es 2022-06-25 CAIB CAIB 26756 es 352052 2022-06-25 ![CDATA[Aprobación del listado definitivo de personas aptas en la prueba de 6 de mayo de 2022 de la convocatoria para la obtención de la acreditación profesional del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas para el año 2022]] CAIB 270 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">En fecha de junio de 2022, la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal de Consell Insular d'Eivissa ha dictado la resolución núm. 2022000091, por la que se resuelve:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“Visto el informe propuesta de la jefa de Sección de Industria y presidenta del tribunal de fecha 21 de junio de 2022, del que se extrae lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“(...)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La consejera ejecutiva dictó en fecha 21 de febrero de 2022 la resolución número 2022000012, para la aprobación de la convocatoria para la obtención de la acreditación profesional del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas para el año 2022 y, en el mismo acuerdo, aprobó las bases de la citada convocatoria, que fueron publicadas en el BOIB núm. 29, de 26 de febrero de 2022.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El día 6 de mayo de 2022 se efectuó la prueba evaluadora para la obtención de la acreditación profesional del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas, (acta 1 CSV núm. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), y en fecha 27 de mayo de 2022 se hizo público el listado provisional de resultados, concediéndose un plazo de cinco días para solicitar la revisión de los exámenes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dado que hubo cuatro solicitudes de revisión, el tribunal calificador el día 9 de junio de 2022 revisó, y posteriormente ratificó los resultados de estas pruebas, que se hacen públicos el día 14 de junio, mediante la publicación del listado definitivo, expuesto en el tablón de anuncios de este Consell Insular, así como en sede electrónica, de conformidad con el acta 2 que obra en el presente expediente con número 2022/00001982Z con el número CSV XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">(...)”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En dicho informe propuesta se eleva a definitivo el resultado de las personas que realizaron la prueba con reultado apto y se propone su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2020000768, de modificación del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000471, de fecha 10-7-2019, de estructura del gobierno del Consell Insular de Eivissa y creación de departamentos, y del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000484, de fecha 16-7-2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consell Insular de Eivissa, atribuye al Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, las competencias propias del Consell Insular en materia de actividades ; actuaciones en materia de servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000484, de fecha 16-7-2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Eivissa (BOIB núm. 98 EXT., de 17-7-2020; modificaciones en el BOIB núm. 175, de 31- 12-2019, BOIB nº 101, de 4-6-2020 y en el BOIB nº 153, de 5 de septiembre de 2020) y, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el punto 9 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria de las pruebas para la obtención de las acreditaciones profesionales del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas de las Islas Baleares, en base a las competencias que legal y reglamentariamente tengo atribuidas</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
