    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos y fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Los medios de comunicación son un elemento básico en la configuración de las sociedades modernas, puesto que la existencia de pluralidad informativa es esencial para mantener la salud democrática de un país. Entre los medios de comunicación, la prensa escrita en papel es la que tiene más tradición dentro de nuestra sociedad, si bien la aparición de nuevas plataformas de difusión de contenidos basadas en las tecnologías digitales ha obligado a redefinir el concepto mismo de prensa escrita. Así mismo, dentro de los medios de comunicación que actualmente ya se consideran tradicionales, los audiovisuales han sido los que más han arraigado en nuestra sociedad por la rapidez con que se actualizan las informaciones y llegan al público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por otro lado, la comunicación local, en el contexto de la comunicación global, representa la confirmación de una realidad que, en el tiempo de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, supone la afirmación y la pervivencia de la identidad histórica de las Islas Baleares. La extensión y la implementación de las redes que facilitan la comunicación en todo el mundo hacen que la información local cobre más valor porque aporta a la mera información el concepto de identidad cultural, que expresa el sentimiento de pertenencia a un lugar y a una comunidad. En un mundo globalizado, la información local tiene un papel indiscutible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En los últimos años se ha producido por varios motivos un cambio muy profundo en el panorama de los medios de comunicación audiovisual, un cambio que se inició con la irrupción de los canales de televisión convencionales privados, que continuó con la implantación de la TDT y la aparición de Internet como nuevo soporte de difusión de los medios de comunicación y que actualmente se transforma con las plataformas digitales de contenidos, que han hecho variar mucho los hábitos de consumo, especialmente entre los jóvenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Por otro lado, cualquier sociedad normal y moderna se dota de medios de comunicación en su lengua propia. En el caso de las Islas Baleares, los años de proscripción de la lengua catalana del sistema educativo y de los usos públicos han condicionado la creación y la consolidación de publicaciones y de empresas periodísticas y audiovisuales que se expresen en catalán. Pero hoy, cuando hace años que el catalán se ha incorporado al sistema educativo y está presente en el resto de ámbitos públicos, el número potencial de receptores de medios en catalán ha aumentado exponencialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Sin embargo, la inercia de una larga época de prohibiciones que ha afectado al catalán hace que todavía sean pocos los proyectos empresariales que apuesten decididamente por esta lengua como vehicular de la edición o de la programación, y que se produzca una situación de desventaja competitiva respecto a otros medios que en el mismo campo —ya sea prensa, radio o televisión— usan otras lenguas con unas expectativas de mercado potencialmente más amplias y tradicionalmente con más apoyo de los poderes públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Los poderes públicos disponen de la capacidad de subvencionar como un instrumento eficaz para fomentar estos tipos de oferta. La Ley 3/1986, de 29&amp;nbsp;de abril, de normalización lingüística en las Islas Baleares, tiene, entre otros, el objetivo de fomentar el uso de la lengua catalana en todos los medios de comunicación social (artículo 1.2.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;). Así mismo, de acuerdo con el artículo 2 de la misma norma, el derecho de saber y usar la lengua catalana implica poder recibir información en catalán en todos los medios de comunicación social. Por otro lado, esta Ley, en el artículo 27, establece que el Gobierno autonómico tiene que promover el conocimiento y el desarrollo de la lengua y la cultura catalanas, especialmente desde la perspectiva de las Islas Baleares, en todos los medios de comunicación social, mientras que en el artículo 32 determina que los poderes públicos de la comunidad autónoma tienen que dar apoyo económico a los medios de comunicación que empleen la lengua catalana de forma habitual, y que las medidas de apoyo económico y material que adopte el Gobierno para fomentar los medios de comunicación que empleen la lengua propia de las Baleares se tienen que aplicar con criterios objetivos y sin discriminaciones, dentro de las previsiones presupuestarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. Hay que tener en cuenta, además, que el 2 de abril de 2009 el Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana aprobó el Plan General de Normalización Lingüística de las Islas Baleares, uno de cuyos objetivos es incrementar la presencia del catalán en la prensa, diaria y no diaria, de alcance general y de temáticas específicas (infantil, deportiva, de sociedad, etc.). El 10 de diciembre de 2010 el Consejo de Gobierno aprobó el Acuerdo por el que se recibe el Plan General de Normalización Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. El artículo 1 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de1 de julio de 2009 (BOIB núm. 100, de 11/07/2009) por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura prevé, entre las materias que pueden ser objeto de subvención, la normalización de la lengua propia de las Islas Baleares. Así mismo, de acuerdo con el artículo 3 de esta orden se pueden beneficiar de las ayudas en materia de política lingüística las personas físicas, las personas jurídicas privadas, las entidades sin finalidad lucrativa y las personas jurídicas públicas (entes públicos y empresas públicas que desarrollen cualquiera de las actividades que prevé la Orden).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. La Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura ejerce la competencia en normalización de la lengua catalana a través de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, de acuerdo con el Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7. El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021, prevé las ayudas a los medios de comunicación que se convocan mediante esta resolución, a la que son aplicables la Ley&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el Real decreto&amp;nbsp;887/2006, de 21&amp;nbsp;de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8. Hay que tener en cuenta, así mismo, que en el ejercicio de 2022 hay disponibilidad presupuestaria para atender los gastos que deriven de esta convocatoria de ayudas, que ha sido objeto de la fiscalización previa limitada de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;9. Las ayudas que se convocan mediante esta resolución no cumplen todos los requisitos establecidos en el apartado 1 del artículo 107 