    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por resolución de fecha 28 de junio de 2022, el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes ha convocado pruebas de obtención de la competencia profesional de transportista por el año 2022, por lo cual ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"PRIMERO. MODIFICAR &lt;/strong&gt;el punto 9 de las bases de la convocatoria aprobada en fecha 08 de junio de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. CONVOCAR &lt;/strong&gt;los exámenes para la obtención del certificado de competencia profesional de transporte terrestre de viajeros y/o mercancías por carretera de acuerdo con las bases que se incorporan como Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;esta convocatoria en el Tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Anexo 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es regular la convocatoria del examen para la obtención de certificado de competencia profesional de transporte terrestre, para el ejercicio de las actividades de transporte por carretera de viajeros o mercancías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatoria se extiende al ámbito territorial de la isla de Ibiza, pudiendo concurrir a las pruebas las personas con residencia habitual en la isla o se encuentre en una de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 8.2 del Reglamento (CE) 1071/2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A tal efecto, resultará de aplicación el desarrollo reglamentario aprobado con la modificación incorporada al ROTT a través de la aprobación del RD 70/2019, de 15 de Febrero, con la inclusión del Anexo II "Régimen de obtención del certificado de competencia profesional para el transporte por carretera".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para realizar el examen, las personas aspirantes tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tener la residencia habitual en la isla de Ibiza con anterioridad a la presentación de la solicitud. Se presumirá que la residencia habitual del aspirante es la que aparece en el documento de identidad en vigor, o en un certificado de residente emitido por el Ayuntamiento correspondiente, con domicilio en la isla de Ibiza al menos durante los 185 días naturales durante el último año, contados anteriormente al de la presentación de la solicitud para presentarse al examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Estar en posesión de uno de los siguientes títulos de formación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Título de Bachiller o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Título de Técnico, acreditativo de haber superado las enseñanzas de una formación profesional de Grado Medio, sea como fuera la profesión a que se encuentre referido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Título de Técnico Superior, acreditativo de haber superado las enseñanzas de una formación profesional de Grado Superior, sea como fuera la profesión a que se encuentre referido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cualquier título acreditativo de haber superado una enseñanza Universitaria de Grado o Posgrado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Solicitud y plazo de presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas que quieran realizar el examen tendrán que rellenar la solicitud correspondiente, que pueden encontrar en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (http://seu.conselldeivissa.es) y como "Anexo 2. Instancia" a esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Junto con la solicitud tendrán que presentar una copia del documento nacional de identidad vigente, el certificado de residente en la isla de Ibiza para acreditar su residencia habitual&amp;nbsp; de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 8.2 Reglamento (CE) 1071/2009, lo titulo de los estudios requeridos y el justificante de pago de la tasa para los derechos de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se puede rellenar el documento de ingreso para el pago de las tasa de la página web (http://seu.conselldeivissa.es – Trámites &amp;gt; Nueva Liquidación &amp;gt; Autoliquidaciones Transportes &amp;gt; Datos económicos / concepto: Examen capacitación Profesional de Transportes&amp;gt; tipos de tarifa: examen viajeros o examen mercancías &amp;gt; Calcular &amp;gt; Guardar) . Para lo cual tendrá que consultar el apartado autoliquidaciones del departamento de transportes donde se encuentra el modelo correspondiente en la liquidación de la tasa, y la persona interesada tendrá que completar los datos que se le soliciten. A continuación, puede imprimir el documento y hacer el pago en una de las entidades colaboradoras que constan en el modelo o de manera telemática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes tendrán que presentarse preferentemente en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (http://seu.conselldeivissa.es), y de no ser posible en la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano del Consell Insular de Ibiza&amp;nbsp; (Avda. España 49,07800 de Ibiza) o en cualquier otro lugar indicado en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Publicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La solicitud tendrá que presentarse con una antelación mínima de tres días antes de la fecha de celebración de la siguiente convocatoria, resultando potestad del Consejo Insular la posible admisión al examen habiendo superado este plazo o su inclusión en la convocatoria más próxima con plazas disponibles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Admisión de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas aspirantes que hayan presentado una solicitud para realizar el examen, recibirán un correo electrónico del órgano competente en el que se e indicará el día, la hora y el lugar en el cual se le convoca para realizar el examen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona aspirante, una vez convocada, no podrá cambiar la fecha del examen excepto que exista causa justificada que impida presentarse en el examen, lo cual tendrá que acreditarse ante el órgano competente el cual le comunicará la nueva fecha de examen o la no admisión de la causa a alegada por la persona aspirante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Normas generales de la prueba &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. Contenido y forma: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas aspirantes a la obtención del Certificado de Competencia Profesional tendrán que superar un examen que versará sobre el contenido de las materias recogidas en el Anexo Y del Reglamento (CE) 1071/2009 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 21 de octubre de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El examen tendrá únicamente forma escrita y se realizará utilizando exclusivamente los medios electrónicos que el órgano competente facilite a la persona que se examina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El examen tendrá que realizarse utilizando la aplicación informática y el banco de preguntas y casos prácticos elaborados específicamente para lo cual, el diseño y el mantenimiento de los cuales corresponderá a la Dirección General de Transporte Terrestre del Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. Examen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El examen consistirá en la realización de dos pruebas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• 1.