    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El regidor del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública por decreto 8978 de fecha 20 de mayo de 2022, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Aprobar, según la propuesta definitiva que ha efectuado el tribunal calificador del concurso oposición por el turno libre de TAE medio Ingeniería Técnica de Obras Públicas para formar parte del bolsín para posteriores nombramientos como personal funcionario interino de la Administración especial de el Ayuntamiento de Palma, convocadas por decreto del Regidor de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, número 712 de 25 de enero de 2021 (BOIB núm. 15, de 4 de febrero de 2021) y decreto núm. 713 de fecha 25 de enero de 2021 (BOIB núm. 15, de 4 de febrero de 2021), respectivamente, la composición final de la bolsa con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, que figura en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios virtual, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
