    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 77, de 14 de junio, se publicó el Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 13 de junio de 2022 por el que se modifica la previsión de las prestaciones y los servicios de servicios sociales que se tienen que concertar durante el año 2022, aprobada por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 16 de mayo de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se ha detectado que existe un error material en la redacción del Anexo 1 del Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 13 de junio de 2022. En el servicio 2.5.4. Servicio de estancias diurnas para personas mayores en situación de dependencia se modificó la convocatoria para entidades acreditadas por un número de 60 plazas, cuando en realidad la convocatoria a modificar era para entidades autorizadas por un número 40 plazas. Así pues, debe rectificarse el error, de forma que se mantenga la convocatoria para entidades acreditadas por un número de 60 plazas y se incremente la previsión inicial de 40 plazas de la convocatoria para entidades autorizadas hasta llegar a las 100 plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que haya en sus actos. Por otro lado, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativos corresponde al órgano que haya dictado dicho acto o disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo esto, el Consejo de Gobierno a propuesta de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, en la sesión del día 27 de junio de 2022 adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Corregir el error material advertido en el Anexo 1 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, de la siguiente manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.5.4.
