&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En el registro de garantías de la Depositaría constan fianzas a nombre del Consejo General Interinsular de Baleares y de la Diputación de Baleares, instituciones extinguidas con la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero, de Estatuto de Autonomía para las Illes Balears, y la consecuente creación de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las fianzas se depositaron en la sede central de la Caja General de Depósitos del Estado, con sede en Madrid (no en la delegación de Illes Balears). En la Depositaría sólo constan custodiados los resguardos de registro de la Caja General de Depósitos del Estado, con un número de registro igual al de cualquier garantía, aunque los documentos originales de las garantías permanecen en la Administración del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La Depositaría contactó con la sede central de la Caja General de Depósitos en Madrid y confirmó que las 4 garantías permanecían en estado “ingresado”. A petición de la Directora General del Tesoro, Política financiera y Patrimonio de 13 de diciembre de 2021, la Caja General de Depósitos las canceló, devolvió a las empresas interesadas y aportó los certificados de cancelación correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Por todo ello, es necesario dar de baja los registros de estas 4 garantías en el sistema económico financiero dado que las garantías están canceladas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Ley Orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero, del Estatuto de Autonomia para las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Decreto 13/2019, de 7 de marzo, por el que se regula el régimen jurídico de las garantías y de los depósitos custodiados por la Depositaría de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Autorizar la cancelación de los registros en el sistema económico-financiero de la Comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears de las cuatro garantías detalladas en el punto 2 de los hechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. No expedir los certificados de cancelación de las fianzas, ni notificar particularmente a los interesados por estar ya canceladas las fianzas por la Caja General de Depósitos del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante la Consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
