    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Regidora Delegada del área de Personal, en virtud del Decreto n.º 1828/2022, ha dispuesto el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Visto &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;el Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 1813/2022, de fecha 30 de junio del actual sobre el nombramiento provisional de la Sra. Joana María Bauza Riera, con DNI *5384** para cubrir el lugar de Interventora del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vista la Resolución de la conselleria de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad, por la cual se nombra a la señora Juana María Bauza Riera, como interventora interina del Ayuntamiento de Andratx &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe de cuantificación del gasto, emitido por la técnica de personal de fecha 30 de junio del actual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En uso a las atribuciones que me confiere la vigente legislación,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nombrar a la señora Juana María Bauzá Riera, con DNI *5384** como interventora interina del Ayuntamiento de Andratx. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- El nombramiento y la toma de posesión será con efectos 1 de julio de 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Cesará por cualquiera de lo supuestos previstos legalmente, en especial por la cobertura reglada del lugar por personal funcionario habilitado nacional a través de cualquiera de los procedimientos legalmente establecidos o por el transcurso del periodo de tres años desde su nombramiento, que finaliza el 30 de junio de 2025.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;.- Percibirá las retribuciones básicas y complementarias e indemnización por residencia, del puesto de trabajo que ocupará, que pertenece al Grupo: A subgrupo A1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar a la persona interesada y a la Consellería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Comunicar a la Intervención Municipal, Tesorería y departamento de Personal.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se hace público a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