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea. Por lo tanto, no constituyen ayuda de estado y no es necesaria la comunicación o la notificación a la Comisión Europea. De hecho, estas ayudas no afectan al comercio intracomunitario, dado que se trata de ayudas a productos que se destinan a un mercado local. En consecuencia, estas ayudas quedan excluidas del procedimiento de notificación previsto en el artículo 108.3 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Finalmente, hay que mencionar que, por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de marzo de 2022, se ha autorizado previamente al consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura a aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas para el año 2022 destinadas a los medios de comunicación en lengua catalana en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas para el año 2022 a los medios de comunicación en lengua catalana en las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con las bases específicas del anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Prensa escrita en lengua catalana en las Islas Baleares. La actividad subvencionada consiste en alguna de las siguientes actuaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) La edición, durante el año 2021, de una publicación periodística de información de carácter generalista con una periodicidad diaria, en papel o en línea (línea A).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) La ejecución, durante el año 2022, de un proyecto de habilitación de la edición en lengua catalana de una publicación en castellano con periodicidad diaria existente actualmente (línea B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) La edición, durante el año 2021, de una publicación periódica de carácter local en papel, en línea o en soporte electrónico (línea C).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) La edición, durante el año 2021, de una publicación periódica de temática especializada, en papel, en línea o en soporte electrónico (línea D).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;em&gt;publicación periodística&lt;/em&gt; la que se basa en los géneros informativos e interpretativos de la actualidad noticiable redactados de acuerdo con los criterios deontológicos de la profesión periodística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;em&gt;publicación periódica de carácter local &lt;/em&gt;la que se edita un mínimo de dos veces al año, a intervalos de tiempos determinados, con fecha de publicación y, en el caso de las publicaciones en papel, numeración correlativa, con un contenido de redacción periodística original, compuesto de informaciones relacionadas con la actualidad de una parte del territorio de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;em&gt;publicación periódica de temática especializada&lt;/em&gt; la que se edita un mínimo de dos veces al año, a intervalos de tiempos determinados, con numeración correlativa y fecha de publicación, con un contenido de redacción periodística original, compuesto de informaciones centradas principalmente en una área temática determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;em&gt;publicación en soporte electrónico &lt;/em&gt;la publicación mediante la cual se crean contenidos originales y actuales y que tiene un soporte digital diferente al de la página web, como por ejemplo PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Medios de comunicación audiovisual en lengua catalana en las Islas Baleares. La actividad subvencionada consiste en alguna de las siguientes actuaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) La emisión, durante el año 2021, de programación de televisión (línea E).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) La emisión, durante el año 2021, de programación de radio (línea F).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Importe y partida presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El importe total destinado a esta convocatoria de subvenciones es de 700.000&amp;nbsp;euros. Se prevé desglosar el importe de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- 220.000,00 € para la edición, durante el año 2021, de una publicación de información general con una periodicidad diaria (línea A).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- 80.000 € para los proyectos de habilitación de la edición en catalán durante el año&amp;nbsp;2022 (línea B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- 200.000,00 € para la edición, durante el año 2021, de una publicación de carácter local (línea C).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- 40.000,00 € para la edición, durante el año 2021, de una publicación de temática especializada (línea D).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- 70.000,00 € para la emisión, durante el año 2021, de programación de televisión (línea&amp;nbsp;E).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- 90.000,00 € para la emisión, durante el año 2021, de programación de radio (línea&amp;nbsp;F).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Estos importes se imputan a las siguientes partidas presupuestarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;40.000,00 € con cargo a la partida 21601 455B01 46001 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;360.000,00 € con cargo a la partida 21601 455B01 47000 00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;300.000,00 € con cargo a la partida 21601 455B01 48000 00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Las distribuciones son orientativas y se pueden modificar una vez evaluadas las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. Si las disponibilidades presupuestarias lo permiten se puede aumentar el importe de esta convocatoria sin abrir otro plazo de presentación de solicitudes, siempre que la ampliación de crédito se apruebe en cualquier momento anterior a la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Los beneficiarios de esta convocatoria de subvenciones pueden ser los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Personas físicas con domicilio en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Empresas privadas con domicilio social en las Islas Baleares que llevan a cabo, de acuerdo con su objeto social, la edición de publicaciones de carácter periodístico, de prensa de carácter local o de temática especializada, o la emisión de programas televisivos o radiofónicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Entidades sin finalidad de lucro con domicilio social en las Islas Baleares que llevan a cabo, de acuerdo con su objeto social, la edición de publicaciones de carácter periodístico, de prensa de carácter local o de temática especializada, o la emisión de programas televisivos o radiofónicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas, sin personalidad, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado que, a pesar de no tener personalidad jurídica, se encuentran en la situación que motiva la concesión de estas subvenciones y tienen el domicilio en las Islas Baleares, cuyos miembros, en virtud del artículo 9.