21578 170 661271 2022-05-26 298669 2022-05-28 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 28 de marzo de 2022, acordó la aprobación de la modificación de precio público para el servicio de escoleta de verano, lo cual se hace público a efectos de su general conocimiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“</span><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Disposición transitoria</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Atendiendo la convocatoria de subvención para la organización de actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil que lleven a cabo entidades locales de las Islas Baleares para facilitar la conciliación de la vida de familiar y laboral durante las vacaciones escolares, por este año 2022 las tarifas a aplicar serán:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Para las familias con mayores necesidades de protección según el artículo 5 de la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de apoyo a las familias, y las pertenecientes a los otros colectivos que se indican, concretamente:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Familias monoparentales, en los términos previstos en el artículo 7 de la Ley 8/2018.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Familias en riesgo social y víctimas de violencia machista, en los términos previstos en el artículo 8 de la Ley 8/2018.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mujeres en situación de paro de larga duración.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mujeres mayores de cincuenta y dos años.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Familias con personas en situación de dependencia o con personas con discapacidad, en los términos previstos en el artículo 9 de la Ley 8/2018.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Familias en situación de vulnerabilidad económica especial, en los términos previstos en el artículo 10 de la Ley 8/2018. Se entienden como tales las familias beneficiarias de la renta social garantizada, de la renta mínima de inserción o las que tienen el subsidio de desocupación como único ingreso.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
