    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo que disponen los artículos 44.2 y 46.1 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, a continuación se hace público la resolución, que ha dictado el sr. Alcalde, de la estructura Municipal de los servicios administrativos y de las resoluciones relativas a las delegaciones a los concejales que se han realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA &amp;nbsp;2022/1017&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la sesión plenaria celebrada el pasado día 4 de junio de 2022 se procedió a la elección del nuevo alcalde y dada la necesidad de modificar y actualizar el vigente decreto organizativo en el que se estructuran las diferentes áreas de gestión del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, así como las diversas competencias que ejercen, en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21.1.a) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local, en concordancia con el artículo 41.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la estructura municipal de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia que, bajo la dirección de Alcaldía, distinguirá las siguientes Áreas de gestión:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Área de Alcaldía, Gestión de Residuos y Playas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Área de Hacienda, Contratación y Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Área de Educación, Cultura y Ferias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Área de Urbanismo, Deportes y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Área de Comercio, Promoción Económica y Fiestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Área de Servicios Generales, Mantenimiento y Obras municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Área de Sanidad, Bienestar Social, Igualdad, Participación Ciudadana y Mercados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Área de Personal y Patrimonio Histórico y Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Área de Turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Área de Transparencia, Informática y Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Área de Medio Ambiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Área de Normalización Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La titularidad de las Áreas antes descritas corresponde al alcalde ya los tenientes de alcalde que ejerzan las competencias que se les atribuyan mediante el oportuno Decreto de Alcaldía de delegación genérica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo, podrán ser objeto de delegaciones especiales en los concejales que no formen parte de la Junta de Gobierno Local, la atribución de la responsabilidad en la dirección y gestión de los servicios que se determinen mediante el oportuno Decreto de Alcaldía de delegación especial, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 43.4 ROF (RD 2568/1986).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las siguientes atribuciones y régimen de adscripción de Departamentos, Empresas, Fundaciones y Consorcios, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que puedan aprobarse mediante el correspondiente Decreto de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Área de Alcaldía, Gestión de Residuos y Playas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área de Alcaldía, Gestión de Residuos y Playas son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de cada uno de estos Departamentos de gestión municipal que conforman el Área, y que la legislación vigente asigna en los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1.1. Sección de Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Policía Local, Seguridad Ciudadana y Protección Civil&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Movilidad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Celebración de matrimonios civiles y de actos declarativos de situaciones de parejas de hecho&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Comunicación y protocolo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Secretaría general&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Responsabilidad Patrimonial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Resto de atribuciones no conferidas a otras áreas de gestión municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1.2 Sección de e Gestión de Residuos y Playas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Gestión de residuos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ciclo integral del agua: abastecimiento, alcantarillado y depuración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Servicio de salvamento y socorrismo en las playas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestión de las competencias municipales hacia las playas del municipio&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de competencias específicas antes señalada podrá ser ampliada y completada mediante el oportuno Decreto de Alcaldía de desarrollo, que también podrá detallar el contenido y la forma del ejercicio de estas atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 Departamentos, empresas, fundaciones y consorcios adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamentos de Alcaldía, Secretaría, Asesoría Jurídica-Abogacía municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamento de Residuos y Playas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A pesar de la adscripción directa de los departamentos de Alcaldía, Secretaría, Asesoría Jurídica-Abogacía municipal, Departamento de Residuos y Playas en esta área, las funciones de dichos departamentos se extienden también a todo el resto de áreas de gestión municipal, con inclusión empresas municipales y consorcios en cuya gestión participe el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, dada la naturaleza transversal de las funciones que llevan a cabo ambos departamentos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio del régimen de adscripción descrito, corresponde al Área de Alcaldía, Gestión de Residuos y Playas la coordinación de las distintas áreas de gobierno municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Área de Hacienda, Contratación y Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área de Hacienda, Contratación y Estadística son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de cada uno de los Departamentos de gestión municipal que conforman el Área , y que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Plan de inversiones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estudios económicos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Intervención y depositaría&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Rentas, exacciones e inspecciones tributarias&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Catastro&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Recaudación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gastos y deuda pública&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Concesiones administrativas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Censos, estadística e informática&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.2 Sección de Contratación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Tramitación de expedientes de contratación, concesiones y autorizaciones demaniales, y autorizaciones reglamentadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Preparación y asistencia a Mesas de Contratación y Valoración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguimiento de la ejecución de los expedientes antes referidos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.3 Sección de Estadística:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestión del Padrón Municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Población&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Lista oficial de calles.