JGL_202206220_01_U033 de fecha 22/06/2022, se aprobó el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; el establecimiento de una MORATORIA destinada a aumentar en un año la antigüedad máxima en relación a los vehículos adscritos a las licencias del servicio de autotaxi del Ayuntamiento de Palma, desde el día siguiente a la publicación del present acuerdo en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- DISPONER&lt;/strong&gt; que la antigüedad máxima de los vehículos de las clases A y B passaran de 2 a 3 años; y la de los vehículos de la clase C, passará de 4 a 5 años, a contar desde la fecha de primera matriculación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- DISPONER&lt;/strong&gt; que la duración de la presente moratoria será de un año a contar&amp;nbsp; desde la publicación del presente acuerdo en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- ADVERTIR&lt;/strong&gt; que la moratoria aprobada por el punto primero &amp;nbsp;de esta resolución no será prorrogable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- COMUNICAR&lt;/strong&gt; la present resolución a las entidades representativas de los intereses profesionales del sector del taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; la presente resolución en el BOIB y en la pàgina web del Ayuntamiento de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
