    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 8 de julio de 2022, celebrada de forma presencial, adoptó entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. - &lt;strong&gt;Aprobar&lt;/strong&gt; la convocatoria de subvenciones individuales para personas mayores de 65 años y personas con discapacidad residentes en Formentera para el año 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. - &lt;strong&gt;Autorizar &lt;/strong&gt;el gasto por un importe de 18.000,00 euros (dieciocho mil euros) con cargo a la partida 2022/1/2311/48000/01 del presupuesto del año 2022 del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. - &lt;strong&gt;Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; las bases presentes en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, al tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta administración a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;. - &lt;strong&gt;Abrir &lt;/strong&gt;un plazo para la presentación de solicitudes según lo previsto en la base octava de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO. - &lt;/strong&gt;Se da por reproducido el texto transcrito más arriba de la convocatoria y de las bases correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases para la convocatoria de subvenciones individuales para personas mayores de 65 años y/o personas con discapacidad residentes en Formentera para el año 2022&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es objeto de esta convocatoria de subvenciones, establecer y regular las ayudas individuales para personas mayores de 65 años y personas con discapacidad reconocida residentes en Formentera. Las subvenciones se concederán en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presupuesto para esta convocatoria es de dieciocho mil euros (18.000 euros), con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2022/1/2311/48000/01 de los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera, para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisitos generales que tienen que regir el otorgamiento de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán solicitar las subvenciones reguladas en esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas residentes en Formentera, que tengan 65 años o más en el momento de realizar el gasto objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas residentes en Formentera, menores de 65 años a la fecha de presentación de la solicitud, con una discapacidad física, psíquica y/o sensorial reconocida, igual o superior al 33%, o ser beneficiario de una pensión de la seguridad social de incapacidad permanente en grado de total, absoluta o gran invalidez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán objeto de subvención los conceptos, las actividades y los tratamientos que se detallan a continuación, y que se habrán tenido que llevar a cabo dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1/06/2021 y el 31/05/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Tipología de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas económicas &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;objeto &lt;/span&gt;de esta convocatoria se destinarán a la obtención de prestaciones de carácter técnico definidos como aquellos instrumentos, utensilios, tratamientos, dispositivos y/o equipos de diferentes grados de complejidad que facilitan la relación y la autonomía, aumentando así la calidad de vida, según la tipología siguiente&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1 Prótesis y órtesis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;strong&gt;prótesis &lt;/strong&gt;aquellos productos sanitarios que requieren una adaptación personalizada y dirigidos a sustituir un órgano o parte de la persona (audífonos, dentales...)&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;strong&gt;órtesis&lt;/strong&gt; aquellos productos sanitarios de uso externo y no implantables dirigidos a modificarlas condiciones estructurales o funcionales del sistema neuromuscular, sensorial o del esqueleto (ojeras, plantillas, fajas lumbares...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2 Ayudas&lt;/span&gt; de movilidad y comunicación&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellas que tienen como finalidad, facilitar la relación de la persona con su entorno y permitir una mejor movilidad y autonomía (cama hospitalaria, colchón anti escaras, grúa, arnés, silla de ducha, caminador...) así como aquellas que tienen por finalidad suplir o complementar las limitaciones de movilidad funcional (obtención del carnet de conducir por discapacitados físicos que precisen adaptación del vehículo, adaptación del vehículo, pequeñas adaptaciones al hogar, como las obras que se pueden llevar a cabo en el domicilio para eliminar barreras arquitectónicas y dar accesibilidad)&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para el otorgamiento de subvenciones para la adquisición de vehículo, hace falta que la persona beneficiaria esté en posesión del carnet de conducir y supere el baremo de movilidad que prevé el Real Decreto 1971/1999 de 23 de diciembre, que regula el procedimiento por el reconocimiento, declaración y calificación del grado de discapacidad, lo cual tiene que estar acreditada por un dictamen emitido por el equipo de valoración y orientación correspondiente. En relación a las subvenciones para la obtención del carnet de conducir también hará falta que se supere el baremo antes mencionado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que la persona beneficiaria no pueda obtener el carnet de conducir a causa de su discapacidad o edad, podrán solicitar las subvenciones para la adquisición de vehículo, los familiares que tengan cura de la persona discapacitada, cuando esta supere el baremo de movilidad que prevé el mencionado Real Decreto 1971/1999, lo cual tiene que estar acreditada por un dictamen emitido por el equipo de valoración y orientación correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para poder recibir estas subvenciones hará falta que se acredite que han transcurrido