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, tienen que hacer constar de manera explícita en la solicitud los compromisos de ejecución asumidos por cada miembro de la agrupación, como también el importe de la subvención que hay que aplicar a cada uno de ellos, que también tienen la consideración de beneficiarios. En todo caso, se tiene que nombrar un representante o apoderado único de la agrupación con poderes suficientes para cumplir las obligaciones que, como beneficiario, corresponden a la agrupación. Así mismo, la agrupación no se entenderá disuelta hasta que no hayan transcurrido los plazos de prescripción previstos en el artículo 24 de la Ley 14/2014, de 29 de diciembre, de finanzas de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y en los artículos&amp;nbsp;57 y 60 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Ayuntamientos de las Islas Baleares o entidades que dependen de ellos, en el caso de la línea F.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria de subvenciones los medios de comunicación públicos estatales y autonómicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos de los medios de comunicación subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Para poder beneficiarse de una subvención, los medios de comunicación tienen que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Haber emitido o publicado durante el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Estar activo como medio en catalán en el momento de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Tener una trayectoria mínima de seis meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Ajustarse a las normas de corrección lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Ajustarse a la normativa sobre la propiedad intelectual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Además, tienen que cumplir los requisitos específicos para cada una de las líneas previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea A:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Publicarse con una periodicidad diaria, independientemente del soporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Tratar de contenidos que alcancen el ámbito insular o el conjunto del archipiélago balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Estar publicado en lengua catalana, es decir, que como mínimo el 90&amp;nbsp;% de los contenidos estén redactados en este idioma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Línea B:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Publicarse con una periodicidad diaria, independientemente del soporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Tratar de contenidos que alcancen el ámbito insular o el conjunto del archipiélago balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Presentar un proyecto con las siguientes características:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tener como finalidad la publicación del medio diario en lengua catalana, es decir, que como mínimo el 90&amp;nbsp;% de los contenidos estén redactados en este idioma y que los textos se ajusten a las normas de corrección lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Si el proyecto está basado en la traducción automática, garantizar la calidad lingüística del producto resultante mediante la utilización de un sistema de traducción automática basado en información lingüística y la revisión posterior de los textos traducidos automáticamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Prever la doble direccionalidad de la traducción, con objeto de garantizar que el catalán pueda convertirse en lengua de trabajo para los redactores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Disponer de un dominio &lt;em&gt;.cat&lt;/em&gt; para la edición en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea C:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Tratar de contenidos de ámbito municipal, comarcal, insular o del conjunto de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Estar editado en lengua catalana, es decir, que como mínimo el 90&amp;nbsp;% de los contenidos estén redactados en este idioma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea D:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Tratar de contenidos de temáticas específicas (infantil, deportiva, de sociedad, cultural, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Estar editado en lengua catalana, es decir, que como mínimo el 90&amp;nbsp;% de los contenidos estén redactados en este idioma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea E:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Haber emitido un mínimo de 25 horas semanales, excluyendo la emisión de programas que se hayan realizado o se estén realizando por otro medio y la repetición de contenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Haber emitido en catalán al menos un 80&amp;nbsp;% de su programación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea F:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Haber emitido un mínimo de 25 horas semanales, excluyendo la radio fórmula musical, la emisión de programas que se hayan realizado o se estén realizando por otro medio y la repetición de contenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Haber emitido en catalán al menos un 80&amp;nbsp;% de su programación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Quedan excluidas las siguientes publicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los trabajos de investigación o de comunicación científica y los de carácter literario o artístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones institucionales y las editadas o coeditadas por entidades públicas, por entidades privadas con participación mayoritaria de instituciones públicas en la financiación o en el gobierno de la entidad, o por entidades privadas por encargo de instituciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones (boletines, revistas, etc.) de empresas o entidades (asociaciones, fundaciones o similares) cuyo contenido se dirija exclusivamente a los miembros de una empresa, de una entidad determinada o de una agrupación o federación de entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones editadas por partidos políticos, coaliciones electorales, sindicatos, organizaciones empresariales, colegios profesionales y asociaciones profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las revistas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los reclamos publicitarios y, en general, todas las publicaciones cuyo contenido sobrepase el 50&amp;nbsp;% de publicidad propia o ajena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las carteleras de radio y de televisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones editadas por personas físicas bajo la forma de blogs (blog, audioblog, &lt;em&gt;open blog&lt;/em&gt; y otros) o en redes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las