&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Conceder una subvención a la Asociación de Cazadores de Porto-Salè con CIF G07552912, por un importe de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.400€.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; La gestión de las subvenciones se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- NORMATIVA APLICABLE. Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN funcionamiento de las sociedades federadas de cazadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA. Desde 1 de enero de 2021 hasta 31 de diciembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. Antes de 31 de diciembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIÓN. Mediante presentación de la cuenta justificativa según modelo, relación de gastos y facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR. La cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- PAGO una vez informado favorablemente la cuenta justificativa por los servicios técnicos del servicio de pesca y caza del área de infraestructuras, sector primario e interior del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS. No procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Autorizar y disponer el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2022/1/410/48000/01 a favor de los beneficiarios por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aceptar la justificación presentada por los beneficiarios y, en consecuencia, reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe de las subvenciones íntegramente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Notificar este acuerdo a la Asociación de Cazadores de Porto-Salè con CIF G07552912, para su conocimiento y efectos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta Administración, a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. DAR CUENTA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno, en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 6, 35 y 88.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas supone la motivación de este acto), adopta, por unanimidad, el siguiente&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la propuesta transcrita que se da aquí por reproducida.&lt;/p&gt;