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestión de expedientes de agrupación familiar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Procedimientos electorales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de competencias específicas antes señalada podrá ser ampliada y completada mediante el oportuno Decreto de Alcaldía, que también podrá detallar el contenido y la forma del ejercicio de estas atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2 Departamentos, empresas, fundaciones y consorcios adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamentos de Intervención y Tesorería, Rentas y Exacciones, Contratación y Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A pesar de la adscripción directa de los Departamentos de Intervención y Tesorería, Departamento de Rentas y Exacciones, Departamento de Contratación y el de Estadística en el Área de Hacienda, Contratación y Estadística, las funciones de dichos departamentos se extienden también en todo el resto de áreas de gestión municipal, con inclusión explícita de las empresas municipales y consorcios en cuya gestión participe el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, dada la naturaleza transversal de las funciones que llevan a cabo estos departamentos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Área de Educación, Cultura y Ferias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área de Educación, Cultura y Ferias son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de cada uno de estos Departamentos de gestión municipal que conforman el Área , y que la legislación vigente asigna a municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Centro de adultos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relaciones con estudiantes y APIMA's&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Mantenimiento y limpieza de centros escolares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Radio municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Honores y distinciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1.3 Sección de Ferias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Participación, promoción, organización de ferias&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de competencias específicas antes señalada podrá ser ampliada y completada mediante el oportuno Decreto de Alcaldía de desarrollo, que también podrá detallar el contenido y la forma del ejercicio de estas atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2 Departamentos, empresas, fundaciones y consorcios adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamentos de Educación, Departamento de Cultura, y Departamento de Ferias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área Servicios Generales, Mantenimiento y Obras municipales son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de cada uno de estos Departamentos de gestión municipal que conforman el Área , y que la legislación vigente asigna a municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Brigada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Consorcio de Infraestructuras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A pesar de la adscripción directa de la brigada municipal y el Departamento de Obras Propias y Municipales en el Área de Servicios Generales, Mantenimiento y Obras, las funciones de dichos departamentos se extienden también a todo el resto de áreas de gestión municipal , con inclusión explícita de las empresas municipales y consorcios en cuya gestión participe el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, dada la naturaleza transversal de las funciones que desempeñan este departamento municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Área de Sanidad, Bienestar Social, Igualdad, Participación Ciudadana y Mercados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área de Sanidad, Bienestar Social, Igualdad y Participación Ciudadana son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de cada uno de estos Departamentos de gestión municipal que conforman el Área , y que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Actividades turístico-deportivas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estación Náutica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de competencias específicas antes señalada podrá ser ampliada y completada mediante el oportuno Decreto de Alcaldía de desarrollo, que también podrá detallar el contenido y la forma del ejercicio de estas atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2 Departamentos, empresas, fundaciones y consorcios adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamentos de Turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fundación “Can Torró”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A pesar de la adscripción directa de los Departamentos y entidades indicadas en el Área de Turismo, las funciones del citado departamento se extienden también a todo el resto de áreas de gestión municipal, con inclusión explícita de las, empresas municipales y consorcios en cuya gestión participe el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, dada la naturaleza transversal de las funciones que llevan a cabo este departamento municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Área de Transparencia, Informática y Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área de Transparencia, Informática y Relaciones Institucionales son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de cada uno de estos Departamentos de gestión municipal que conforman el Área , y que la legislación vigente asigna a municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.1.1.- Sección de Transparencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Publicidad activa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Información pública y buen gobierno&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Administración electrónica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.1.2.- Sección de Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Promoción, programación y seguimiento general de las relaciones municipales con las demás instituciones públicas y entidades privadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Área de Área de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área de Medio Ambiente son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de este área de gestión municipal que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Espacios naturales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguimiento Plan ecoturístico&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguimiento Agenda Local 21&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.2 Departamentos, empresas, fundaciones y consorcios adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamento de Medio Ambiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A pesar de la adscripción directa del Departamento de Medio Ambiente a este Área, las funciones del citado departamento se extienden también a todo el resto de áreas de gestión municipal, con inclusión explícita de las empresas municipales y consorcios en la gestión de los que participe el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, dada la naturaleza transversal de las funciones que llevan a cabo este departamento municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Área de Normalización Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.1 Atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones del Área Normalización Lingüística son, genéricamente, las relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de esta área de gestión municipal que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Promoción de la lengua&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.2 Departamentos, empresas, fundaciones y consorcios adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamento de Normalización Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A pesar de la adscripción directa del Departamento de Normalización Lingüística a este Área, las funciones de dicho departamento se extienden también a todo el resto de áreas de gestión municipal, con inclusión explícita de las empresas municipales y consorcios en la gestión de los que participe el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, dada la naturaleza transversal de las funciones que llevan a cabo este departamento municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Los decretos de delegación correspondientes establecerán las competencias generales que deben desarrollar los titulares responsables de las áreas y servicios delegados en el ejercicio de las atribuciones que tienen conferidas, con la correspondiente