agendas culturales, de espectáculos, de arte y/u otros acontecimientos, que no desarrollen un contenido de redacción periodística original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones editadas por proveedores de Internet, organizaciones que tienen como actividad principal ofrecer servicios de Internet a terceros (conectividad, alojamiento, diseño de webs y de aplicaciones, etc.), conocidas generalmente como ISP (&lt;em&gt;Internet service provider&lt;/em&gt;), en el desarrollo de esta actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los medios digitales que reproducen, principalmente, contenidos previa o simultáneamente publicados en soporte papel o en otros medios digitales, o difundidos por radio o televisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;También quedan excluidos los medios que difundan contenidos violentos o discriminatorios, y los editados por personas físicas, empresas, entidades sin ánimo de lucro, agrupaciones de personas físicas, comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado que, al finalizar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, tengan pendiente de cumplir cualquier obligación asumida en su condición de beneficiarios de otras ayudas concedidas para el mismo objeto previsto en esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;En concreto, quedan excluidas de las líneas A y B las siguientes publicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones que no tienen una periodicidad diaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones periodísticas que tratan mayoritariamente de contenidos de ámbito local o comarcal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. En concreto, quedan excluidas de las líneas C y D las siguientes publicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las publicaciones periodísticas de información general con una periodicidad diaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En general, son subvencionables los gastos que respondan sin duda a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada y que se hayan llevado a cabo durante el periodo subvencionable. En ningún caso el coste de adquisición de los gastos subvencionables no puede ser superior al valor de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En todo caso, se desestimarán los gastos cuya relación directa con la actividad presentada no se pueda comprobar o que se puedan imputar a otras actividades no subvencionables por esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los tributos son gasto subvencionable cuando la entidad beneficiaria de la subvención los abone de manera efectiva. En ningún caso no se consideran gastos subvencionables los impuestos indirectos si son susceptibles de recuperación o compensación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En concreto, son subvencionables los siguientes gastos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados de la reparación y el mantenimiento de sistemas y de equipamientos informáticos directamente relacionados con la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los gastos salariales del personal en nómina directamente implicado en la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados del intercambio de información y de la conexión de los diversos dispositivos electrónicos (teléfono, conexión a Internet, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el caso de las líneas A, C, D, E y F, los derivados de las tareas de redacción (incluido el asesoramiento lingüístico), edición, comercialización y publicidad, así como los derivados de la publicación y la distribución, independientemente del soporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el caso de la línea B, los derivados de la contratación y la personalización de sistemas de traducción automática basados en información lingüística, de los asesores lingüísticos que participen en la implantación del proyecto y de la edición en línea de la versión catalana del medio (alojamiento web, dominio...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;No son subvencionables los siguientes gastos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los financieros, de garantía bancaria, notarial y pericial, y también los de administraciones específicas (gestoría, contabilidad, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados de servicios de limpieza, seguridad, prevención de riesgos laborales, custodia y vigilancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados de arrendamientos de locales, espacios, vehículos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados de actividades de promoción, traslados de personas o de materiales o similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados de la utilización de medios y recursos propios del beneficiario, es decir, todos los recursos y bienes de que dispone el beneficiario y que, por lo tanto, no se pueden considerar como gasto subvencionable de la acción, incluidos los suministros de electricidad, agua y gas. A tal efecto, no se consideran recurso propio los gastos salariales del personal en nómina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los derivados de la compra de aparatos telefónicos y de equipamientos informáticos (ordenadores y periféricos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias, los intereses, los recargos y las sanciones administrativas y penales, y los gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las retenciones y los ingresos por anticipado del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subcontratación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de las líneas E y F , los beneficiarios pueden subcontratar hasta un 100&amp;nbsp;% del importe de la actividad subvencionada, en conformidad con el artículo&amp;nbsp;38 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y con el artículo&amp;nbsp;15.5 de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Periodo de imputación de los gastos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En los casos de las líneas A, C, D, E y F, se pueden subvencionar los gastos que se hayan producido durante el periodo en que se haya llevado a cabo la actividad subvencionable, que debe quedar incluido entre el 1 de enero y el 31&amp;nbsp;de diciembre de 2021, y que hayan sido efectivamente pagados antes del plazo de justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En el caso de la línea B, se pueden subvencionar los gastos que se hayan producido durante el periodo en que se haya llevado a cabo la actividad subvencionable, que debe quedar incluido entre el 1 de noviembre de 2021 y el 31 de octubre de 2022, y que hayan sido efectivamente pagados antes del plazo de justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se presentarán telemáticamente, en conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, sin perjuicio de lo que establece el apartado 1 del mismo artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Los solicitantes no obligados a relacionarse