    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 21 de abril de 2022, aprobó inicialmente el expediente número 9 de modificación de créditos en el presupuesto propio de la Corporación del ejercicio 2022 por crédito extraordinario CEXT 3/22.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El expediente se sometió a información pública mediante la inserción del anuncio correspondiente en el BOIB núm. 56, de día 28 de abril de 2022 y rectificado en el BOIB núm. 58, de día 3 de mayo de 2022, por el plazo de 15 días, para que todas las personas que estuvieran interesadas pudieran examinar y pudieran formular las alegaciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;No habiendo sido formulada ninguna alegación durante este plazo y de acuerdo con lo que aprobó el Pleno, el acuerdo se convierte en definitivo y se ordena la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares del resumen por capítulos de la modificación de crédito, que se incorpora a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, cabe interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de publicar este acuerdo. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa. No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
