font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En la aprobación definitiva del Presupuesto General del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que incluye el presupuesto propio de la Corporación, el de los organismos autónomos “Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales”, “Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca” y “Agencia de Defensa del Territorio de Mallorca”, el de los Consorcios “Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana” y “Consorcio del Museo Marítimo de Mallorca”, las bases de ejecución y plantillas para el ejercicio 2022, publicado en el BOIB núm. 178 de 28 de diciembre de 2021, se ha detectado un error en la publicación correspondiente a la transcripción de la plantilla del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales para el ejercicio 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, prevé en el articulo 109.2 que “Las Administraciones Públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.”.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