cinco años desde la fecha de adquisición del último vehículo subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tratamientos profesionales sociosanitarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son aquellos tratamientos rehabilitadores dirigidos a conseguir la recuperación física, psíquica y sensorial de las personas con alguna discapacidad, mayores o dependientes afectadas por procesos pluripatológicos o por procesos crónicos incapacitados o con deterioro funcional o cognitivo&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Solo se valorarán estas ayudas en el supuesto de que no exista un recurso público que tenga la competencia de cubrir el tratamiento que se solicita, o que, en el caso de existir, este servicio justifique el motivo por el cual no puede dar este tratamiento y/o la necesidad de complementarla&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. CONCEPTOS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas se pueden conceder por la cantidad máxima establecida en esta convocatoria por cada concepto o por una parte de este, en todo caso, la cantidad máxima individual que se concederá para cada concepto será&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.1. Prótesis i órtesis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Audífono derecho: 1.500,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Audífono izquierdo: 1.500,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Implantes cocleares: 2650€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Material audífonos: 200 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Prótesis dental: 875,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Prótesis ocular: 1.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Reparación de audífonos: 300,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Reparación de prótesis dental: 85,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Tratamiento bucodental que no esté cubierto por la seguridad social: 850€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Ojeras o lentillas: 320,00 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Faja especial: 540,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Fajas lumbares: 67,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Férula de descarga dental/oclusal: 172 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Plantillas: 67,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Zapatos ortopédicos: 67,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Prótesis de cabello: 625€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.2. Movilidad y Comunicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adaptación de sillas de ruedas: 1.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adaptación funcional del hogar en función de la discapacidad y/o dependencia (adaptación del baño, rampa de acceso, colocación de pasamanos, ampliación de puertas para permitir el paso de sillas de ruedas, etc..): 2.500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adquisición otros vehículos adaptados a la discapacidad y/o dependencia (scooter, triciclos, bicicletas): 1.545€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adquisición de vehículo adaptado o adaptación de automóvil: 2.500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Incluyen intervenciones profesionales de psicomotricidad, logopedia, tratamiento psicopedagógico, tratamiento psicoterapéutico, fisioterapia y otros tratamientos similares con la misma finalidad: &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.650€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Financiamiento e importe máximo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.1&lt;/strong&gt; Las ayudas que se otorguen en el marco de estas bases se harán con cargo a la partida y por el importe máximo que se establece a la convocatoria. En el supuesto de que las solicitudes superen el límite presupuestario de la convocatoria, se priorizarán las solicitudes con el nivel de renta más bajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.2&lt;/strong&gt; Las ayudas no pueden superar de forma aislada y con concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la necesidad a atender. Los gastos realizados tienen que corresponder al periodo comprendido entre el 1 de junio de 2021 y el 31 de mayo de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.3&lt;/strong&gt; El importe individual máximo y por todos los conceptos que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 2900€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.4 &lt;/strong&gt;El importe de las ayudas, aparte del límite total máximo por beneficiario anterior y el límite máximo por concepto del baremo de la base quinta, estará sujeto a un porcentaje máximo sobre el concepto subvencionable en función de la capacidad de renta de la unidad familiar calculada en base al Indicador Público de Renta de Efectos Múltiples&amp;nbsp; (IPREM) anual a 14 pagas, según la mesa adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el caso de beneficiarios mayores de edad, serán miembros computables el/la beneficiario/a y el/la cónyuge o persona ligada por análoga relación de afectividad a la conyugal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el caso de beneficiarios menores de edad, serán miembros computables el menor beneficiario, los responsables legales que convivan con él y los demás hijos menores de edad a su cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.7&lt;/strong&gt; Cálculo de la renta per cápita de la unidad familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para los que han presentado la declaración de la renta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La renta se obtendrá de la suma de la base imponible general (casilla 435 de la declaración de la renta del año 2021), con la base imponible del ahorro (casilla 460 de la declaración de la renta del año 2021) y se resta la cuota resultante de la declaración (casilla 595 de la declaración de la renta 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para los que no han presentado la declaración de