con el distintivo ambiental “cero emisiones”. El distintivo tiene que estar colocado en un lugar visible del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. Rotación de vehículos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez superado el periodo máximo de estacionamiento autorizado, el vehículo tendrá que abandonar el estacionamiento, no pudiendo estacionar de nuevo dentro del área a menos de 150 metros del lugar que ocupaba anteriormente, durante el periodo de los 30 minutos siguientes a la hora de la finalización del anterior estacionamiento autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. Distintivos zonas de ORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas propietarias de vehículos que sean personas físicas y que estén empadronadas y con domicilio de hecho en zona de ORA, podrán obtener un distintivo que los permitirá acogerse a las exclusiones del artículo 6 de la presente ordenanza, así mismo, podrán obtener el mismo distintivo, las personas propietarias de vehículos que sean personas físicas y estén empadronadas y con domicilio de hecho en zona de influencia de una zona de ORA y no dispongan de aparcamiento en calzada, únicamente en el ámbito del sector que le corresponda según se ubique su domicilio y en los lugares no prohibidos por una norma general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. Condiciones pa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ra l&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a obtención del distintivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. Tendrán derecho al distintivo las personas propietarias que sean titulares de un vehículo con capacidad máxima de hasta nueve plazas (incluido el/a conductor/a) y reúnan las siguientes condiciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Encontrarse empadronadas y residiendo de hecho en la zona de ORA o zona de influencia de una zona de ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Que la domiciliación del vehículo coincida con la de su titular, a excepción de los vehículos de renting los cuales quieran obtener el distintivo indicado en el punto 9 del artículo 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El vehículo no se encuentre sujeto a orden de precinto, en descubierto respecto del pago del Impuesto sobre Vehículo de Tracción Mecánica o sanción municipal de tráfico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.2. Podrán obtener distintivo los vehículos de cuatro ruedas con un peso máximo de 350 kg (cuadriciclos ligeros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.3. No se otorgará el distintivo a: vehículos de diez o más plazas, ya sean turismos, furgonetas o vehículos mixtos; así como camiones, autobuses, autobuses articulados, remolques, semirremolques, tractocamiones, caravanas y tractores, sea cuál sea su número de plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. Zonas de ORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, previos los informes técnicos que correspondan, por razones de interés público municipal relacionado con la ordenación circulatoria, especial configuración urbana y con el objetivo de garantizar la rotación de aparcamientos, podrá calificar determinadas vías o parte de las mismas como zona ORA. En las vías incluidas en la denominación ORA y en los días y horas en que el estacionamiento esté sujeto a limitación horaria, solo será autorizado el estacionamiento a los vehículos que utilicen tique o el distintivo correspondiente y en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. Obtención&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;y&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;uso del distintivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.1.La Administración municipal expedirá a las personas interesadas que cumplan las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 9, los distintivos correspondientes al año en curso, a que se refiere el artículo 8, de acuerdo con las siguientes normas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Solo se otorgará un distintivo por cada propietario/a de vehículo que tenga carné de conducir en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Las personas interesadas tendrán que solicitar expresamente el distintivo y abonar la tasa que se indica en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) En el caso de residentes de hecho dentro del área de lo ORA o su zona de influencia, tendrán que aportar fotocopia del certificado de empadronamiento y exhibir el DNI o pasaporte, carnet de conducir o licencia en su caso, y permiso de circulación del vehículo; constando el domicilio de hecho en estos documentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La administración municipal se reserva el derecho de exigir cualquier otra prueba documental o de realizar de oficio cuántas comprobaciones considere necesarias para contrastar la veracidad de los datos aportados por las personas interesadas para la obtención del distintivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Si de las comprobaciones practicadas resultara que por la persona titular del distintivo de aparcamiento se ha realizado un uso fraudulento del mismo o que los datos aportados para la obtención de la autorización han sido falsificadas, se iniciará expediente para la retirada del distintivo, sin perjuicio de la incoación del correspondiente expediente sancionador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Cuando la persona interesada deje de aportar algún documento, siempre que no sea uno de los esenciales (acreditativos de su personalidad y titularidad del vehículo) o en estos falte algún dato de los requeridos, se le podrá otorgar por un plazo máximo de dos meses improrrogable, un distintivo provisional, siempre que aporte cualquier documento fehaciente que justifique su especial situación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.2. La validez máxima del distintivo será de un año, finalizando en todo caso el 31 de diciembre del año natural en que fue expedido, salvo que el procedimiento de renovación esté afectado por prórroga establecida mediante Decreto de la Alcaldía, debidamente publicado. Pudiendo ser renovados previa solicitud ante la Oficina Municipal correspondiente dentro del plazo que se determinará anualmente y que será anunciado debidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.3. Las personas a las que se otorgue el distintivo serán responsables de su uso. Cuando cambien de dirección o de vehículo tendrán que comunicar, en el plazo de un mes, dicha circunstancia al