distinción, en su caso, de las delegaciones genéricas a favor de los tenientes alcalde que forman parte de la Junta de Gobierno Local, y las delegaciones específicas a favor de otros concejales con indicación específica del teniente alcalde del que van a depender, de conformidad con el art. 34 ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Con carácter general los departamentos adscritos a las áreas que componen la estructura administrativa del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia desarrollarán su actividad bajo el principio de cooperación interdepartamental con el objetivo de procurar la eficiencia de los servicios municipales que corresponde prestar dentro de la estructura organizativa general de la corporación y de sus organismos dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. &lt;/strong&gt;- Entender sustituido el anterior Decreto núm. 1122/2019, de fecha 12/07/2019, por el presente Decreto de modo que cualquier referencia a aquél se entenderá realizada a esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO. &lt;/strong&gt;- Notificar esta resolución a todos los Departamentos de la Alcaldía y sus entes dependientes y difundir esta resolución, de conformidad con el principio de transparencia, mediante su publicación en la sede electrónica municipal, en cumplimiento de lo que disponen los artículos 5 y ss de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Remitir edicto de la presente resolución para que se publique en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por Ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia, para conseguir una adecuada agilización y mejora del servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones de área que se enumerarán a continuación, dentro del marco establecido en el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1017, de 17 de junio de 2022, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43, 44, 120, 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL ),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Promoción de la lengua&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo que respecta a las secciones antes mencionadas, corresponde a esta concejala la adjudicación y firma de los contratos menores correspondiente a los departamentos de Personal y Patrimonio Histórico y Municipal, Fiestas, Promoción Económica y Comercio, Transparencia e Informática, Relaciones Institucionales, Medio Ambiente y Normalización lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las citadas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirigir los servicios correspondientes incluidos en las respectivas áreas, como las de gestionarlos en general, con inclusión de la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, el contenido de la delegación conferida comprende el ejercicio de las siguientes competencias generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar las políticas municipales en las materias de su competencia, así como la representación e inspección del área de la que es titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la autoridad respecto al personal de su área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, reglamentos, bandos y otras disposiciones legales que afecten al municipio, en el ámbito de las competencias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la potestad sancionadora en el ámbito de las competencias del área, salvo que sea indelegable por ley o esté atribuida a otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decretos e instrucciones en el ámbito de las competencias delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitación de los expedientes relativos a su área delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación se corresponde con las áreas de gestión municipal señaladas, entendiéndose sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que el alcalde pueda conferir a otros concejales respecto de determinados servicios o secciones incluidos en el área delegada . En este supuesto el decreto de delegación especial deberá especificar la dependencia y coordinación que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación del concejal delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El Concejal delegado queda obligado a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no esté previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales , en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asunto:&amp;nbsp; Delegación genérica a favor de la Concejala, miembro de la Junta de&amp;nbsp;Gobierno Local&amp;nbsp;y Segunda Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. JOANA MARIA&amp;nbsp;BENNASSAR SIERRA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por Ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia, para conseguir una adecuada agilización y mejora del servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones de área que se enumerarán a continuación, dentro del marco establecido en el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1017, de 17 de junio de 2022, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43, 44, 120, 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL ),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en la Concejala, miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local y Segunda Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. JOANA MARIA BENNASSAR SERRA , el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las siguientes áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a las citadas áreas, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de estas áreas de gestión municipal que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA DE HACIENDA, CONTRATACIÓN Y ESTADISTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ejercer las competencias y facultades en materia de tramitación de expedientes de contratación, concesiones y autorizaciones demaniales y autorizaciones reglamentadas, a excepción de la adjudicación y firma de los contratos menores, de las secciones y/o áreas que no hayan sido delegadas en esta concejalía .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Preparación y asistencia a Mesas de Contratación en los casos en que esta Concejala no sea el órgano de contratación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relaciones públicas y comunicación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relaciones con estamentos y organismos turísticos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Actividades turístico-deportivas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estación Náutica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las citadas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirigir los servicios correspondientes incluidos en las respectivas áreas, como las de gestionarlos en general, con inclusión de la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, el contenido de la delegación conferida comprende el ejercicio de las siguientes competencias generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar las políticas municipales en las materias de su competencia, así como la representación e inspección del área de la que es titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la autoridad respecto al personal de su área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, reglamentos, bandos y otras disposiciones legales que afecten al municipio, en el ámbito de las competencias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ejercer la potestad sancionadora en el ámbito de las competencias del área, salvo que sea indelegable por ley o esté atribuida a otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decretos e instrucciones en el ámbito de las competencias delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitación de los expedientes relativos a su área delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación se corresponde con las áreas de gestión municipal señaladas, entendiéndose sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que el alcalde pueda conferir a otros concejales respecto de determinados servicios o secciones incluidos en el área delegada . En este supuesto el decreto de delegación especial deberá especificar la dependencia y coordinación que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de la