la renta, por no estar obligados, pero han obtenido ingresos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sus datos económicos figurarán a la Agencia Tributaria y se tendrán en cuenta para sumarlos a la renta de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Régimen de las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las subvenciones serán incompatibles con cualquier otra solicitada por el mismo concepto a otra institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las subvenciones reguladas en esta convocatoria no serán incompatibles entre si, siempre que estén dentro del límite de la cantidad subvencionable prevista en su punto 6.3 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas subvenciones no generan ningún derecho a la obtención otros, en ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Presentación de solicitudes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante escrito dirigido a la Presidencia del Consell Insular de Formentera presentado en la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC), situada en la calle de Ramon Llull n.º 6 de Sant Francesc Xavier, o en cualquier de las formas establecidas al arte. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, según modelo que figura como anexo I de esta convocatoria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de 20 días hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado esta convocatoria en el Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), de acuerdo con el establecido en el artículo 30.2 de la ley 39/2018. Se excluyen del cómputo los sábados, domingos y los días declarados festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La solicitud tendrá que ir acompañada de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-ANEXO 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Identificación de la persona solicitante. Si procede, la identificación de la persona representante debidamente autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado del grado de discapacidad, igual o superior al 33% emitido por la autoridad competente. Y las personas que acrediten su discapacidad mediante documento donde conste que tienen reconocida una pensión de incapacidad permanente en el grado de total, absoluta o gran invalidez, y los pensionistas de clases pasivas que tienen reconocida una pensión de jubilación o de retiro por incapacidad permanente para el servicio o inutilidad, hace falta que presenten fotocopia del documento donde conste la resolución emitida por la Seguridad social e informe técnico profesional de los servicios públicos en que se especifique la relación entre la ayuda solicitada y la discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de empadronamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de convivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Declaración de la renta de los miembros de la unidad familiar mayores de edad correspondiente al ejercicio 2021. En caso de no estar obligado a hacerla, se tendrá que aportar el certificado de renta expedido por la Agencia Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Facturas originales pagadas, emitidas entre el 1 de junio de 2021 y el 31 de mayo del 2022, a nombre de la persona beneficiaria justificativas de los gastos originados, objeto de subvención. En caso de que el beneficiario fuera un menor, la factura tendrá que ir a nombre del solicitante (padre, madre o representante legal), indicando el concepto y el nombre del menor destinatario de la prestación o servicio. En el supuesto de que se conceda la subvención solicitada, se estampillará sobre el original de la factura, sello o diligencia acreditativa de la cantidad otorgada por el CIF. En caso de obras, copia compulsada de la solicitud de licencia de obras correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El impreso TG-002 de solicitud de transferencia bancaria, rellenado y sellado por el director de la entidad bancaria correspondiente (podréis encontrar este documento en el área de Bienestar Social del Consell Insular de Formentera y a la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano), u otro documento acreditativo de la titularidad de la cuenta bancaria, como una fotocopia de la cartilla o certificado bancario, si procede. Todos estos documentos tienen que ir a nombre de la persona beneficiaria. En caso de que el beneficiario fuera un menor, los mencionados documentos tendrán que ir a nombre del solicitante (padre, madre o representante legal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de encontrarse al corriente de pago de las obligaciones ante el Consell Insular de Formentera, la delegación de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria y la Tesorería general de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaración responsable (Incluida al anexo 2 de estas Bases)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cualquier otro documento que consideráis oportuno aportar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudas técnicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En las ayudas técnicas se podrá requerir la presentación de la prescripción técnica del profesional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prótesis y ortesis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se podrá requerir la presentación de la prescripción técnica del profesional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la instancia o documentación presentadas fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consell Insular de Formentera (CIF) requerirá la enmienda o que acompañe los documentos preceptivos que tendrán que aportarse en el plazo de diez días, a partir del correspondiente requerimiento. Si en este plazo las personas interesadas no hacen la rectificación reclamada o no presentan la documentación requerida, el Consell Insular de Formentera considerará que cejan en su petición, previa resolución, de acuerdo con el arte. 