telemáticamente con la Administración y que opten por medios no electrónicos presentarán la solicitud en el Registro de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística o bien en los lugares que prevé el artículo&amp;nbsp;16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El modelo de solicitud está disponible en el apartado «Servicios» de la página web &lt;em&gt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt; y en la sede de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Se presentará una solicitud de subvención por cada medio de comunicación y se especificará la línea a la cual se opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de quince días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. La presentación de la solicitud supone la plena aceptación de estas bases específicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentación que se tiene que adjuntar a la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentación necesaria para identificar al solicitante:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Documento oficial de identidad o fotocopia de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal del solicitante, solo en el caso de que este se oponga expresamente a que la Administración consulte los datos identificativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Escritura de constitución de la empresa o de los estatutos reguladores de la entidad y de las modificaciones posteriores, en su caso, y de la acreditación de la inscripción de la escritura o los estatutos y de las modificaciones de estos, en su caso, en los registros correspondientes. En el supuesto de que el solicitante sea una asociación, fundación o cooperativa inscrita en el Registro de asociaciones del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, no hace falta que presente esta documentación, salvo que se oponga expresamente a que la Administración consulte los datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Documento que acredite a la persona física que ejerce la representación de la empresa o la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) Documento de identidad del representante, solo en el caso de que este se oponga expresamente a que la Administración consulte los datos identificativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;e) En el caso de las agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica, los compromisos de ejecución asumidos por cada miembro de la agrupación, y también el importe de la subvención que hay que aplicar a cada uno de ellos, que también tienen la consideración de beneficiarios (art. 9.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;f) En el caso de los ayuntamientos, un certificado, firmado por el secretario de la entidad local, que acredite que el órgano competente ha aprobado la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;g) En el caso de los ayuntamientos, un certificado, firmado por el secretario de la entidad local, que acredite que la persona que firma la solicitud ejerce la representación de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Si esta documentación ya se aportó en alguna convocatoria anterior de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, siempre que esté en vigor y no haya experimentado ningún cambio, no hace falta que se vuelva a presentar, excepto la documentación prevista para los ayuntamientos en las letras &lt;em&gt;f) &lt;/em&gt;y g).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentación relativa al medio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Ficha técnica del medio y documentación adjunta (propiedad intelectual, tirada, impresión, distribución, número de visitas a la versión en línea...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) En el caso de la línea B, una memoria descriptiva del proyecto de incorporación del catalán a la publicación, en la cual deberán constar, como mínimo, los siguientes contenidos: sistema de traducción (tipo de traductor, periodo de pruebas, personalización del sistema, dirección de la traducción...) y personal asesor lingüístico para revisar los textos traducidos (número, titulación...) que se prevé contratar, alcance de la incorporación del catalán (versión en papel, en línea o ambas), dominio propio y ubicación del acceso a la web para la versión en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) En el caso de las líneas E y F, un certificado de la dirección de la emisora con la parrilla de programación correspondiente a todo el año 2021, en la que se indicará detalladamente la lengua de emisión de cada programa, con indicación de los programas que son repeticiones y, en el caso de las radios, los programas de radio fórmula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) En el caso de las líneas E y F, una muestra de cada uno de los programas emitidos en catalán a lo largo del 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;e) Otros datos del medio que no figuren en la ficha técnica y que se consideren de interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentación de carácter económico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Presupuesto de la actividad que se tiene que subvencionar, como relación de los gastos susceptibles de subvención e imputables a la actividad, desglosados por conceptos, con una descripción detallada de cada uno de los conceptos y con toda la información necesaria para interpretar correctamente la relación presentada. Adicionalmente, se especificará el coste total de la actividad, importe que incluye los gastos subvencionables y los no subvencionables, si los hubiere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El total de los gastos subvencionables, que deberá aparecer explícitamente, tendrá la consideración de importe solicitado y es el importe máximo que el solicitante puede percibir si se le concede la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Declaración responsable de las ayudas de otras instituciones públicas o privadas percibidas o solicitadas para la misma finalidad durante el mismo periodo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Declaración responsable sobre la situación relativa al IVA del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) Declaración de no estar sometido a prohibiciones para ser beneficiario de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;e) En el supuesto de que el solicitante se oponga expresamente a que la Administración obtenga los certificados telemáticos de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, se presentarán los certificados correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;f) Declaración responsable de veracidad de los datos bancarios aportados (modelo D-52), en el caso de no estar dado de alta como perceptor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A disposición de los interesados hay un modelo de declaración responsable y el modelo D52 de veracidad de datos bancarios en el apartado «Servicios» de la página web &lt;em&gt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt; y en la sede de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentación relativa a los ingresos de la actividad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Declaración responsable, si procede, de los ingresos que ha generado la actividad subvencionable durante el ejercicio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Los beneficiarios tienen que cumplir las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Acreditar ante la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura, dentro del plazo que establece el punto decimosexto, que la actividad se ha llevado a cabo y que se han cumplido los requisitos y las condiciones que determinan la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación de los órganos administrativos de control financiero y facilitarles toda la información que les requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la subvención en la contabilidad o en los libros de registro de la empresa o la entidad o, en el caso de no estar obligados a tenerlos, en la documentación que los sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Destinar el importe de la subvención a la financiación del medio objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) En el caso de las líneas A, C, D, E y F, mantener el medio de comunicación activo en lengua catalana durante un periodo mínimo de doce meses a partir de la concesión de la subvención y, durante este periodo, reflejar la colaboración de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de la línea B, editarse en lengua catalana en un plazo máximo de seis meses a contar a partir de la finalización del plazo de justificación de la subvención establecido en el apartado 1 del punto decimosexto, y reflejar, durante un periodo mínimo de seis meses, la colaboración de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Cumplir el resto de obligaciones previstas en la normativa de subvenciones, en particular las contenidas en el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, y el artículo 11.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. La constatación del incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones previstas en las letras &lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; b)&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; c) &lt;/em&gt;y &lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; del apartado anterior comporta el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas. Si se incumple la obligación prevista en la letra &lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt;, se reintegrará la parte de la subvención percibida proporcional a la fracción de los meses en que el medio en catalán ha dejado de emitir o de publicarse o no ha incluido el logotipo institucional, o el total de la subvención en el supuesto de que la edición en lengua catalana de una publicación diaria existente en castellano no se publique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Para el resto de obligaciones previstas en esta convocatoria y en la normativa que regula las subvenciones, el incumplimiento lleva asociado las consecuencias previstas en los puntos decimoctavo y decimonoveno de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. En conformidad con el artículo 9 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura, en relación con el artículo 19 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, se constituirá una comisión evaluadora para que examine las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios y los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria, y emita el informe, debidamente motivado, que ha de servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. La Comisión Evaluadora tendrá la siguiente composición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) La presidenta, que es la directora general de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Tres vocales, nombrados por la directora general de Política Lingüística entre el personal de esta Dirección General, designados de acuerdo con criterios de competencia profesional y experiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Un secretario, nombrado por la directora general de Política Lingüística entre el personal de esta Dirección General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen del procedimiento y órgano instructor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El procedimiento para conceder estas subvenciones se tramitará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva de acuerdo con las líneas desglosadas en el punto primero, en conformidad con el artículo 17.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y con el artículo 6.1 de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura, con el fin de comparar en un único procedimiento todas las solicitudes presentadas y de establecer una prelación entre estas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración fijados en el punto decimocuarto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de las solicitudes es la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimotercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enmienda de errores en las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. En cuanto la Comisión Evaluadora haya revisado todas las solicitudes recibidas, elaborará una lista de solicitudes admitidas y excluidas, en la cual se especificarán, si procede, las deficiencias y las carencias detectadas en la documentación presentada. Esta lista se publicará en el apartado «Servicios» de la página web &lt;em&gt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt; y en el tablón de anuncios de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Los solicitantes dispondrán de diez días hábiles a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista para enmendar las deficiencias detectadas en la solicitud o la documentación que la acompañe. Las enmiendas se presentarán de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 5.5 de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura, en el supuesto de que los interesados no enmienden las deficiencias de su solicitud en el plazo fijado, se considerará que desisten de ella y se archivará el expediente sin ningún otro trámite, previa resolución en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. Una vez transcurrido el plazo para presentar enmiendas, y después de que la Comisión Evaluadora las haya revisado, se emitirá un informe con el resultado de las enmiendas y con el importe de la subvención que recibirá cada beneficiario de acuerdo con el punto 14. Este informe servirá de base a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimocuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de asignación y límites de las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El importe cierto que se destinará a cada solicitud con derecho a percibir la subvención se calculará de acuerdo con la puntuación que cada uno obtenga a partir del baremo