&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Visto que en fecha 1 de junio de 2022, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia ha tomado conocimiento de la renuncia de Bàrbara Rebassa Bisbal como alcaldesa, es necesario llevar a cabo el cese del personal eventual que presta la función de confianza o asesoramiento, cuyos datos son los siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 104.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, y en uso de las facultades que me han sido concedidas,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disponer el cese de Joana Maria Riutort Horrach, con DNI ***1879** como personal eventual del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, de forma automática por haber cesado en su cargo la autoridad a la que presta la su función de confianza o asesoramiento. Dicho cese será efectivo desde el día 1 de junio de 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Realizar la correspondiente liquidación de haberes a favor de la persona cesante.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notificar&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;esta Resolución a la interesada, y dar traslado de la misma al departamento de Personal para que realicen las anotaciones pertinentes, y a la Intervención a los efectos oportunos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Publicar la presente resolución mediante la inserción del correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