Ayuntamiento con devolución del distintivo que los fue otorgado. Cumplidos estos requisitos se los expedirá el distintivo correspondiente en el nuevo domicilio y/o vehículo, sin que este trámite esté sujeto a la tasa fiscal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.4 Es obligatorio retirar los distintivos no vigentes de la parte interna de los parabrisas cuando se coloque el nuevo distintivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.5 La Administración municipal podrá decidir no renovar los distintivos que no respeten las normas de esta ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ZONAS DE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APARCAM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ENTO RESTRINGIDO (ZAR)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. Zona de aparcamiento restringido&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.1.la Junta de Gobierno Local, previos los informes técnicos procedentes, por razones de interés municipal podrá declarar uno o varios viales, o sector urbano, como Zona de Aparcamiento Restringido (ZAR). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.2.Dichas zonas se regirán por las siguientes determinaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Las entradas de estas zonas se indicarán mediante señalización vertical. La vigencia de la zona de aparcamiento restringido será permanente, salvo de señalización que indique el horario de vigencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Por los viales que constituyen dichas áreas queda prohibido el estacionamiento, con la excepción de los siguientes vehículos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos estacionados en zonas reservadas para su categoría o actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos auto-taxi cuando su estacionamiento derive del servicio que se está prestando al usuario, siempre que el conductor esté presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Motocicletas y ciclomotores de dos ruedas, y bicicletas siempre que estacionan en lugares destinados específicamente para ellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos que dispongan de tarjeta de zona ZAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de servicios de seguridad, sanitarios, prevención de incendios, Cruz Roja y los provistos de tarjeta de aparcamiento para personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de representación diplomática y consular acreditados en España, externamente identificados con placa de matrícula diplomática y consular, siempre que exista reciprocidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de servicio oficial debidamente identificados, propiedad de organismos del Estado, Comunidad Autónoma, Consejo Insular o municipio, que estén destinados directa y exclusivamente a la prestación de los servicios públicos de su competencia, cuando se encuentren realizando estos servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de compañías de servicios generales o concesionarios/contratistas de servicios públicos, cuando realicen trabajos o servicios en dichos viales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.3. Se podrá solicitar la tarjeta de zona ZAR que habilita para el estacionamiento en la zona afectada, a favor de los vehículos las personas propietarias de los cuales residan y se encuentren empadronadas en la zona de aparcamiento restringido que se trate o en la zona de influencia definida en la Resolución de implantación. Se darán como máximo dos distintivos por vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.4. Para la solicitud y obtención de tarjeta de zona ZAR se aplicarán las condiciones previstas en el artículo 9 y 11 de esta ordenanza, entendiendo que la referencia a zona de ORA se corresponde en zona ZAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.5. La disponibilidad de tarjeta de ZAR no eximirá, en su caso, del cumplimiento de la normativa de ORA en el supuesto que esta estuviera implantada en la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.6. Las tarjetas de zona ZAR tendrán que ser diligentemente colocadas en el vehículo, de forma que sean visibles en su totalidad desde el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​SERVICIO DE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTACIONAM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ENTO REGULADO (SER)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13. Servicio de &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;estacionam&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;iento regulado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.1. La Junta de Gobierno Local, previos los informes técnicos procedentes, por razones de interés municipal podrá declarar uno o varios viales, o sector urbano, como zona sometida a Servicio de Estacionamiento Regulado (zona SER). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.2. Dichas zonas se regirán por las siguientes determinaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Las entradas de estas zonas se indicarán mediante señalización vertical. La vigencia de la zona SER será la indicada en la señalización vertical, la cual puede ser por un periodo de tiempo y horario determinado conforme aquello establecido en el acuerdo de su implantación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Por los viales que constituyen dichas áreas queda prohibido el estacionamiento, con la excepción de los siguientes vehículos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos estacionados en zonas reservadas para su categoría o actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos auto-taxi cuando su estacionamiento derive del servicio que se está prestando al usuario, siempre que el conductor esté presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Motocicletas y ciclomotores de dos ruedas, y bicicletas siempre que estacionan en lugares destinados específicamente para ellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos que dispongan de tarjeta de zona SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de servicios de seguridad, sanitarios, prevención de incendios, Cruz Roja y los provistos de tarjeta de aparcamiento para personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de representación diplomática y consular acreditados en España, externamente identificados con placa de matrícula diplomática y consular, siempre que exista reciprocidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de servicio oficial debidamente identificados, propiedad de organismos del Estado, Comunidad