    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por acuerdo de la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 6 de mayo de 2022 se adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;I. CONSIDERAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;que, de acuerdo con el artículo 9.5 de la Ley 12/2016, de 17 de agosto, de evaluación ambiental de las Islas Baleares, modificada por la Ley 9/2018, de 31 de julio, la tramitación del presente estudio de detalle a la Calle de Joan Castelló y Guasch núm. 34-40 de Santo Ferran, con el fin de reordenar volumétricamente la parcela con referencia catastral núm. 6054401CC6855N0001MF, NO SE ENCUENTRA SUJETA En EVALUACIÓN AMBIENTAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;II. APROBAR INICIALMENTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el &lt;strong&gt;proyecto de Estudio de Detalle&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;visado por el COAIB con el núm. 13/01669/21&lt;/strong&gt;, en la Calle de Joan Castelló y Guasch núm. 34-40 de Sant Ferran, con la finalidad de reordenar volumétricamente la parcela con referencia catastral núm. 6054401CC6855N0001MF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;III. NOTIFICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; particularmente a los propietarios, a los promotores y a los propietarios colindantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV.&lt;/strong&gt; Se tendrá que someter el acuerdo de aprobación inicial a &lt;strong&gt;INFORMACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;PÚBLICA&lt;/strong&gt; por el plazo de UN MES para la presentación de alegaciones, mediante anuncio al BOIB, a uno de los diarios de mayor circulación a la isla y en la página web del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;V. CONSIDERAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;que, una vez se haya producido la aprobación inicial y, en el supuesto de que no se presenten alegaciones a la tramitación del expediente, se podrá proceder a la aprobación definitiva, siempre que haya sido informado de forma favorable por la CTA del Consejo de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento del dispuesto al apartado cuarto del acuerdo mencionado anteriormente, se hace público que los mencionados documentos permanecerán expuestos al público en las dependencias del Consell Insular de Formentera, área de Urbanismo, C/de Pius Tur Mayans, núm. 14, Sant Francesc, y en la web, durante un plazo de UN MES a contar desde la última publicación, para que cualquier persona pueda formular las alegaciones que estime convenientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
