    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes, se hace público que en la Junta de Gobierno, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 11 de mayo de 2022, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto el expediente de Licencia de obras 2018/103-G354/2020, del que se promotor Oliver Hans Bucher de las obras realizadas en el polígono 7 parcela 432 consistentes ampliación de línea subterránea de baja tensión situado en el polígono 7 parcela 432 de Llubí. Visto los escritos presentados por Oliver Hans Bucher, adjuntando el certificado final de obras, expedido por el técnico director de las obras, pidiendo que por este Ayuntamiento se entregara la correspondiente licencia de ocupación o primera utilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto que por Decreto de Alcaldía número 2021/0202 de día 06 de octubre de 2021 se aprueba la concesión de la licencia de ocupación o primera utilización solicitada ya que las obras han sido terminadas, habiéndose ejecutado básicamente de de acuerdo con el proyecto presentado y la licencia concedida en fecha 11 de mayo de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto el informe del ingeniero SR. Pedro Mancha Saurina de día 17 de septiembre de 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;ASUNTO: PROYECTO DE AMPLIACIÓN DE LÍNEA SUBTERRÁNEA DE BAJA TENSIÓN (Visado 12180865-00 de fecha 18/10/2018 del COETI)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Revisada la documentación aportada y realizada la visita de comprobación del estado de la zanja en fecha 30/08/2020 se informa FAVORABLE el expediente de referencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se ha aportado certificado de la DO en fecha 16/04/2021 rge 2021-E-RC-824&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se puede devolver la fianza.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con esto y según las disposiciones legales vigentes, PROPONGO a la Junta de Gobierno Local la adopción del presente ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la devolución de la fianza a favor de SR. Oliver Hans Bucher por importe de 2.764,61 euros correspondiente a la licencia de obras mayores para la ampliación de la red de baja tensión, enterrada bajo camino existente, hasta la vivienda con expediente de obras tramitado simultáneamente ( exp. 2017/33) en el emplazamiento parcelas 426,432,790 y 792 del polígono 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar dicho acuerdo al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