Autónoma, Consejo Insular o municipio, que estén destinados directa y exclusivamente a la prestación de los servicios públicos de su competencia, cuando se encuentren realizando estos servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos de compañías de servicios generales o concesionarios/contratistas de servicios públicos, cuando realicen trabajos o servicios en dichos viales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos que indiquen de manera visible en el vehículo la fecha y hora de llegada teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de estacionamiento máximo a la zona establecido a la señalización vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) No podrán estacionar en zonas SER los vehículos tipos caravana con la excepción de los que dispongan del distintivo de zona SER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.3. Se podrá solicitar la tarjeta de zona SER que habilita para el estacionamiento en la zona afectada, a favor de los vehículos las personas propietarias de los cuales residan y se encuentren empadronadas en la zona SER definida en la Resolución de implantación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.4. Para la solicitud y obtención de tarjeta de zona SER se aplicarán las condiciones previstas en el artículo 9 (exceptuando su apartado 3) y 11 de esta ordenanza, entendiendo que la referencia a zona de ORA se corresponde en zona SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.5. Las tarjetas de zona SER tendrán que ser diligentemente colocadas en el vehículo, de forma que sean visibles en su totalidad desde el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.6 Las personas denunciadas para estacionar en zona SER sin haber indicado la hora de llegada o superando el tiempo máximo autorizado de estacionamiento podrán anular la denuncia en los mismos términos que establece el artículo 4 respecto las zonas de ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​TIPOS DE DISTINTIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;, TAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;J&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ETA MONEDER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;O&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Y&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; AUTORIZACIONES ESPECIALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14. Tipos de distintivos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el objetivo de facilitar el uso de los estacionamientos regulados a las personas titulares de vehículos con vinculación en este municipio se establecen las diferentes modalidades de distintivos, los cuales, mediante una pegatina, tarjeta, o cualquier otro apoyo, identificarán al vehículo, zona al que pertenece y el lugar donde le está autorizado aparcar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1) MIXTO: permite estacionar en la zona y sector al que pertenece la persona titular del vehículo además de los aparcamientos de Cetre, Teixidores y La Calatrava (en horario de apertura).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) APARCAMIENTO: permite estacionar los vehículos los titulares de los cuales sean residentes en Sóller a los aparcamientos de Cetre, Teixidores y La Calatrava (en horario de apertura). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) RESIDENTE: permite estacionar en la zona y sector que pertenece el titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) ZAR: permite estacionar en la zona ZAR que pertenece el titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5) SER: permite estacionar en la zona SER que pertenece el titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6)JUBILADO/ADA - PENSIONISTA: destinado a los vehículos los titulares de los cuales sean residentes en Sóller y estén jubilados o sean pensionistas. Solo se dará una tarjeta por persona. En el momento de solicitar el distintivo se tendrá que presentar el carné de conducir del titular del vehículo en vigor. Permite estacionar a los aparcamientos de Cetre, Teixidores y La Calatrava (en horario de apertura). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7) RESIDENTE Y TRABAJADOR/A: permite estacionar en la zona y sector que corresponda a las personas residentes y trabajadoras en el municipio de Sóller que acrediten estar contratadas por empresas o negocios situados en zona de *ORA o de influencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8) DE TEMPORADA: Tendrán derecho aquellas personas propietarias o familiares de primero y segundo grado, de viviendas del municipio de Sóller al corriente de pago de impuestos, que vendan a pasar temporadas en el municipio y estén afectados miedo las zonas ORA con el sector y zona que le corresponda. Tendrán que presentar la documentación acreditativa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9) RENTING: destinado a residentes del municipio que utilicen vehículos de renting los cuales no estén domiciliados aquí. Tendrán que aportar un documento que acredite la cesión de uso del vehículo por parte de la empresa por motivos laborales y dónde constará el periodo por el cual está prevista la cesión. Este distintivo solo podrá ser de las siguientes modalidades: MIXTO, APARCAMIENTO, RESIDENTE O ZAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10) TIQUE Desechable: destinado a establecimientos de alojamiento turístico y hoteles sin aparcamiento que estén ubicados en zonas de ORA o de influencia donde se aplique la tarifa fraccionada (no exista el pago de jornada completa). El tique será válido un único día y tendrá que indicar claramente la fecha, la matrícula del vehículo y el nombre del establecimiento turístico u hotel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11) NO RESIDENTE Y TRABAJADOR AL PUERTO DE SÓLLER: permite estacionar en la zona y sector que corresponda a las personas no residentes que acrediten estar contratadas por empresas o negocios situados en zona de ORA o de influencia del Puerto de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12) AUTORIZADOS/AS: está destinado a servicios públicos del Ayuntamiento de Sóller o entidades/emprendidas públicas pudiendo estar o no restringidos en zonas de ORA o en horarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. Tarjeta monedero residente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La tarjeta monedero residente está vinculada a una matrícula de vehículo y consta de una tarjeta chip que da acceso a la tarifa residente. Su pérdida, deterioro o cualquier otro mal uso, exime de toda responsabilidad