    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El 13 de junio de 2022, he dictado el Decreto de Alcaldía 216/2022, por el cual se constituye la bolsa de trabajo para ocupar interinamente la plaza de arquitecto/a municipal, el cual contiene el siguiente tenor literal: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Resolución de Alcaldía por la que se constituye la bolsa de trabajo para ocupar interinamente la plaza de arquitecto/a municipal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.-&lt;/strong&gt; El 11 de marzo de 2022 la Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento acordó, el concurso oposición para cubrir con carácter interino la plaza de arquitecto municipal y constitución de una bolsa de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt; El 29 de marzo de 2022 finalizó el plazo para presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- &lt;/strong&gt;El 1 de abril de 2022 se publicó al tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica el Decreto de Alcaldía132/2022 por el cual se aprueba provisionalmente la lista de admitidos y excluidos, otorgando un plazo de 3 días hábiles para que los interesados presenten las alegaciones que consideren oportunas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.-&lt;/strong&gt; El 28 de abril de 2022 se celebró la fase de oposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- &lt;/strong&gt;El 10 de junio de 2022 el Tribunal Calificador, después de valorar los méritos de los aspirantes que superaron la fase de oposición, elevó esta Alcaldía la propuesta de constitución de la bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo para ocupar interinamente la plaza de arquitecto/a municipal (BOIB n.º 37, de 15 de marzo de 2022). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II.-&lt;/strong&gt; El artículo 21.1. g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto vendo a dictar la siguiente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Constituir, de acuerdo con la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador, la bolsa de trabajo para ocupar interinamente la plaza de arquitecto/a municipal, en el siguiente orden de prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar la presente resolución a los representantes sindicales del personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Selva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta de la presente resolución en la próxima sesión ordinaria del Pleno.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la mencionada resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, a interponer ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores desde el día siguiente de la notificación de esta resolución; todo esto sin perjuicio que los interesados puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que consideren procedente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
