&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Bernat Quetglas Jordà, en su condición de Alcalde Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Maria de la Salut, provincia Illes Balears, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;HACE SABER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, el Ple de la Corporación Local, en la sesión ordinaria celebrada día 11 de abril de 2022, primera convocatoria, acordó, por el voto favorable de la mayoría absoluta del número legal de sus miembros, aprobar la publicación y exposición pública de la documentación de la Fase 1, Avance del PG y POD del municipio de Maria de la Salut, entregada por el servicio de Planeamiento del &lt;em&gt;Consell de Mallorca&lt;/em&gt; en fecha 10 de diciembre de 2021, registro núm. 2022-E-RC-1637, y complementada en fecha 23 de marzo de 2022, registro núm. 2022-E-RC-365, por un plazo de cuarenta y cinco días (45), a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, coincidiendo así con la tramitación simultánea de la evaluación ambiental concerniente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, en cumplimiento de lo que se dispone en el artículo 52 de la Ley 12/2017, de 29 de diciembre, de Urbanismo de las Illes Balears, se somete a Información Pública la documentación de la Fase 1, Avance del PG y POD del municipio de Maria de la Salut, por un plazo de cuarenta y cinco días (45), para que se puedan formular sugerencias u otras alternativas de Planeamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