al Ayuntamiento o entidad gestora del servicio, sin tener que reembolsar por parte de estos cabe importe. En el caso de adquirir una tarjeta nueva por cualquier motivo el anterior será dada automáticamente de baja. La podrán obtener las personas empadronadas en el municipio de Sóller titulares de un vehículo y carné de conducir en vigor. Se podrá modificar la matrícula vinculada a la tarjeta siempre que el vehículo sea del mismo titular que la tarjeta. La tarjeta es intransferible; se tendrá que informar a la Administración municipal la transmisión del vehículo y este hecho comportará la anulación de la tarjeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 16. Autorizaciones especiales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En casos especiales y de forma puntual podrán efectuarse autorizaciones de corto periodo, por motivos de fuerza mayor e imprevistos, a personas que ya dispongan de distintivo modificando la zona y el sector. Estas autorizaciones serán aprobadas por Junta de Gobierno Local o órgano en que se delegue, acreditando siempre el motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​DEVOLUCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. Supuestos de devoluciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16.1. Las tarifas previstas en el apartado B.1 del anexo Y de esta ordenanza podrán ser objeto de devolución en los casos que se acredite documentalmente la baja definitiva del vehículo o el cambio de titular que implique la pérdida del derecho a obtener el distintivo. En ambos casos se tendrá que devolver el distintivo o justificar debidamente el no retorno de este. Solo se efectuará la devolución del importe proporcional en el periodo que corresponda a la no utilización del distintivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.2. Ningún otro supuesto procederá la devolución de las tarifas previstas en el anexo I de esta ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 18. Infracciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituyen infracciones específicas de las disposiciones contenidas en esta ordenanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Estacionar sin exhibir el tique o exhibiendo el correspondiente en zona tarifaria distinta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Estacionar superando el tiempo autorizado según el tique. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Estacionar colocando defectuosamente el tique, de forma que no permita su lectura desde el exterior del vehículo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Estacionar colocando nuevo tique, ocupando un estacionamiento situado a menos de 150 metros al que se ha utilizado anteriormente, durante el periodo de los 30 minutos siguientes a la hora de finalización del tiempo máximo autorizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.Estacionar exhibiendo comprobando horario o distintivo falsificados o manipulados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Estacionar exhibiendo distintivo en los siguientes supuestos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez transferida la propiedad del vehículo para el cual se otorgó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En vehículo distinto al autorizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con posterioridad al cambio de domicilio del titular del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Estacionar exhibiendo un tique con tarifa de residente donde la matrícula no corresponda al vehículo estacionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Obtener el distintivo mediante el empadronamiento o transferencia del vehículo ficticios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Estacionar un vehículo prohibido a zona de ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Estacionar en zona ZAR sin el correspondiente distintivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Estacionar en zona SER sin indicar la hora de llegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Exceder el tiempo de estacionamiento máximo a zona SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A las infracciones contempladas en el artículo anterior corresponden las siguientes sanciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Estacionar sin exhibir el tique, o exhibiendo el correspondiente en zona tarifaria distinta: 80,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Estacionar superando el tiempo autorizado según el tique: 60,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Estacionar colocando defectuosamente el tique, de forma que no permita su lectura desde el exterior del vehículo: 80,00 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Estacionar colocando nuevo tique, ocupando un estacionamiento situado a menos de 150 metros al que se ha utilizado anteriormente, durante el periodo de los 30 minutos siguientes a la hora de finalización del tiempo máximo autorizado: 80,00 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Estacionar exhibiendo comprobando horario o distintivo falsificados o manipulados: 300,00 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Estacionar exhibiendo distintivo en los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con posterioridad al cambio de domicilio del titular del mismo: 80,00 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Estacionar exhibiendo un tique con tarifa de residente donde la matrícula no corresponda al vehículo estacionado: 80,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Obtener el distintivo mediante el empadronamiento o transferencia del vehículo ficticios: 300,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Estacionar un vehículo prohibido en la zona de ORA: 80,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Estacionar en zona ZAR sin el correspondiente distintivo: 80,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Estacionar en zona SER sin indicar la hora de llegada: 80,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Estacionar superando el tiempo de estacionamiento máximo a zona SER: 60,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C. TARIFA POR OCUPACIÓN DE PLAZAS DE ORA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando la zona destinada a ORA sea ocupada por cualquier circunstancia diferente al estacionamiento de vehículos corresponderá el abono por parte del responsable de la ocupación de 6,00 €/día por plaza de coche ocupada cuando estas estén señalizadas o 1,00 € por metro lineal/día cuando las plazas no estén individualizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
