&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de diciembre), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La Dirección General de &amp;nbsp;Innovación (Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática) ha instado la modificación del mencionado Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, concretamente en el punto 1 («Crecimiento inteligente») del objetivo III («Competitividad»), con el fin de añadir una nueva línea, la línea III.1.9, consistente en a&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;yudas destinadas a fomentar e impulsar la competitividad de los sectores productivos empresariales con el objetivo de apoyar a las agrupaciones empresariales innovadoras basadas en el conocimiento de las Illes Balears y hacerlas más competitivas reforzando su potencial innovador como elemento importante en el sistema de ciencia, tecnología e innovación de las Illes Balears y como medio para aumentar la competitividad y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible de la economía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En el apartado tercero del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno mencionado se establece que la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores aprobar o modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en que se nombra a la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021, en cuanto al objetivo III, sobre competitividad, y más concretamente el punto 1, relativo a crecimiento inteligente, de manera que se añade una nueva línea, la línea III.1.9, con el siguiente contenido&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incidencia sobre el mercado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;fortalecimiento del tejido empresarial e incremento de la capacidad innovadora de las empresas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Disponer que esta Resolución produzca efectos desde la fecha de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
