    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 10 de junio de 2022, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y en virtud del Decreto de presidencia de fecha 15 de octubre de 2021, publicado en el BOIB n.º 146 de 26 de octubre de 2021, de delegación de competencias de la presidenta a favor de la Comisión de Gobierno, y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente aprobó, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;APROBAR el gasto por un importe de 11.000 euros que irán a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 2022.1.430.48000.01 del presupuesto general del Consell Insular de Formentera del año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ACEPTAR la justificación y, en consecuencia, reconocer la obligación por importe de 11.000 euros, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe en concepto de ayudas, a las siguientes personas solicitantes, atendiendo que han cumplido todos los requisitos establecidos en las bases reguladoras de la convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos a autónomos, microempresas y pymes para el año 2021, según lo establecido en el informe propuesta de la Comisión evaluadora constituida para el otorgamiento de estas ayudas, de fecha 21 de marzo de 2022:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DAR CUENTA de este acuerdo a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
