    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mediante Decreto núm 1875/2022 de 15 junio de 2022, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el plazo para efectuar reclamaciones, subsanaciones o alegaciones a la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos para &lt;/span&gt;formar parte del procedimiento de selección, por turno libre, mediante el proceso de estabilización de empleo temporal, de una plaza de AUXILIAR OPERADOR DE SISTEMAS, personal funcionario de carrera, sistema de concurso-oposición &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las bases aprobadas junto con la convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 22 de diciembre de 2021, publicadas en el BOIB n.º 180 de 30 de diciembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que no se han presentado alegaciones a la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos del procedimiento de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el presente, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos de 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y 24.d) del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la siguiente relación DEFINITIVA de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
