    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de exposición pública sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones, ha resultado aprobada definitivamente la &lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR EL ESTACIONAMIENTO REGULADO DE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA EN LA VÍA PÚBLICA&lt;/strong&gt; se publica el texto íntegro de la misma, para su entrada en vigor y aplicación, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local, que es el siguiente :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR EL ESTACIONAMIENTO REGULADO DE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA EN LA VÍA PÚBLICA (PLENO 31/03/2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El aparcamiento de vehículos y la ordenación del tráfico tiene una clara influencia en la calidad de vida y ambiental de los pueblos. Por eso es necesario llevar a cabo un correcto control de vehículos que aparcan en las zonas de estacionamiento regulado, para favorecer un mayor equilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda de plazas de aparcamiento entre las distintas zonas del casco urbano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El sistema de estacionamiento regulado con limitación horaria para la permanencia en un mismo espacio de aparcamiento es un instrumento adecuado para conseguir estos objetivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello se considera oportuno adoptar medidas que limiten el estacionamiento en determinadas áreas de la población para garantizar la rotación en la ocupación de los aparcamientos en las calles del pueblo y se ha elaborado una disposición de carácter general que establece las condiciones de utilización del servicio, así como el régimen de infracciones y sanciones aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;CAPÍTULO I. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 1. Definición y objeto del servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El objeto del servicio es la regulación del estacionamiento de vehículos de toda clase o categoría, tanto de uso particular como de servicio público, en las zonas de la vía pública donde se detecte una elevada demanda de estacionamiento. Estas zonas son las que constan en el anexo de esta ordenanza, aunque a la vista del funcionamiento del servicio, la Junta de Gobierno Local podrá acordar, en su caso, su modificación, y el acuerdo se hará público mediante su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El servicio de regulación del estacionamiento tiene por finalidad la consecución de un mayor equilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda de aparcamiento entre las distintas zonas del casco urbano. Por eso se llevarán a cabo actuaciones de limitación y control de aparcamiento que serán ejercidas por una empresa concesionaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 2. Sujetos pasivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Son sujetos pasivos de la tasa las personas conductoras de los vehículos en el momento de estacionar dentro de las zonas reservadas y señalizadas. Tendrán la consideración de sustitutos del contribuyente y, en consecuencia, estarán obligados al pago de la tasa las personas físicas o jurídicas titulares de los vehículos, que figuren inscritas como tal en el Registro General de titulares de la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 3. Excepciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No está sujeto a la tasa regulada por esta Ordenanza el estacionamiento de los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Motocicletas y ciclomotores de dos ruedas estacionados en las zonas reservadas al efecto y debidamente señalizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Los vehículos estacionados en las zonas reservadas de carga y descarga, dentro del horario previsto para realizar estas tareas, siempre que realicen tareas propias de carga y descarga de acuerdo con su categoría o actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Los vehículos auto-taxis, cuando la persona conductora esté presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Los vehículos de servicio oficial debidamente identificados, propiedad de Organismos del Estado, Comunidad Autónoma, Consell Insular y Municipios, que estén destinados directa y exclusivamente a la prestación de los servicios públicos de su competencia, cuando estén prestando servicios propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Los vehículos destinados a la asistencia sanitaria que pertenezcan a la Seguridad Social o Cruz Roja y las ambulancias, cuando realicen sus propias funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Los vehículos propiedad de discapacitados, cuando estén en posesión de la correspondiente autorización municipal, expedida a tal efecto y hagan uso del distintivo aprobado, siempre que el conductor sea el titular autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) Los vehículos que acrediten, mediante la exhibición de una tarjeta expedida al efecto, que los titulares están inscritos en el padrón municipal de Campos, y el vehículo en el del impuesto sobre vehículos de tracción mecánica y al corriente de pago de todos los tributos y tasas municipales, por un tiempo máximo de 60 minutos por la mañana y 60 minutos por la tarde en Campos, y todo el día en sa Ràpita y en ses Covetes, que se acreditará mediante la exhibición de un ticket que se extraerá de las máquinas expendedoras. Transcurrido ese tiempo, el vehículo deberá dejar libre el espacio de aparcamiento que ocupe. También podrán obtener esta tarjeta aquellos residentes en Campos, que estén al corriente de pago de todos los tributos y tasas municipales, y que dispongan de un vehículo en la modalidad de renting o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Los vehículos eléctricos (100%) de más de dos ruedas debidamente identificados con el distintivo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 4. Exención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estará exento de la aplicación de esta ordenanza un vehículo por cada vivienda colindante con la zona regulada. Los vehículos que hayan obtenido la exención deberán acreditarlo dejando la tarjeta que se les expedirá al efecto, visible desde la acera, en el lugar destinado por el ticket, así como se indica en el artículo siguiente. Corresponderá al titular de la