font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">El apartado&nbsp;8.4. de la Resolución del&nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&nbsp;Garantía Agraria&nbsp;y Pesquera de&nbsp;las&nbsp;Islas Baleares&nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 17 de marzo de 2015 por la&nbsp;que se aprueba la convocatoria&nbsp;para la Protección de variedades autóctonas en riesgo de Erosión Genética, para el año 2015&nbsp;&nbsp;(Prórroga &nbsp;2021), &nbsp;especifica&nbsp;que la resolución&nbsp;expresa&nbsp;se notificará&nbsp;a&nbsp;los interesados mediante&nbsp;su publicación en el&nbsp;<em>Boletín Oficial de las</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Islas Baleares</em><em>&nbsp;</em>de acuerdo con los&nbsp;términos&nbsp;previstos en el artículo&nbsp;60.2&nbsp;de la Ley&nbsp;30/1992, de 26&nbsp;de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de&nbsp;las&nbsp;administraciones públicas y del&nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; en virtud de la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente</em></em><em>&nbsp;<em>a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero, a partir de 1 de enero de 2006. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
