&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Hechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acuerdo de la junta de gobierno local de 1 de junio de 2022 (BOIB nº 73, de 04.06.2022), por el que se aprobaron la convocatoria y las bases de este procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acta de la sesión del tribunal calificador, de 27 de junio de 2022, de puntuación provisional de la valoración de los méritos de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante el plazo de reclamaciones no se han presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Fundamentos de derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 41,3 de la Ley autonómica 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, en la redacción dada por la disposición final onceava del Decreto ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ejercicio de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21,1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declarar constituida la bolsa de trabajo de personal funcionario interino de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Alaró, con el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que hacemos público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que es definitiva en vía administrativa, pueden interponerse, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Directamente el recurso contencioso-administrativo ente el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la presente resolución.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;El recurso de reposición potestativo ante la alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la presente resolución. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes des de su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello, de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa-administrativa y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