vivienda afectada instar, para sí mismo o para cualquiera de los ocupantes de la vivienda, la solicitud de concesión, de cambio o de supresión de la tarjeta. La exención será de aplicación siempre que: a) el titular de la vivienda -si lo solicita para ella-, o cualquiera de los ocupantes -en otro caso-, estén inscritos en el padrón municipal de Campos, b ) el vehículo exento esté registrado en el censo del impuesto de vehículos de tracción mecánica, de Campos, y c) que el titular del vehículo esté al corriente de pago de todos los tributos y tasas municipales"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 5. Normas de gestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El Ayuntamiento fijará y señalizará debidamente los viales y zonas donde serán de aplicación las normas de esta Ordenanza, al objeto de que los usuarios tengan su debido conocimiento. En un principio estas zonas serán las que figuran en el Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para la colocación de la señalización y de las máquinas expendedoras de tickets deberá respetarse el Decreto 96/1994, de 27 de julio, sobre reglamento para la mejora de la accesibilidad y la supresión de las barreras arquitectónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El Ayuntamiento podrá modificar el horario, que en principio será, en Campos, todo el año, el horario comprendido entre las 09.30 y las 13.30 de la mañana y la tarde de las 17.00 a las 20.00, de lunes a el viernes, y el sábado de 9.30 a 13.30; en sa Ràpita y en ses Covetes, el horario será de 10.00 a 19.00, de lunes a domingo, desde el 1 de mayo al 31 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. La Junta de Gobierno Local podrá modificar las zonas reguladas, los horarios y la duración de las temporadas, cuando las circunstancias así lo aconsejen, y deberá publicar el acuerdo en el BOIB para su entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. El pago de la tasa, se realizará mediante adquisición de los correspondientes tickets expedidos por las máquinas expendedoras habilitadas a tal fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. A efectos de acreditar el expresado pago, el citado ticket deberá exhibirse en la parte inferior del parabrisas, de forma totalmente visible desde el exterior. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo límite marcado en el tique el vehículo deberá ser cambiado de sitio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 6. Tarifas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los usuarios venderán obligados al pago de la tarifa que en cada momento apruebe el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el núcleo de Campos serán de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Un mínimo de 8 minutos: 0,10 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Por 60 minutos: 0,75 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Un máximo de 120 minutos: 1,50 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Tarifa de anulación de denuncia: 3 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Las fracciones entre el mínimo y el máximo serán de 5 céntimos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el núcleo de sa Ràpita y ses Covetes serán de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Un mínimo de 60 minutos: 1 euro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- 3 horas: 3 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Un máximo de 1 día: 5 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Las fracciones entre el mínimo y el máximo serán de 5 céntimos.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;CAPÍTULO II. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 7. Infracciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las infracciones de esta ordenanza serán denunciadas por los vigilantes de estacionamiento. Se considerarán infracciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Aparcar en las zonas de estacionamiento regulado sin exhibir el correspondiente ticket o sin colocarlo de forma visible en el interior del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Excederse en el tiempo máximo autorizado por el tique correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Manipular o falsificar el tique o utilizarlo de forma fraudulenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Estacionar de forma incorrecta en la zona regulada, de forma que afecte a la fluidez o seguridad de la circulación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Colocar un nuevo tique sin desplazar el vehículo más de 50 metros una vez transcurrido el tiempo máximo de dos horas en el núcleo urbano de Campos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se podrá proceder a la inmovilización o retirada del vehículo, mediante grúa, cuando incurra en alguna de las infracciones antes apuntadas. En estos casos, deberá abonarse, para proceder a la retirada del vehículo, y con independencia de lo que corresponda por el estacionamiento, el importe de la tasa por la inmovilización o retirada del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 8. Sanciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las infracciones tipificadas en el artículo anterior serán sancionadas con multa de 80 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 9. Anulación de las denuncias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si el vehículo no ha sobrepasado una hora el tiempo de estacionamiento permitido, el usuario podrá anular la denuncia mediante la obtención de un segundo tique especial de exceso en el que constará la hora de su expedición. Este ticket post-pagado, junto con el primero y con el boletín de denuncia serán introducidos en el buzón situado sobre cada expendedor, o entregado a uno de los vigilantes del servicio. Esta tarifa complementaria será de 3 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el año 2013 en ses Covetes el horario será de 10.00 a 19.00, de lunes a domingo, desde el 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, esta Ordenanza entrará en vigor, una vez aprobada definitivamente por la Corporación, a partir de la fecha en que se publique su texto íntegro en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y siempre que haya transcurrido el plazo previsto en el artículo 113 de la citada ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ANEXO I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