concejala delegada, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;La Concejala delegada queda obligada a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no esté previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales , en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“ &lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;2022/1030&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asunto: Delegación genérica a favor del concejal, miembro de la Junta de Gobierno&amp;nbsp;Local y Tercer Teniente de Alcalde, SR. MARTIN GARCÍAS PLOMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por Ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia, para conseguir una adecuada agilización y mejora del servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones de área que se enumerarán a continuación, dentro del marco establecido en el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1017, de 17 de junio de 2022, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43, 44, 120, 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL ),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en el Concejal miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local y Tercer Teniente de Alcalde, SR. MARTIN GARCÍAS PLOMER , el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las siguientes áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SERVICIOS GENERALES Y MANTENIMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;OBRAS PROPIAS Y/O MUNICIPALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a las citadas áreas, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de estas áreas de gestión municipal que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sección de Servicios Generales y Mantenimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Brigada municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Mantenimiento de edificios municipales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Conservación de calles, plazas, caminos jardines y zonas verdes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Servicios públicos generales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sección de Obras Propias y/o Municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Obras y proyectos municipales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Control y seguimiento de cualquier obra municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ciclo integral del agua: abastecimiento, alcantarillado y depuración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En lo que se refiere a las secciones antes mencionadas, corresponde a este concejal la adjudicación y firma de los contratos menores correspondientes a las áreas de Servicios Generales y Mantenimiento, Obras Propias y/o Municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las citadas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirigir los servicios correspondientes incluidos en las respectivas áreas, como las de gestionarlos en general, con inclusión de la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Becas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Campamento y albergue juvenil de la Victoria y otras instalaciones similares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En lo que se refiere a las secciones antes mencionadas, corresponde a este concejal la adjudicación y firma de los contratos menores correspondientes a las áreas de Urbanismo, Deportes y Juventud.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las citadas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirigir los servicios correspondientes incluidos en las respectivas áreas, como las de gestionarlos en general, con inclusión de la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, el contenido de la delegación conferida comprende el ejercicio de las siguientes competencias generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar las políticas municipales en las materias de su competencia, así como la representación e inspección del área de la que es titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la autoridad respecto al personal de su área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, reglamentos, bandos y otras disposiciones legales que afecten al municipio, en el ámbito de las competencias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la potestad sancionadora en el ámbito de las competencias del área, salvo que sea indelegable por ley o esté atribuida a otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decretos e instrucciones en el ámbito de las competencias delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitación de los expedientes relativos a su área delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación se corresponde con las áreas de gestión municipal señaladas, entendiéndose sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que el alcalde pueda conferir a otros concejales respecto de determinados servicios o secciones incluidos en el área delegada . En este supuesto el decreto de delegación especial deberá especificar la dependencia y coordinación que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación del concejal delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El Concejal delegado queda obligado a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no esté previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales , en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asunto:&amp;nbsp; Delegación genérica a favor de la Concejala, miembro de la Junta de&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Gobierno Local y Quinta Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. AGUAS SANTAS LOBO BENÍTEZ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por Ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia, para conseguir una adecuada agilización y mejora del servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones de área que se enumerarán a continuación, dentro del marco establecido en el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1017, de 17 de junio de 2022, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43, 44, 120, 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL ),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en la Concejala, miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local y Quinta Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. AGUAS SANTAS LOBO BENÍTEZ , el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las siguientes áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a las citadas áreas, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de estas áreas de gestión municipal que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Programas culturales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Patronatos culturales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Fundaciones y organismos culturales no adscritos a otras Áreas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Bibliotecas municipales e instalaciones culturales en general&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Auditorio municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Radio municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Honores y distinciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sección de Ferias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Participación, promoción, organización de ferias&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo que respecta a las secciones antes mencionadas, corresponde a este concejal la adjudicación y firma de los contratos menores correspondientes a las áreas de Sanidad, Bienestar Social, Igualdad, Participación Ciudadana, Mercados, Educación, Cultura y Ferias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las citadas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirigir los servicios correspondientes incluidos en las respectivas áreas, como las de gestionarlos en general, con inclusión de la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, el contenido de la delegación conferida comprende el ejercicio de las siguientes competencias generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar las políticas municipales en las materias de su competencia, así como la representación e inspección del área de la que es titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la autoridad respecto al personal de su área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, reglamentos, bandos y otras disposiciones legales que afecten al municipio, en el ámbito de las competencias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ejercer la potestad sancionadora en el ámbito de las competencias del área, salvo que sea indelegable por ley o esté atribuida a otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decretos e instrucciones en el ámbito de las competencias delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitación de los expedientes relativos a su área delegada.