margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación.
