&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Asunto: Corrección de error en la delegación de funciones de Presidencia por ausencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Detectado un error material en la delegación de funciones de Presidencia por ausencia, publicada en el BOIB núm. 64, de 17 de mayo de 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido al artículo 109 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Proceder a la rectificación del error material de la manera siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Debido a que el Sr. Andreu Isern Pol, presidente de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, permanecerá ausente en la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, desde el &lt;strong&gt;día 18 hasta el día 25 de junio de 2022 &lt;/strong&gt;(ambos incluidos) y según lo previsto en los artículos 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, de 28 de noviembre de 1986.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Debido a que Sr. Andreu Isern Pol, presidente de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, permanecerá ausente de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, desde el &lt;strong&gt;día 18 hasta el día 25 de mayo de 2022 &lt;/strong&gt;(ambos incluidos) y según lo previsto en los artículos 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, de 28 de noviembre de 1986.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Convalidar los actos administrativos dictados dentro del periodo comprendido entre los días 18 y 25 de mayo de 2022 (ambos incluidos) a pesar del error reflejado en el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2022-0045.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir este Decreto al BOIB para su publicación.&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
