Conceder, en el marco de la convocatoria de subvenciones 2022 para la digitalización de las fichas catalográficas de los objetos que forman parte de los museos y colecciones museográficas mediante el programa informático MuseumPlus, la cantidad total de 16.803,65 € a favor de las entidades beneficiarias que se relacionan en la siguiente tabla:</span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" class="MsoTableGrid" style="width:680px"> <thead> <tr> <th scope="col" style="vertical-align: top; Disponer el gasto a favor del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, el Ayuntamiento de Inca, el Ayuntamiento de Montuïri, el Ayuntamiento de Manacor y el Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla por los importes que se indican en la tabla anterior , con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 46202 del ejercicio 2023.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Disponer su gasto a favor de Fundación Yannick y Ben Jakober y de la Fundación Cosme Bauçà por los importes que se indican en la tabla anterior, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 48903 del ejercicio 2023.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante lo anterior, al tratarse de una convocatoria de gasto anticipado, éste queda condicionado a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente para la financiación en el ejercicio presupuestario al que se imputa el gasto (2023).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Anular la autorización de gasto (A) del ejercicio 2023 con núm. de operación 220229000068, por el importe de 8.196,35 €, como remanente resultante de la diferencia entre la cantidad de la dotación presupuestaria autorizada por la línea 1 de esta convocatoria y el importe dispuesto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Revertir en la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 46202 el importe de 8.196,35 €.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y trasladar la información a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.»</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Recursos</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada, en el plazo de un mes, ante esta consejera ejecutiva o ante la presidencia, que es el órgano competente para su resolución, contador a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada, puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vez transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entenderá desestimada por silencio e interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, sin limitación de tiempo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante, lo anterior, se puede interponer, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.
