&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante Resolución de la Alcaldía 2022-0691, de fecha 12 de julio de 2022, se resuelve el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la lista definitiva de las personas que forman parte de la bolsa de arquitectos técnicos, como funcionarios interinos del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, de conformidad al siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la bolsa en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, el tablón de anuncios electrónico, al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y a la página web del Ayuntamiento, con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, la orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado del Contencioso–administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante el alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto en conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