especificado en el siguiente punto, de acuerdo con la fórmula que hay a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Donde IC&lt;sub&gt;Bx&lt;/sub&gt; es el importe cierto que se destinará al beneficiario X; ƩP&lt;sub&gt;Bx...n&lt;/sub&gt; es el resultado de sumar las puntuaciones obtenidas por todos los solicitantes de la línea con derecho a subvención aplicando el baremo que se detalla en el punto siguiente, y P&lt;sub&gt;Bx&lt;/sub&gt; es la puntuación obtenida por el beneficiario X a la línea aplicando el mismo baremo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Una vez hecha la distribución prevista, si hay un remanente, se repartirá proporcionalmente entre los beneficiarios de la primera distribución a los que se haya asignado un importe inferior al coste subvencionable y que no hayan llegado a los máximos establecidos para cada línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Cada ítem del baremo correspondiente se refiere al periodo en que se ha llevado a cabo la actividad dentro del año 2021. En caso de que el medio haya estado activo solo durante un tiempo determinado del año 2021, a la puntuación obtenida se le aplicará el porcentaje correspondiente a la fracción de los meses en que haya estado activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el artículo 20 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, el importe concedido no puede ser, en ningún caso, una cantidad que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con ayudas de la misma Administración u otras entidades públicas o privadas, supere el coste de la actividad llevada a cabo por el beneficiario. Igualmente, el importe concedido no puede superar en ningún caso el total de los gastos subvencionables de la actividad presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoquinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de resolución, resolución y notificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El informe emitido por la Comisión Evaluadora después de examinar y evaluar las solicitudes servirá de base a la propuesta de resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística, cuyo contenido se ajustará a lo que dispone el artículo 37.2 del Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de desarrollo de determinados aspectos de la Ley de finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. La propuesta de resolución se publicará en el apartado «Servicios» de la página web &lt;em&gt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt; y en el tablón de anuncios de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Una vez notificada la propuesta de resolución, los beneficiarios comunicarán a la Dirección General de Política Lingüística si aceptan la subvención o renuncian a ella. En cualquier caso, si en el plazo de ocho días hábiles desde la notificación de la propuesta de resolución el beneficiario no hace constar lo contrario, se entenderá que acepta la subvención que se le ha adjudicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. A partir de la propuesta de resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística, el consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura dictará la resolución de concesión. La resolución de concesión se dictará y notificará mediante la publicación en el BOIB en el plazo de seis meses a contar desde la fecha de finalización del plazo para presentar las solicitudes fijado en el punto octavo de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. Contra la resolución de concesión, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, o bien un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la fecha de publicación de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimosexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. La justificación tiene que incluir la realización completa de la actividad para la que se solicitó la subvención y el coste total, aunque el coste no coincida con el importe que se presupuestó en la solicitud de la ayuda e independientemente del importe que se concedió, en los términos y contenidos que prevé el artículo 15 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11/07/2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se considera gasto realizado únicamente el que se haya pagado con anterioridad a la finalización del periodo de justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las subvenciones dispondrán de ocho días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente al de la fecha de notificación de la resolución de concesión para aportar la cuenta justificativa según el modelo disponible en el apartado «Servicios» de la página web &lt;em&gt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt; y en la sede de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el caso de la línea B, el plazo es del 2 al 15 de noviembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Los beneficiarios de las subvenciones tienen que aportar la cuenta justificativa debidamente rellenada. La cuenta justificativa incluirá una memoria de actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas a la concesión de la subvención y una memoria económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La memoria de actuación debe permitir comprender las actividades efectivamente llevadas a cabo y el cumplimiento de la actividad subvencionada de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos, con toda la información necesaria para interpretar correctamente la justificación de gastos presentada y la imputación de los gastos a cada concepto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La memoria económica irá acompañada de la documentación acreditativa de la totalidad del gasto realizado para el proyecto subvencionado junto con la documentación acreditativa del pago. La documentación se numerará y se presentará ordenada de acuerdo con la numeración que se otorgue en la memoria económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Cuando los beneficiarios sean entidades locales, no hace falta que presenten cuenta justificativa. Deberán justificar el cumplimiento de la finalidad de la subvención, la realización de la actividad objeto de la subvención y el coste real mediante un certificado detallado de los gastos imputables a la subvención, que emitirá el órgano interventor de la entidad local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El certificado de gastos incluirá la declaración de las actividades realizadas y financiadas con la subvención, y el coste desglosado de cada uno de los gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. La justificación del gasto se entenderá efectuada mediante la presentación de los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Facturas que cumplan los requisitos y las formalidades previstos en el Real decreto&amp;nbsp;1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre (BOE núm. 289, de 1/12/2012), y justificantes de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Nóminas de los trabajadores