&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 1: &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;yudas a la participación en las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;ueden ser beneficiarias de las ayudas las personas físicas con &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hijos e hijas&lt;/span&gt; de entre 3 y 17 años, amb&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;s incluidos, que reali&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ce&lt;/span&gt;n actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; Menorca durante el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;verano de este año&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La unidad familiar debe estar empadronada en Menorca como mínimo los 6 meses anteriores a la presentación de la solicitud y ha de cumplir los requisitos económicos que se detallan en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 2: Ayudas a la contratación de personal monitor para atender participantes con discapacidad o con necesidades educativas especiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ue&lt;/span&gt;den ser beneficiarias de l&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;s ayudas las personas físicas o jurídicas que organicen una actividad de tiempo libre infantil y juvenil regulada por el Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud que &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cumplan&lt;/span&gt; la normativa en qué participen menores de edad con un grado de discapacidad recon&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ocido&lt;/span&gt; igual o superior al 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona o entidad organizadora de la actividad de educación en el tiempo libre debe estar empadronada como mínimo &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los&lt;/span&gt; 6 meses anteriores a la presentación de la solicitud y la entidad organizadora de la actividad ha de ten&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;r sede en Menorca com&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;mínimo los 6 meses anteriores a la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona o la entidad organizadora ha de presentar la declaración responsable &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el Consejo Insular prevista en el artículo 45 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud. El Consejo Insular revisará de oficio el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de este requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de las ayudas es dar soporte a la participación en las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil de las personas menores de edad en situación de necesidad económica y con discapacidad o con necesidades educativas especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por las bases aprobadas por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en la sesión de carácter ordinario de 13 de junio de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 40.000 € (cuarenta mil euros) con el siguiente desglose:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes empezará al día siguiente de haberse publicado esta convocatoria en el BOIB y finalizará el&lt;span style="color:#c9211e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;15 de septiembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Otros datos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Los importes máximos que se pueden conceder, siempre que haya crédito suficiente para esta convocatoria, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Línea 1: Ayudas a la participación de las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;200 € por cada persona menor de eda&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt; beneficiaria, con un máximo de 600 € por unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;100 € por cada mes de participación en una actividad de educación en el tiempo libre (fraccionable proporcionalmente por seman&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;s a razón de 25 € por semana). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Línea 2: Ayudas a la contratación de personal monitor para atender participantes con discapacidad o con necesidades educativas especiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El 100% del coste del personal monitor p&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt; atender menores con discapacidad. 1.251,73 €/mensuales por monitor a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Hasta un máximo de 5.006,92 € por persona o entidad organizadora de una actividad de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