&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación se corresponde con las áreas de gestión municipal señaladas, entendiéndose sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que el alcalde pueda conferir a otros concejales respecto de determinados servicios o secciones incluidos en el área delegada . En este supuesto el decreto de delegación especial deberá especificar la dependencia y coordinación que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de la concejala delegada, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;La Concejala delegada queda obligada a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no esté previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales , en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asunto: &amp;nbsp;Delegación especial a favor de la Concejala Dª. ANTONIA CÁNAVAS&amp;nbsp; CÁNAVAS&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia, para conseguir una adecuada agilización y mejora del servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones de área que se enumerarán a continuación, dentro del marco establecido en el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1017, de 17 de junio de 2022, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43, 44, 120 y 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a favor de la Concejala Dª. ANTONIA CÁNAVAS CÁNAVAS el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a dicho servicio, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de éste que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dichas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación especial se corresponde con gestión del servicio municipal señalado, y su titular actuará bajo la dependencia y coordinación funcional de la Quinta Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. Aguas Santas Lobo Benítez, delegada genérica del Área de Cultura, Educación, Ferias y de Alcúdia Radio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de la concejala delegada, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

GABRIEL DE HEVIA ALEJAR el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA DE TRANSPARENCIA, INFORMÁTICA Y RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PERSONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a dicho servicio, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de éste que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de estas atribuciones generales, le corresponde a título indicativo y no limitativo, el ejercicio de las competencias específicas sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA DE COMERCIO, PROMOCIÓN ECONÓMICA Y FIESTAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Promoción y dinamización del comercio&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relaciones con asociaciones de comerciantes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estudios de dinamización económica municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ÁREA DE FIESTAS MUNICIPALES&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Organización de fiestas populares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA DE TRANSPARENCIA, INFORMÁTICA Y RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Transparencia e Informática&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Publicidad activa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Información pública y buen gobierno&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Administración electrónica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Promoción, programación y seguimiento general de las relaciones municipales con las demás instituciones públicas y entidades privadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA DE PERSONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Oferta de empleo y procedimientos selectivos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Plantillas de personal y sistemas retributivos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Organización y situaciones administrativas del personal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Convenio laboral y pactos de condiciones de funcionarios&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Catálogos y relación de puestos de trabajo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Promoción y formación ocupacional&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dichas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación especial se corresponde con gestión del servicio municipal señalado, y su titular actuará bajo la dependencia y coordinación funcional de la Primera Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. Bárbara Rebassa Bisbal, delegada genética del Área de Fiestas, Promoción económica y comercio, transparencia e informática y Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación del concejal delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El concejal delegado queda obligado a informar a esta Alcaldía y al concejal delegado de Área de lo que depende sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no esté previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia, para conseguir una adecuada agilización y mejora del servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones de área que se enumerarán a continuación, dentro del marco establecido en el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1017, de 17 de junio de 2022, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43, 44, 120 y 121 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a favor del Concejal SR. D. JOSEP CLADERA FERRER el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;TURISMO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FUNDACIÓN BIBLIOTECA DE ALCUDIA (CAN TORRÓ)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a dicho servicio, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de éste que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Oficinas de información&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relaciones públicas y comunicación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relaciones con estamentos y organismos turísticos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Actividades turístico-deportivas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estación Náutica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dichas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación especial se corresponde con gestión del servicio municipal señalado, y su titular actuará bajo la dependencia y coordinación funcional de la Segunda Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. Joana María Bennassar Serra, delegada genérica del Área de Turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación del concejal delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Montes públicos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguimiento Agenda Local 21&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dichas delegaciones comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito de la presente delegación especial se corresponde con gestión del servicio municipal señalado, y su titular actuará bajo la dependencia y coordinación funcional del Primera Teniente de Alcalde, Dª. Bárbara Rebassa Bisbal, delegada genérica del Área de Normalización Lingüística y del Área de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de la concejala delegada, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El concejal delegado queda obligado a informar a esta Alcaldía ya la concejala delegada de Área de lo que depende sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo que no esté previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