desglosadas, con indicación del importe retenido por anticipado del IRPF, y justificantes de pago de los sueldos, con una relación a 31 de diciembre de 2021 y, en el caso de la línea B, con una relación a 31 de octubre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Relación nominal de trabajadores (RNT, antiguo TC2) y recibo de liquidaciones de cotización (RLC, antiguo TC1), junto con una lista en la que figuren de manera detallada, por mes y trabajador, los importes correspondientes al total meritado en la nómina y los justificantes de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Documentos de IRPF y otros tributos no susceptibles de recuperación o compensación y justificantes de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. Para acreditar los pagos, se consideran válidos los extractos bancarios u otros documentos equivalentes que permitan seguir una pista de auditoría adecuada. A tal efecto, se considera documentación justificativa para acreditar el pago de manera suficiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el supuesto de que se trate de transferencias, la orden de transferencia o del documento bancario que dé fe del pago, en el cual deben figurar la fecha de transferencia, el importe transferido y la identificación del concepto de la transferencia, así como los datos de quien la ordena y del destinatario, que tienen que coincidir con los del beneficiario y con los del emisor de la factura, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el supuesto de que se trate de pagos agrupados, el extracto bancario, así como el desglose de cada uno de los pagos incluidos en la remisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el supuesto de que se trate de cheques nominativos o pagarés nominativos, siempre que esté vencido, copia acompañada de un extracto bancario en el que aparezca el cargo de este cheque o pagaré.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el supuesto de que se trate de pago con tarjeta, tique y extracto del pago con tarjeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el supuesto de que se trate de pago en metálico, recibo o tique, en el que se deben especificar el gasto al que corresponde el pago, la fecha y la indicación de que el pago ha sido en efectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. De acuerdo con el artículo 40.3 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, cuando el importe del gasto subvencionable supere las cuantías establecidas en la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público para los contratos menores (15.000 €), la entidad tiene que solicitar como mínimo tres ofertas de diferentes proveedores, con carácter previo a la contratación del compromiso para la prestación del servicio o la entrega del bien.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La elección entre las tres ofertas presentadas, que se aportará en la justificación, se hará de acuerdo con los criterios de eficacia y economía. En caso de que la elección no recaiga en la propuesta económicamente más ventajosa, se justificará expresamente en una memoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;No es necesario solicitar las tres ofertas cuando, por las características especiales, no haya en el mercado un número suficiente de entidades que presten el servicio o suministren el bien, o cuando el gasto se haya efectuado antes de la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Cuando el beneficiario sea una administración pública, se regirá por las previsiones vigentes en cada momento en la legislación de contratos del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7. En el supuesto de que se detecten defectos en la documentación justificativa, se requerirá a los beneficiarios que los enmienden. Estos dispondrán de diez días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción del requerimiento, para aportar la documentación que haga falta para corregir las deficiencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8. El importe de la subvención solo se abonará una vez que el beneficiario haya justificado que ha llevado a cabo las actuaciones que fundamentan la concesión de la ayuda y los gastos que esta actuación ha supuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoséptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Control&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Los beneficiarios quedan sometidos a las medidas de fiscalización y control y al deber de colaboración que prevén los artículos 48 y 49 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, así como a los controles establecidos en la legislación de finanzas y presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en cuanto a la concesión y el control de las ayudas públicas. Además, tienen que facilitar toda la información que les requieran la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control externo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. La ocultación de cualquier información sobre los requisitos de las publicaciones o sobre el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de los beneficiarios da lugar a la revocación de la subvención concedida en los términos previstos en el punto decimoctavo de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Para intensificar el control con objeto de evitar el fraude en las declaraciones encaminadas a obtener ayudas, la Administración puede determinar si se ha producido la ocultación a que se refiere el párrafo anterior por cualquier medio de prueba; en particular, mediante los datos que estén al alcance de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoctavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Revocación de la subvención concedida&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 43 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la subvención se revocará cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, el acto de concesión queda sin efecto total o parcialmente, y se reintegrarán las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimonoveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reintegro de las subvenciones concedidas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Si se produce alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, los beneficiarios tienen la obligación de reintegrar, de manera total o parcial, las cantidades percibidas, junto con el interés de demora calculado desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha de la resolución por la que se determina el reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de constreñimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vigésimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si se incumplen los requisitos que establecen esta resolución y la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura, se aplicará el régimen de infracciones y sanciones que establece el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y las normas que la desarrollan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
