    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que al punto 4t de la resolución del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Movilidad e Infraestructuras del Consejo de Mallorca de día 24 de mayo de 2022, relativa a la cesión por parte del Consejo de en el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor de un tramo de la vía Ma-19A, se ordena la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos de su general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a esta previsión, visto que día 2 de junio de 2022 se formalizó la cesión mediante la firma del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Movilidad e Infraestructuras del Consejo de Mallorca y del alcalde-presidente del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor del Acta de entrega que se expone a continuación, se procede a su publicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“En el lugar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; y fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Sr. Iván Sevillano Miguel, Consejero Ejecutivo del Departamento de Movilidad e Infraestructuras, en representación del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, de acuerdo con el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Decreto de la presidenta del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, de 9 de diciembre de 2019, por el cual se determina la organización del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 167, de 12 de diciembre de 2019), en su vigente redacción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Y de la otra, el Sr. Éric Jareño Cifuentes, Batle-President de l'Ajuntament de Llucmajor, como a representante de este consistorio, con domicilio en la Plaza de España nº. 12, CP 07620 y NIF P0703100H, del municipio de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las partes se reconocen, para la representación con que actúan, la capacidad suficiente para formalizar esta acta por lo cual,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPONEN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Que mediante la resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Movilidad e Infraestructuras de 24 de mayo de 2022, en virtud de lo que prevén el artículo 7 (apartado 2.1) de la Ley 5/1990, de 24 de mayo, de carreteras de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y la norma 8ª del Plan Director Sectorial de Carreteras, el Consejo de Mallorca cede al Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor la titularidad del siguiente tramo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ma-19A:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;p.k. inicial = 23,273&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;p.k. final = 23,983&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;longitud = 710 m&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ancho medio = 15 m&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;superficie estimada = 10.650 m2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Que de acuerdo con el punto primero de la mencionada resolución el tramo de vía cedido pasará a integrarse en la red local de dicha corporación desde el momento en que se formalice la recepción, mediante la firma, por ambas Administraciones públicas, de la correspondiente Acta de Entrega, y por este motivo firman esta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACTA DE ENTREGA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Sr. Éric Jareño Cifuentes, en nombre y representación del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, mediante la presente acepta la entrega por parte del Consejo Insular de Mallorca del tramo siguiente y que viene reseñado en los planos que se adjuntan, los cuales forman parte integrante de esta acta, con lo cual se entiende cedido desde ahora a dicha corporación municipal la titularidad del susodicho tramo a todos los efectos, con todas las competencias y deberes que comporta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