ª prueba: contestar 200 preguntas, con cuatro respuestas alternativas, sobre las materias del programa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• 2.ª prueba: se tendrán que resolver cuatro supuestos prácticos que tendrán que resolverse con los conocimientos de las materias del programa. A tal efecto, la persona aspirante, después de realizar los cálculos y valoraciones precisos, tendrá que elegir entre ocho respuestas alternativas en cada uno de los supuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando la persona que se examine inicie el examen, la aplicación seleccionará aleatoriamente 200 preguntas del banco integrado en la aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A partir de este momento, responderá las preguntas mediante la aplicación, pudiendo dar por acabada la prueba en el momento que estime conveniente. Si no hubiera dado por concluida la prueba con anterioridad, la aplicación la dará por acabada automáticamente en el momento en qué hayan transcurrido dos horas desde que aquella inició el examen. El tiempo será visible en todo momento en el ordenador que se utilice para realizar las pruebas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalizada la primera prueba, la aplicación generará la segunda prueba, seleccionando, así mismo de manera aleatoria, cuatro supuestos prácticos del banco integrado en la aplicación. Esta segunda prueba, la persona que se examina, resolverá los supuestos prácticos mediante la aplicación, señalando la contestación que estime adecuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona que se examina podrá dar por concluida esta segunda prueba cuando estime conveniente y, en cualquier caso, la aplicación la dará por acabada automáticamente en el momento en qué hayan transcurrido dos horas desde que la inició. El tiempo será visible en todo momento en el ordenador que se utilice para realizar las pruebas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3. Duración: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada una de las pruebas tendrá una duración de dos horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Calificación del examen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las pruebas se calificarán de 0 a 200 puntos, de acuerdo con la siguiente valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En la primera parte. La prueba de preguntas concretas tendrá una puntuación máxima de 200 puntos. Cada pregunta correctamente respondida puntuará 1 punto y cada respuesta errónea se penalizará descontando un tercio del valor de una respuesta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En la segunda parte. La prueba de supuestos prácticos tendrá igualmente una puntuación máxima de 200 puntos. Cada supuesto correctamente resuelto puntuará 50 puntos y cada supuesto erróneo se penalizará descontando un tercio del valor de un supuesto correcto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para aprobar el examen tendrá que obtenerse una puntuación no inferior al 50 por ciento de los puntos posibles en cada una de las dos partes, teniendo que obtenerse un mínimo del 60 por ciento del total de puntos atribuibles para el conjunto de las dos pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando la persona examinada obtenga la calificación necesaria para aprobar, quedará automáticamente inscrita en el Registro de Empresas y Actividades de Transporte como persona que ha acreditado su competencia para el transporte en la modalidad que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Revisión de exámenes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando la persona aspirante considere que una de las preguntas o supuestos prácticos que integraban su examen fuera erróneo o la calificación de la aplicación hubiera estado incorrecta, podrá realizar la reclamación pertinente ante el Tribunal de revisión de exámenes que esté nombrado en este momento. La reclamación tendrá que presentarse mediante registro general de entrada dirigido al Departamento de Transporte del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando el Tribunal de revisión de exámenes estime necesario anular esta pregunta o supuesto práctico para ser erróneo o encontrarse mal planteado, procederá a recalificar el examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando se anule una pregunta, la calificación necesaria para superar esta prueba se reducirá en 0,50 puntos y la necesaria para aprobar el examen también en 0,50.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando se anule un supuesto práctico, la calificación necesaria para superar esta prueba se reducirá en 25 puntos y la necesaria para aprobar el examen también en 25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la resolución del Tribunal de revisión de exámenes, el examinando podrá interponer recurso ante el órgano que lo nombró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando la anulación de una pregunta o supuesto práctico dé lugar al hecho que un examinando apruebe el examen, el órgano competente para la realización del examen dictará resolución expresa y la comunicará a la Oficina Central del Registro de Empresas y Actividades de Transporte porque lleve a cabo la correspondiente inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Siempre que una pregunta o un supuesto práctico de un examen sean anulados, ya sea por el Tribunal de revisión de exámenes o en vía de recurso, tendrá que notificarse a la Oficina Central del Registro de Empresas y Actividades de Transporte a fin de que realice la oportuna revisión del banco de preguntas integrado en la aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
