El 23 de mayo de 2022, la mesa sindical acordó y aprobar la modificación de la unidad de playas y la creación del lugar de trabajo y la ficha de oficial de playas. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo</strong>. El 24 de mayo de 2022, el subinspector de la policía local de Capdepera, informó de la necesidad de la modificación de la unidad de playas y creación del lugar de trabajo y la ficha de oficial de playas. Ayuntamiento de Capdepera. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero</strong>. El 24 de mayo de 2022, la secretaria de la corporación informó del procedimiento a seguir para aprobar una modificación de la relación de lugares de trabajo de trabajo. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quart</strong>. El 24 de mayo de 2022, la técnica del Departamento de Recursos Humanos informó favorablemente a la modificación de la unidad de playas y creación del lugar de trabajo y la ficha de oficial de playas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>Fundamentos </strong>de Derecho</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los artículos 31 a 39, y 69 a 77 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los artículos 22.2.y), 90.2, 92 y 92.bis de la Ley de 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los artículos 126.4, 127 y 129.3.a) del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El artículo 15 de la Ley 30/1984, de 2 de agosto, de Medidas para la Reforma de la Función Pública.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los artículos 61 a 64 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Real Decreto 861/1986, de 25 de abril, por el cual se establece el régimen de las retribuciones de los funcionarios de Administración Local.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por lo cual, el órgano competente para la aprobación de la plantilla de personal y de la relación de puestos de trabajo, la fijación de la cuantía de las retribuciones complementarias Ayuntamiento de Capdepera fijas y periódicas de los funcionarios y el número y régimen del personal eventual , es el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera, de acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 22 de la Ley 7/1985, reguladora de las bases de régimen local. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
