&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 70.2 del Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, se publica la Oferta de Empleo Público para la estabilización de ocupación temporal de EMSA SAU, en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con la naturaleza jurídica de EMSA SAU, para realizar alegaciones y/o impugnaciones ante esta comunicación que deberán dirigirse al Consejo de Administración de EMSA SAU, y en todo caso, cualquier reclamación respecto a esta convocatoria corresponde formularla ante los tribunales del orden jurisdiccional social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