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Comisión técnica evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 19 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005,de 28 de diciembre, texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares, se constituirá la Comisión Técnica Evaluadora. Se trata de un órgano colegiado formado por cinco miembros que designará el consejero/ la consejera responsable del área de Bienestar Social del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidente/a. Trabajador/a social del área de Bienestar Social o, si procede, el coordinador del área de Benestar Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretario/aria: secretario/aria del Consell Insular de Formentera o, si procede, funcionario/aria en quién delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocales: tres técnicos del área de Benestar Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora tiene atribuidas las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Examinar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Analizar y valorar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Formular el informe propuesta de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, debidamente motivado, que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Instrucción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor del procedimiento es el área de Bienestar Social del Consell Insular de Formentera, que tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de las cuales se tiene que dictar resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde al órgano instructor, entre otros aspectos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Resolver las dudas de interpretación que puedan surgir en relación con las bases reguladoras de la subvención y la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Solicitar el informe a la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Solicitar los informes que sean necesarios para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Requerir los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios para tener conocimiento de las circunstancias peculiares de cada caso, a efectos de garantizar la inversión correcta de los recursos presupuestarios destinados a las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Resolución y notificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundadamente en el informe propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora, el/la consejero/ra del área de Bienestar Social, elevará propuesta a la Comisión de Gobierno. Esta, como órgano competente, es la encargada de decidir la concesión o denegación de las subvenciones, y expresará la lista de beneficiarios propuestos para el otorgamiento de subvención y la cuantía, así como de las solicitudes excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión. Posteriormente, y una vez justificado por parte de los solicitantes los gastos realizados, se dictará una Resolución de Presidencia con esta lista de subvenciones otorgadas y denegadas, la cual se notificará a todos los interesados, y se publicará al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termino máximo para resolver las solicitudes y notificar la resolución es de 6 meses a contar desde la fecha de su presentación. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya notificado la resolución exprés, las personas interesadas podrán entender desestimada la solicitud por silencio administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Resolución de Presidencia se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, al efecto previsto al arte.42 del a Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, y en conformidad con el arte. 34.2.c del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y también a la página web: www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las subvenciones estarán obligados, entre otros aspectos, a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Destinar el importe de la subvención al objeto para el cual se ha solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Facilitar las actuaciones de comprobación que efectúe la Consejería de Benestar Social del Consell Insular de Formentera (CIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Pago de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará únicamente una vez realizadas los gastos objeto de subvención, lo cual se acreditará mediante informe de los técnicos del área de Benestar Social del CIF. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Rescisión de la colaboración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas en esta convocatoria por parte de las personas beneficiarias dará derecho al CIF a rescindir la subvención, con pérdida por parte de la persona beneficiaria de las subvenciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, se pone de manifiesto que la información facilitada por los peticionarios de estas subvenciones será tratada en un fichero debidamente protegido para la gestión de este programa. Las personas interesadas podrán solicitar a la administración el ejercicio de sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la presentación de la solicitud y el resto de la documentación requerida para participar en este programa, la persona interesada autoriza al Consell Insular de Formentera a facilitar los datos aportados a cualquier otra administración u organismo siempre que así lo requiera expresamente para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones específicas y garantice, igualmente, la confidencialidad de la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas a estas bases por parte de las personas beneficiarías, puede dar lugar al régimen sancionador previsto a la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que agota el procedimiento administrativo, se puede interponer, o bien, recurso potestativo de reposición delante del mismo órgano que la ha dictado, es decir, delante de la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de un mes des de la notificación, o bien, recurso contencioso administrativo delante de los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo de dos meses des de la notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
