&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;HECHOS Y FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Visto que el contenido del expediente 138/2022 relativo al extracto de la convocatoria en materia de subvenciones para el mantenimiento de entitades deportivas para el año 2022, se desprende el extracto de la convocatoria fue publicada en el BOIB núm. 94 de fecha 21 de julio de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Habiéndose detectado una error de transcripción en el extracto previamente mencionado correspondiente, relacionado con el número de publicación en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y que el mismo no se corresponde con el correspondiente publicado para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Dado que el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que: “&lt;em&gt;las administraciones públicas podrán, así mismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo esto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Rectificar el error existente observado en el segundo párrafo del extracto del anuncio de la convocatoria para ser publicado en el BOIB por la que se convocan subvenciones en materia de mantenimiento de entidades deportivas por el año 2022, publicado en el BOIB n.º 94 de fecha 21 de julio de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
